I stayed at Green Hôtels Bordeaux Arena for one night and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were very nice and welcoming, which made check-in smooth and friendly. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable — exactly what I needed after a long day.
One minor downside was the shower, which didn’t get hot straight away. It took over five minutes of running before it warmed up properly. As I was only there for a short stay, it wasn’t worth making a fuss about, but something to be aware of if you’re in a rush.
The location was lovely — quiet and peaceful, yet only a short drive into the city, which made it a convenient base. All in all, a good stay with just a small room for improvement.

We had to switch rooms because our AC was not working. In the new room the bathroom was dirty and the shower had cracks in it. Hard to get an Uber out to the hotel, so recommend having your own car. Got the breakfast once, but quantity of food (food not restocked) was limited.

Op het eerste gezicht een mooi hotel met prachtige ligging en goede organisatie. De kamers zijn ruim, over het algemeen schoon en voorzien van prima bedden en airconditioning. Hotel dont le personnel se fiche des clients qui passent par les plateformes de réservations en ligne. Du laissé aller, le matin je prenais mon petit dejeuner que j’avais payé, tendis que l’employé de l’accueil n'arrêtait plus ses aller retours entre la cuisine et l’accueil la bouche pleine de viennoiseries qu’il venait prendre au buffet gratuitement sous les yeux des clients.

Garten und ausreichend Parkplätze.
Der Empfang dient auch als Bar, es gibt eine Snackingstation (Gerichte, die man sich selber in der Microwelle oder Ofen erhitzen kann…, nicht ganz unser Fall).
Das Zimmer wird nur auf Wunsch täglich gereinigt, sonst nur alle 5 Tage. Wir waren nur 2 Tage da, für uns kein Thema!

Climatisation bruyante
Climatisation très bruyante, signalée à l'accueil pour demander à changer de chambre. La réponse fut que toutes les climatisations de l'hôtel sont \"vieilles et bruyantes\" et qu'aucune autre chambre ne permettrait d'avoir par conséquent un confort convenable... Bref j'aurais préférer avoir cette information avant d'y séjourner car le bruit de la climatisation rend impossible l'usage de celle-ci lorsqu'on y dort...

Réservation effectuée avec paiement à l’hôtel pour 2 chambre . L’hôtel a effectué sans mon accord le prélèvement sur la carte donnée lors de la réservation.
Pas de solution proposée si ce n’est de m’arranger avec ma collègue.

Svømmebassenget var ok, men ganske lite, og ingen dusj, så ingen dusjet før de gikk inn. Parkering var et stort pluss siden jeg kom med bil. Et lite stykke utenfor sentrum, men for oss passet dette bra.

Cet hôtel est parfait, nous avons passé une nuit dans une chambre très confortable, propre, le personnel est très avenant, la déco est très jolie, on pourrait se croire à la maison. Petit dej varié et complet, on n'a plus envie de partir !

Good room and good breakfast.
Good room and good breakfast. The lady at the reception was very helpful, but being alone at reception + bar + restaurant she had to manage too many things and there might be delays, I was sorry for her. There is not a real \"restaurant\" but they warm up ready dishes, anyway it was ok. I gave only 3 stars to sustainability because they still use one-way small shampoo bottles instead of refillable wall containers. The shampoo was good anyway.

Excellent moment au Green Hôtel, accueil et service très aimable tout au long du séjour, chambre confortable, environnement agréable. Mention spéciale pour le délicieux petit déjeuner varié et copieux, avec produits frais et bio !

Le lendemain,la personne de l accueil était désagréable(pas de bonjour et pète-sec ).
Petit-déjeuner 12,50euros par personne: plus de confiture de fraise, plus de jus de pommes,presque plus d oeufs brouillés... et des clients arrivaient encore.
On n a pas osé demander à la personne de l accueil du jus de pommes,on n avait pas envie de prendre un 2eme retour.
