I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even more comfortable. The location is perfect—close to everything you need, making it very convenient to get around.

A special thank you to Stephanie at the front desk—she was absolutely amazing! Friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. She truly made my stay even more enjoyable.

I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Suite was nice however it could use a perimeter clean vacuum around those spaces vacuum don't get. Staff was nice and accommodating. check-in was simple. Breakfast was ordinary. I liked there Bold coffee. Easy to find location and close to Meijer. Great parking.

The room was clean and spacious however the TV was placed in an odd place on the wall, did not swivel to allow good view from the beds and the channels did not work at times with the connection being lost. The hotel staff were kind but not present at the front desk most of the time. The continental breakfast had many options and with a very nice presentation. Not hot tub, which was a bummer, but the indoor pool was as hit for our young kids since we stayed in January and not much else to do. Overall, a nice stay for a few nights.

We had a few small things that seems off in the room. Lights that randomly turned off and a coffee machine that didn’t work but my biggest issue was our rooms door locking mechanism.

When letting the door shut the lock did not engage. Even giving it a tug or pushing the door didn’t engage the lock. Once the door swung shut you could push it back open from the outside or pull it open without turning the handle from the inside.

The only way to get the lock to engage was to turn the deadbolt from inside the room so there was no way for us to secure the room without leaving one person behind. As a mom traveling by myself with kids it felt so unsafe.

I did not discover the issue until 2 in the morning after my kids were asleep so changing rooms did not seem like an option especially since I could lock the deadbolt from the inside. Though I did not sleep well regardless.

Normally I let them sleep in and walk in the treadmill in the morning though with the door lock situation that was out of the question.

I did talk to the front desk at check out and was basically told “thank you. Had you booked directly I’d refund some of the charges but I can’t do anything since you booked through especially”.

Lesson learned. Always always always double check all the locks and be careful how you book hotel rooms.

No Hot Tub! Remodeled & it looked like a down grade is we’ve stayed here many times in the past. They got rid of the nice gas fireplace in the breakfast area. Rooms were remodeled as well, but apparently they didn’t use new mattresses mattresses in our room. We’re pretty rough.. the couch used to have a cute trundle bed feature. They got rid of that. The brand new shower leaked all over the bathroom floor when you took a shower.

The design of the bathroom could use some different thinking. The toilet paper dispenser was a far reach from the toilet. when taking a shower, the doors did not meet so the floor gets extremely wet and the towel you put down on the floor gets soaked. If no towel was put down, this creates a dangerous situation with the floor getting very wet and extremely slippery.

The television would not tune in a lot of the stations.

Room was okay! Very clean but the fan wouldn’t run for longer than 5 minutes before turning off. Our hotel room door also wouldn’t lock… so anyone could open the door from the outside. They were VERY accommodating and gave us a new room free of charge and told maintenance (which we heard the next morning). Nice place that feels safe and comfortable regardless.

Housekeeping is amazing, our room 2019 was perfect! Super clean and look fabulous...the fabrics, linens, colors and appointments were great too. A little tricky finding all the light switches but we did! Check in was easy. We didn't use any of the extra offerings like pool, hot tub or workout room. Breakfast was perfectly set up, everything refilled timely as guests were preparing their plates, choices for everyone. We only had raisin bran but there are many selections to fit all ages and tastes. Parking was sufficient, the hotel looked like it was fairly full...every area was quiet and organized. Thank you for caring about your guests so well!

I I informed the front desk that the hotel my boyfriend and I reserved smelled strongly of water damage and mold. After inspecting the room, we noticed the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not functioning, which must have caused moisture buildup from the shower. Due to my allergies and the odor alone, we decided to report this. Unfortunately, they had no other rooms available that night, and my boyfriend and I had just spent six hours driving after a long day at work. The front desk offered a small refund and a can of room spray. However, the spray worsened the smell by adding another strong odor over the mold. The windows didn't open, and although my receipt stated I would be charged $187, I was actually charged $210 with no refund offered. I rarely complain, but I was frustrated because I was overcharged compared to the receipt and couldn't sleep due to the odor.

