A little disappointing

This was a five star hotel but it did have quite a few issues. The outdoor pool was not open till June. There was an indoor pool but we were not told that this was available. Much of the hotel information is your phone but we had conection problems . The restaurant had no stand by paper menus. The waiter let us look at his phone so we quickly chose something. The staff were a little aloof generally especially in the panorama restaurant. The reception staff were functional but not warm and welcoming by any stretch. However the room was good with a balcony and good facities.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and locally sourced. 👍 Swimming pool, Whirlpool Jacuzzi and hamam were nice bonus. There was a sauna also. Massage available at affordable costs. Overall a very enjoyable stay with lovely views.

Amazing hotel for the area

Definitely a great hotel for the Tekirdag area, especially considering no other Western hotel chains are close to the area. Has a great sea view from the hill. Also has a family friendly pool with water slide.

Beautiful views and excellent service

Came on a cycling trip and after collapsing partway up the climb to the hotel was collected by two very helpful staff. I was then well looked after over an extended 3 day stay.
I marked down the local area aspect as there doesn’t appear to be much around - you’re about 5kms out of Tekirdağ town. That said, the views are stunning.
The restaurant is okay, limited menu. Breakfast buffet looked great (though sadly I was too ill to full partake!)
Clean rooms, well maintained and excellent service.

I stayed with my 3 years old son and I wanted to stay at the non smoking room. They gave me smoking room, there is no smell and I said okay. But we smell smoke from the air conditioning system after dinner time. It gets 4 stars from me instead of 5.

Great room, very helpful staff

We stayed there 2 nights recently. The room was big and comfy, hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Even though the restaurant was almost closed when we arrived, they served us dinner without a bad attitude. Our only complaint was the loud music thru late hours (live band) in the pool area one night because of a wedding. So, i would suggest you to ask if there is any event the night you are planning to stay. If not, go for it.

Was here for business with two other colleagues. Hotel is typical of other Ramada hotels in terms of amenities and cleanliness. Room was spacious enough. But because of the isolation, it could have provided shuttle services to nearby places. Most of the staff were gracious and helpful except for the lady who checked us in who did not speak English (or refused to), did not smile and was a bit cold. Internet was good in my room, but not in my colleagues', apparently.

Top quality hotel, but slow restaurant service

This is the second time we have \"staged\" in Tekirdag en route from Istanbul to the Gallipoli peninsula. The Ramada is nearly perfect for that....\"nearly\" because it is well positioned, by the side of the fast road, for an easy stopover. It is not well positioned if you want to explore Tekirdag, because it sits high on a hill about a kilometre from the town itself. Because we were merely \"staging\", that didn't bother us at all, and this new hotel is in excellent condition, with efficient, friendly, staff, generous sized rooms, all at a good price. The only thing that let it down was the really slow service in the restaurant at dinner.....our group was almost alone in the place, and yet our courses took an age to arrive; when we ordered more drinks, they too took an age to be delivered. That is the only element of the Ramada, Tekirdag that I hope they work on......everything else is excellent, and I would certainly recommend it to others.

Interior pool looks a bit dull. Some personel don't speak english at all. Fridges are a bit too warm.
Breakfast is good, though coffee is slightly mid.i would be ready to pay a bit more for a nespresso coffee machine in the room. Bed rooms are good. Sometimes noise from parties is not filtered out enough. Only good hotel in the surroundings and i believe they know it.
Clearly not a 5* hotel. A medium 4* actually.

Bon rapport qualité/prix dans l'ensemble. C'est propre et en bon état. Les chambres pourraient être mieux isolées au niveau bruit. Les turcs fument beaucoup et même s'ils fument sur le balcon, les filtres de clim ont tendance à être encrassés à l'odeur de cigarette froide. La literie est bonne, nescafé, thé infusion disponibles.

