It was fine, a very good price for the amenities (beach access, two pools, breakfast included). A bit far from Alacati, but only ~10-15 minutes from Cesme marina. Not much nearby to the hotel, but good if all you want is a hotel and a beach/pool. Rooms are old (bathrooms especially) but okay overall.

Ontur was a good hotel. My dad didn’t feel well and they had one staff on duty for emergencies. In addition, I needed a laptop for a very urgent business application and they arranged one for me. I appreciate the good service.

The termal pools were not working (we were told their system broken 3 days ago and repair will take longer. I preferred this hotel for this option which is best and only pool use for 65 yrs old mother. There was no information on their website about this issue, and I would not select this hotel if I would know it. This was a gift holiday to my mother and she could not swim anymore during our 3 days stay. Disappointed

What we liked:
- Beautiful sea
- Many pool options for kids
- Clean, spacious room with a wonderful view
- Gardens are full of flowers

What we didn’t like:
- The need to fight with the service staff to keep our plates during dinner time
- No free drinks during dinner time, only water
- While there are a lot of options for breakfast and dinner, none of them are very good
- Beaches are rocky, hard for kids to play

The location couldn’t be more ideal. Just steps from a pristine beach, with the convenience of nearby shops and restaurants, it strikes the perfect balance between seclusion and accessibility. The beach itself was stunning—clean, peaceful, and the perfect spot to relax.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Otelin ambiyansı güzeldi. İç mimarisi biraz eski ama çok güzel bir hava katıyor sanki zamanda yolculuk yapmış gibi oluyor. Tarkan’ın şımarık albümünün çıktığı yıllara. Tek sıkıntı küçük küçük rahatsız edici kirli fincan ve lekeli havlular vardı bizim önümüze gelen. Kahvaltı çok süper değil ama akşam yemeği gayet iyi. Tatlı kısmı vasat. Deniz çok güzel havuzlar da gayet iyi. Servis elemanları çok saygılı ve kibar.

Termal sıcak su içinde yosunlar olması biraz rahatsız etti, sıcak suyun içeriğini ve o yosunların neden olduğunu sorduk fakat bilgi alamadık, sıpa alanında buhar odaları çalışmıyordu, daha etkin bir sıpa alanı bekliyordum. Odamız havasız kaldığında çok aşırı nem kokusu vardı. Bu konuların dikkate alınmasını rica ederiz. Sevgiler

My family and I had a great time at Ontur. Premises we well kept and everything was very clean and operating as expected. Staff was very nice and helpful. Food was excellent with enough variety and fresh. Beach was gorgeous. Pools were nice and clean. Nothing but the best to say about Ontur. Highly recommend!!!

Don’t get confused by the negative online reviews

Before i’ve booked our stay i’ve checked some reviews online. Cleanliness was mentioned as negative but for my experience I can assure that the premises and the room we stayed in was spotless clean. Although it was the last day before closing for winter we had new towels in our room. It was much appreciated. Staff was very nice and friendly. Food was good, there was nothing to argue about. So the online rating isn’t that accurate. My advise: just check it for yourself and don’t be prejudiced by the online reviews. Overall we were satisfied.

TOP PEACEFUL PRIVATE BEACH !!!

We toured around Cesme and this hotel has the best private beach area with beautiful relaxing sunbed cabanas at a great price for the day - with a spectacular view for sunset. If you want to get away from the crowds, this is definitely the place to go. The rooms are a bit dated, and the food was average, but we would definitely stay here again to enjoy the beach above everything else! The staff were very nice and welcoming.

The hotel was good the food was good but the A/C didn’t work for the 2 days we stay there. One of the night was so hot that we didn’t fall asleep till 4 am and nobody could do anything when we told them. They says the general system was down! So no I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

A bit strange hotel

This is a good hotel, however…

Even with breakfast and dinner included in the rate we paid, we were asked to pay for tap water (water in a clear plastic container or jar) during dinner. A 1/2 - 1 gallon jar of water with ice costs $2-4. Charging money for tap water is weird.

