Overall the property was good, especially for the price. The only downside was the parking was supposed to be free but I was told the garage was full and that i couldnt park there. However, i saw several open spots, but they still did not let me park there. Instead i had to pay for parking that the hotel would not reimburse. Other than the false information about free parking the hotel was what we expected.

This hotel is very conveniently placed by the train station and car rental places. The staff where very helpful and welcoming even for a foreign tourist. Breakfast was very delicious, had a good selection and was simple to use the facility. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again on future trips.

駅からも歩ける距離で便利な立地です。
近くにコンビニは無く、駅の反対側を少し歩かないとコンビニは無いかも。
地域的にほとんどが車移動だと思うので、
さほど不自由はしないと思います。
ただ、親戚の迎えを待っていて午後出ようとしたら、まさかのエレベーターの点検
83歳の母を非常階段で10階から移動させたのでちょっと大変でした。あと、フロントへの番号が分かりやすいところに書いてあると良いですね。

行列が出来ていて、急かされている感じでゆっくり出来ず、スペースの問題でしょうがないとは思うが、次回利用したいとは思わない。

上の階になるほどエレベーターが1台しかないのが辛い。時間通りにはいかないのでエレベーターを待つのに10分は余裕をみないと。
階段があれば少しは解消するのではないかと思うけど、小さいホテルだから仕方ないのか‥本当に非常階段を使いたいくらいだった。
朝食は客席数がなく食べている人を横目に並んで待つ。もう少しどうにかならないのか。メニューは少ない。隣のホテルよりも安いことに納得した。

初めてでしたが再訪あり♡

アパホテルを利用したのは初めてですた。部屋が狭いイメージがありましたが選んだ部屋はベットもバスルームも快適な広さでとても心地良かったです。「シティビューのお部屋で出来れば高層階を差額なしで」とリクエストしたところ最上階の南向きの部屋を用意して下さいました。ありがとうございます♪感謝です。
利府でのサザンのライブ参戦のため青森から出かけました。ホテルは古川駅前で三陸道からも東北道、国道4号線からもアクセスが良く、仙台のホテルの計画も立てましたがライブ後の混雑などを考えると安価で帰路にゆとりが出来る古川のアパホテルにして正解でした。駐車場も満車になれば近くのコインパーキングになると説明されていましたが夜10時でも入庫出来てラッキーでした。朝食もシンプルながら宮城県らしい食材もあり無料と思えばありがたかったです。ただ席数が客室数に対して少なく行列が出来ていました。が、担当の方は感じが良くテキパキと1人で対応していて見ていて気持ちが良かったです。ドリンクは持ち帰り用のカップを用意してくれていて部屋でゆっくり飲めたのも嬉しかったです。牛乳があったらなお良かった。
ネットで近くの遅くまでやっている居酒屋に出掛けましたがその店も感じが良く美味しい食事も出来てまた機会があれば泊まりたいと思う充実した1泊2日でした。ありがとうございました。

朝食時間は注意

遅い到着になりそうだったのですが、確認のお電話をいただいたので好印象でした。
朝食時間にエレベーターが大変混雑し、乗れないことも。下の階だと上からの宿泊客でエレベーターは満員に。数回見送り、結局上階へ行くエレベーターに一旦乗り、やっと1階に行けました。8時だった事もありますが、階段も外にあり使用方法がわからなかった。朝食は美味しかったです。

隣の部屋、廊下の音が全部聞こえる。話し声からシャワーの音、トイレ流す音…ゆっくり休めない。
建物内に階段がなく、2階に上がるのも1基しかないエレベーターを使用しなければならく、不便。
ズボンプレッサーが各部屋に置いてあるが、ずっと使われていないのか、ほこりまみれ。