Otel, sanırım bölgenin tek 5 yıldızlı oteli olmasının rahatlığıyla özellikle bazı hususlarda kötüydü. Bunların en önemlisi temizlikti. Lavaboda, duş başlığının hortumuna dolanmış şekilde saçlar vardı. Banyodaki çöp kovasının üstüne bir şey akmış ve kurumuştu. Banyonun zeminine bir şeyler dökülmüş ve süpürülmemişti.Duş başlığının su gelen deliklerinden bazıları tıkalı olduğu için sanırım, çok az su geliyordu. Duş almak eziyet oldu. Kahvaltısı açık büfeydi ve iyiydi.

Wir waren vom 11.08.25 bis zum 14.08.25 in Ramda Tekirdağ.
Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, Mann sollte die Zimmer renovieren und in der Dusche öfters mal das Silikon in den Duschen erneuern.
Für den Preis was wir bezahlt habe, würde ich mir bessere Qualität erwarten.
Abend essen würde ich auch nicht im Hotel empfehlen, man bekommt TK Ware serviert, zu überteuerten Preisen.

Hotel ist keine 5 Sterne wert. Vielleicht 3 maximal 4. Einrichtung alt was aber eigentlich nicht schlimm ist.
Raum: Bett nicht Komfortabel, kein smart Fernseher, Regendusche funktioniert nicht wirklich, Toilette spült nur mittelmäßig, muss man ganz oft nach spülen damit alles weg ist.
WiFi :Wenn man mit dem Handy raus aus dem Zimmer geht muss man sich immer wieder neu anmelden. Und Internet ist langsam.
Pool: großer Minuspunkt hier, weil sehr laut und wirkt wie ein öffentlicher Freibad, viele Kinder, die springen ständig ins Becken und spritzen mit dem Wasser ( nicht alle sind Hotelbesucher Pool nimmt auch von außerhalb Menschen an)
Drei rutschen die Spass machen, aber halt viel zu voll was schade ist. So sollte kein 5 Sterne Hotel sein.
Frühstück: sehr vielfältig an essen!! Toll!

Vi har bott på detta hotell flera gånger de senaste 8 åren. Det ligger på väg till en väns sommarhus så det blir naturligt att stanna här. I år bestämde vi oss för att stanna fem nätter.

Jag vill framhålla Berfin som höll kontakt med oss. Sen vill jag också framhålla Nisa som var otroligt professionell och kundfokuserat, samtidigt som hon höll på de regler som gällde. En av de unga mannen som hjälpte oss (svart skjorta och svarta byxor) och som jobbade i lobby baren under helgen, var också så trevlig och tillmötesgående trots hög aktivitetsnivå i och med bröllop och bröllopsgäster.

Tyvärr måste vi återigen konstatera att det blir rent kaos speciellt i frukostmatsalen och hissarna när det är många hotellgäster. Personalen gör sitt bästa men det räcker inte.
Ett förslag till ledningen är att låta gästerna boka vilken tid de vill äta, det finns andra hotell som gör så för att få jämnare flöde.
En annan sak är att skaffa fler och bättre kaffemaskiner. En enda person som ska servera kaffe eller te till en hop hysteriska människor är inte schysst mot personalen. Vid dessa tillfällen tycker jag att det är bättre att gå runt med kaffe- resp tekanna och servera vid borden.
Om jag får nämna en sak till: ett femstjärnigt hotell borde kunna hålla en jämn kvalitet på sina maträtter. Vi åt två gånger i a la cart restaurangen och tre gånger vid poolen. Att samma maträtt både ser och smakar olika är inte ok. Maten var bra, men varierade i kvalitet och utseende.

Ufak detaylarla daha da iyi olabilir.