All two weeks in August that we stayed in the hotel the “jaccuzi” kept displaying the same sign “out of order”. There was no nothing indicating any repair efforts.

Personnel working here speaks no English or little English (except reception with limited English). If you can’t read their ads and info in Turkish language – you are probably are not getting much…

Safe box is too small for my regular laptop.

For some strange reasons cleaning crew would take our used towels and would not bring any fresh towels. For several days, I had to search for the crew and ask for towels. My wife thinks they wanted tips for towels.

If you leave sign “please clean my room” on door knob in the morning, do not expect their very slow cleaning crew to clean it before 4 pm. Then go and find them and ask nicely to clean your room.

No coffee/tea maker in the room.

No iron in the room.

No internet connection in the room. Go to a common area to get a weak and unstable internet signal. This is for free. Bring extra-long cord to plug in available electric outlet in common areas.

Good things: thermal spa. You will have to buy a cover for your hair. Also nice short disco parties for small kids. Nice swimming pools and beach.

It is a resolt-like hotel with a giant padio area for swimming and a bar in premises. It also has big gardens and a swimming pool. Good for families with kids who'd like to check in and stay at the hotel for a few days.

Wonderful position overlooking Aegean and Greek Island of Chios. Swimming pools for all ages with newly renovated sea front decking, sun loungers, umbrellas and bar at the foot of the cliffs, with secluded beach and sheltered, lifeguarded section of sea. Half board accommodation is good value, with lovely local food, and plenty of variety. Staff friendly and helpful. Faulty light in bedroom was fixed within minutes by maintenance staff. Virtually all the bedrooms face north or south with a sea view. North view better than south but both stunning. Most guests are Turkish, which may be an indicator that the hotel is good value.

8-11eylül arası konakladım. Deniz kenarı harika, deniz tertemiz. Beach bar biraz erken kapanıyor, uzatılabilir. Havuzları kullanmadım fakat uzaktan temiz duruyordu. Spaya gittim, spa özensizdi, termal havuz kapalıydı, yalnızca hamamı kullandım, hamam güzeldi, fakat genel olarak hamam spa ortamı biraz daha özenli hale gelebilir. Saat altıda gittim, hiçbir görevli vs yoktu. Yemekler ve kahvaltı çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Çalışanlar çok yardımseverdi. Alakart restoran seçeneğinin olmadığı söylendi. Temizlikle ilgili bir sorun yaşamadım. Her yer gayet düzgündü. Otelin önünden yarım saatte bir merkeze minibüs kalkıyor. Otelin yakınında yapılacak bir şey yok,otel sitelerin arasında. Dışarı çıkmak isterseniz merkeze gitmeniz gerekir, minibüsle 10 dk sürüyor. Eylül ortası gittiğim için sakindi, beş yıldızlı otelde butik bir deneyim yaşadım ve bu çok hoşuma gitti. Bir daha Çeşme’de tatil yaparsam oteliniz seçeneklerim arasında yer alacak. Teşekkür ederim.

Alles war schön, wir haben ins Wohl gefühlt. Was ganz für mich negativ war; diese service Gebühr um einen glas 2 meter weiter zu bringen von 10% von Endbetrag !! Die preise am Bar und überall im hotel waren ohnehin schon überteuert ohne Ende, dazu noch service Gebühr verlangen??
Sonst passt soweit alles. Für die Preise könnte man bisschen mehr an animation und Attraktionen anbieten sogar noch all-inclusive.. Danke

Our hotel was clean, but there are a few points that I have to remind:
1- We were traveled as a family and because of this we rather to reserve half passion (breakfast and dinner). I asked 2 plates and bowl from Housekeeping, she said that we have to charge you for 500TL 🙄. I said thank you I dont want any empty plate.