Hotel is very clean and quiet. Staff was friendly but they don’t provide you with all information. Such as house keeping is only every other day. We had a toilet leak on a Saturday they had to move us since the one maintenance man doesn’t work on the weekends. Then the 2nd room had motion sensors on the lights and even though we were in the room the lights went out every 20-30 seconds. They offered to move us a 2nd time. We declined. The maintenance man fixed that problem on Monday morning

Notice on the pool being down for repairs would have been great to know. I would have stayed at the Marriott renaissance, which is right next-door, but you’re not allowed to use their pool if you’re staying at this hotel didn’t make much sense to me besides that fair place to rest your head

My husband and I with our 2 children stayed here for a second time in recent years to explore the area. We stayed 2 nights. Check in was easy and staff were very polite. Room was clean. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. The pool was a bit too cold for us but the kids didn’t mind. The hot tub is out of order unfortunately. Breakfast was a plus with many options. We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

Most friendly and welcoming staff ever!

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. One of the greatest aspects was how friendly and welcoming and respectful all the staff were to ourselves as customers but also to one another. I believe the staff at this hotel may be the most welcoming I have experienced outside of Disneyland. We'll done. I genuinely felt they were happy we were there and were happy to be there themselves. The customer service at this hotel is a competitive advantage in my opinion. Thank you!

It was a very nice place, and a great room. The one thing that was not good at all was the location of the television. It was not across front the beds like normal, or even in the sitting room where the sofa is. It was on a wall between the two areas, where it was difficult for the closest bed to watch, and impossible for the farther bed to see at all. There was plenty of wall space across from the beds.

Definitely recommend. Property was clean for the most part, rooms were very cleaned, hallways could have used a good vacuum. But everything else was cleaned and smelled good! Some of the property is currently under construction due to renovations. That doesn’t bother me but a deciding factor in picking this hotel vs others was that it had a hot tub, but shortly after arrival we found out the hot tub was out of order. Very disappointed because we didn’t see that being reflected on the site. Breakfast was hot and amazing! Lots of options. But was made the visit one of the best visits in a long time as the staff who checked us in/out. Christian was AMAZING! Really nice guy.

Horrible communication! Not friendly staff!

My daughters and I were getting together to celebrate my youngest daughter’s birthday. We were all coming from different parts of the state and due to my work ( I’m a traveling nurse) was unable to get there first. The room being already paid for, my youngest daughter ( age 23) was coming in first. I had called the desk to make sure she would be set for check in. The attendant said “yes, all she would need was a drivers license”. After she got there she was turned away because she didn’t have a credit card. She called very upset because she doesn’t have one. I talked to the attendant and said I could take care of it over the phone ( no problem- right?) NOPE, they needed a physical card. Finally the girl allowed my daughter to check in and I got there as fast as I could.
The refrigerator broke- so all our food was spoiled by morning. It was working when we got there. We couldn’t regulate the temp for the jacuzzi tub. We had asked for late checkout but the co- manager Christian said they didn’t do that. We ended up leaving the room 30 minutes later than the regular checkout time. They charged me $50!! Never told me at the time I had asked or we would’ve sped up a little faster. It’s not the money they charged that made me so angry it was the lack of communication at this hotel. Very poor communication. I didn’t feel the staff were very friendly either.
I will never stay there again.
The breakfast area was very clean and the lady attendant was super nice!! only nice thing!

My husband and I checked in on Saturday for a getaway that we've been really excited about. We arrived at 1:30 for check in. We were given keys and headed to our room. When we got to our room, someone was in there and said, \"this is our room, we just checked in.\" So we went back to the front desk and was told that there is no one in the room. I said - go check for yourself, someone was in there. They gave us another room. It had a shower in it. I booked a King with a hot tub IN THE ROOM. The picture on Expedia confirms this. When I went back for the third time now, she said, we only book you what we have available as you book thru third party. At this point, I am furious. She clearly gave our room away, then put us in a room with a shower. My husband has back issues and requested a tub for a reason. They ended up putting us in a third room which was a handicapped room. We ended up keeping the room because at this point, I've been to the desk at least 4 times within 30 minutes. We were heading out for the night and noticed that the room was not getting colder. My husband called before we left and requested someone to check it out. No one ever came to the room and it was hotter than it was when we left. At 2am, I called the desk again because there were kids jumping off the bed above us. Nothing was ever done. If I could give negative stars, I would. The front desk lady was new and confirmed she messed up. I will NEVER stay here again and will be sharing.

I thought that the lights in the living room area should have been brighter. Seemed quite dark to me.
I don't know if hotels don't think about this but I'm a cpap user and the machine needs to be as high or higher than your head. The side tables were to low and I had to stack some books in order to get the machine high enough.