Menülerdeki yemekler çok kısırdı, daha çok çeşit gerekiyor böyle bir otel için.
Odamız 3 kişilikti, 2 tane tek kişilik yatağı birleştirip (isteğimiz dışında) çift kişilik yapmışlar, ancak oda dekorasyonunu hesaba katmamışlar. 2 kişilik yatağın ortasında tam kafamıza denk gelecek şekilde bir raf vardı mesela ve çocuklar kafalarını çarpıp durdu. Buna dikkat edilsin bundan sonra bence çünkü kanamalı yaralanmalara sebep olabilir.
Bir de banyoya tv sesinin verilmesi opsiyonel olmalı, artık bir tuş mu koyarsınız ne yaparsınız bilmem, isteğe göre kapatılabilir olmalı. Gece tv izlerken bütün koridorda banyodan yankılanan film sesi duyuluyordu.

Tum calisanlari cok ince ve kibarlardi. Her seyde cok yardimcilardi. Otelde yonetimsel bir sorun oldugu asikar. Kahvalti yiyecek kalitesi cok yetersiz. 501 numarali King suit oda temizligi, jakuzinin calismamasi, kalitesiz ve eski mobilyalar 5 yildiz kalitesinde bir otele hic yakismamis. Nisan ortasi konaklamamiz mevsimsel yuksek hava sicakligindan on cephe odalari cok isiniyordu. Yonetimsel maddi bir politikadan dolayi merkezi sistemin soguga cevrilmemesinin asla bir aciklamasi olamaz. Komfor odalarda hic yoktu. Otelin kesinlikle bir yenilemeye ve biraz adina yakisacak sekilde, kalitesini hak etmesi icin bir cok yatirim yapmasi sart. Konakladigimiz sure boyunca havasiz ve sigara kokusu bastirmis odalarda cok rahatsiz olduk. Ozellikle sigara icemeyen bir cift oldugumuzdan odanin kendi kokusu bizi cok rahatsiz etti. Umarim sogutma ve havalandirma sistemlerinizi en kisa zamanda yenilersiniz.

Merhabalar, 09.06.2023 tarihinde saat 11:00 gibi Tekirdağ Ramada otelde 322 nolu odada konaklamaya başlayacaktım ki, kapıyı açan kart anahtar elektrikleri açmadı bilgi verdim hemen geliyoruz deyip 15 dk bekledikten sonra birdaha aradım ve geldiler odayı açan anahtar kart değiştirildi ve sorun çözüldü. Sonra duş a girdim havluya kurulanırken havlunun sökülmüş olduğunu ve yıkanmaktan havlunun dokusunun kalmadığını farkettim, yatağa yattım yastık kenarı sökülmüş ipleri sarkıyordu, resepsiyonu aranak istediğimde çalışmadığını farkettim, kablosu bantlıymış kendim tamir ettim ve aradım durumu bildirdim. Odaya köfte ve ayran sipariş ettim ayran olmadığını belirttiler. Ben bu kadar parayı 5 yıldızlı otel olduğu için vermiştim oysaki, yaşadıklarına göre 3 yıldız olması gerekir bence. Sizde sisteminizde bu oteli satarken 5 yıldız diye pazarladığınız için hotels com da sorumludur. Hepiniz beni kandırıp kazıkladınız.

The room and bathroom were clean. Also, I ate dinner at the restaurant, but it was calm and the food and service were good.

böyle bir otelde tuvaletten gelen kanalizasyon kokusundan dolayı kötü kokuya maruz kalarak konakladık bu unutulamayacak bir deneyim oldu gerçekten… kalan durumlardan gayet memnunum fakat bu durum Ramada’ya ve odaya verilen ücrete yakışmadı.

ses yalitimi konusunda yasadigimiz en kotu tecrubeydi. konfor ve rahat edebilmek adina tecih ettik ancak disaridan gelen kamyon sesleri, odadan gelen sebebi tespit edilemeyen ugultu,yan odadaki tum konusmalarin kaldigimiz odada duyulmasi,horultu sesi gibi sebeplerle 3 oda degistirdik ancak en sonunda idare ederek 1 gece kaldik. personel yardimci olma yaklasimi gosterdi ama ses yalitiminin bu kadar kotu olmasi onlari cozebilecegi bir durum degildi. kulak tikaclariniz varsa tercih edebilirsiniz

Hotel TOP Gäste Plop!

Das Hotel ist für uns ein TOP Adresse. Was uns gestört hat. Die einheimischen Gäste tragen im Hotel keine Schutzmaske. In eine der schwersten Epidemischen Zeit, selbst in den Aufzügen ohne Maske. Das ist für uns ein no-go..! Am Rezeption habe ich mich über dies Masken ignoranten beschwert. Da hörte ich von Mitarbeitern \"Wir weisen die Gäste daraufhin, aber die ignorieren diese Warnung\". Hier sollte die Hotelleitung konsequente handeln.

Geceleyin başım çok fena ağrıdı görevlilerden 1 adet reçetesiz satılan basit bir aspirin veya ona benzer bir ilaç veremediler. Çok basit sağlık sorunu yaşarsanız bu otelde mahsur kalırsınız.
Sabah açık büfe kahvaltıda istediğinizi gösterirseniz görevli sizin tabağınıza koyuyor.Kendiniz alamıyorsunuz!...Omlet yapan ahçı aynı zamanda tabağınıza istediğiniz ürünü tabağınıza koyuyor!....Tabi ki omletimiz geç kahvaltı bitince geldi!...
Canım güzel otelde şaka gibi bir hizmet var..

Genel anlamda vasat bir konaklama geçirdik. Odamız temizlenmişti ama halılar hala ıslaktı ve çocuğumuz için hiç iyi olmadı bu. Bunun dışında klima çok fazla sesli çalışıyor. Uyutmayacak derecede yani. Buna bir çözüm bulunursa iyi olur. Banyoda herhangi bir ısıtma sistemi de yok. Odadan bayağı bir soğuktu banyo.

Sakin ve huzurlu bir konaklama

Otel oda konforu kaldığım diğer Ramada otellerine kıyasla bir tık aşağıda fakat sorunsuz bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Tüm personele çok teşekkür ederiz. hepsi profesyonel ve ilgililerdi. Bir dahaki ziyaretimizde mayolarımız ile geleceğiz :)

Otelin konumu merkeze uzak. Giriste odamizin hemen hazir olmadığını öğrendik ve bekledik.
Oda temiz ve yeterli. Deniz tarafina bakan odalarda yol gürültüsü az da olsa geliyor.

Great hotel offering lots of services

The hotel is located outside of town with a direct access to the highway. The interior is nicely decorated, clean but generally a little bit dated. The same applies to the room.
The restaurant had great food options and everything was tasty. The breakfast buffet is amazingly large.
The spa area is a highlight with sauna, indoor pool and many massage options.

Kahvaltı icin pandemi nedeniyle alınan önlemler çok saçma almak istediğiniz kahvaltılık malzemeler icin baska insanlarin keyfini beklemek zorunda kaliyorsunuz personel az oldugu icin arka planda yetismeleri zor oluyor.

Otel odasında duş başlığının tavanda sabit olması çok saçma idi, otel odasındaki mobilyaların yenilenmeye ihtiyacı vardı , yastık yüzleri temizdi ancak sarı lekelenmeler mevcuttu. 5 yıldızlı otel tarzında bir kahvaltı yemedik açıkcası kahvaltıyı vasat bulduk özellikle çocuklar için uygun pankek, portakal suyu, sigara böreği gibi şeyler yoktu , kızıma yedirecek birşey bulamadık, peynirleri beğenmedik, doğal limonatayı geçtim hazır limonata yerine oralet konması hayal kırıklığı idi, oteldeki içme suları çok kötüydü bence kahvaltıda kahve içmek istedim buz gibi paslı sürahiden süt kondu yani sadece uyumak için iyi bir otel diyebiliriz , çalışanlar da güzeryüzlü idi ancak acilen renove edilmeye yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var
