Hotel en face de la gare. Les chambres sont propres, la literie confortable et le personnel accueuillant. Seul bémol, la salle de bain de 3 m2 avec une douche de 60x60 cm et un micro lavabo ce n est pas agréable.

This hotel was a good value for the price and location. The service was great and we received a great recommendation for dinner right down the street. The only negative feedback I have is that the bathrooms are outdated - our toilet ran frequently and the faucet dripped. The bed was comfortable and the wifi worked well.

Le séjour a très mal commencé. J'avais choisi de régler la facture sur place, choix que propose hotels.com. J'avais aussi ajouté un supplément permettant d'annuler la réservation jusqu'à la veille. N'ayant pas annulé, ma réservation était confirmée. J'ai appelé 3 fois pour avoir le code d'entrée (arrivée tardive prévue à 22h). La gérante a refusé de me le donner et exigé un paiement sur un lien (peu sécurisé apparemment car ma banque a refusé le paiement!). J'ai dû appeler Hotels.com (démarche très compliquée depuis la fusion avec Expédia) pour obtenir le code! Or j'étais successivement dans un avion, un bus, un train.. La gérante a apparemment été autorisée à utiliser la carte que j'avais saisie lors de la réservation. Ce n'est pas acceptable. Cet hôtel devrait être retiré du réseau Hotels.com ou bien accepter les conditions! car la réservation était garantie et aurait été réglée.

Le séjour au Brit Hôtel Armor de Guingamp se passe toujours bien. Son propriétaire est toujours très accueillant. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La salle de bain est de bonne taille également. L'hôtel est au calme et pourtant à quelques mètres de la gare. Petit déjeuner bien servi et possibilité de restauration à proximité. C'est une bonne adresse.

Nous n’avons passé que nuit dans cet hôtel . Compte tenu de la vétusté de la salle de bains, du peu de confort , du peu d’isolation sonore et. De la piètre qualité de literie cetzit largement suffisant !la salle de bains n’est pas en photo on comprend mieux pourquoi : sanitaire en marron des années des années 70 toujours des mélangeurs au lieu de mi Pas pratique de prendre sa douche dans une baignoire parce qu’il n’y a pas de tapis antiglisse. Heureusement Accueil était très correct. Dans la salle des petits déjeuners les chaises sont entièrement en bois : aucune assise en coussin : confort détestable! À ne retenir que si il n’y a plus rien d’autre plus et si vous cherchez un prix et encore. Seul point positif la qualité de l’accueil Conclusion hôtel à rénover de tout urgence

Attention ce n'est pas une chambre à 3 lits comme indiqué par Expédia mais 1 lit double et 1 lit simple. L'hôtel ne possède aucune chambre avec 3 lits simples, comme nous l'a précisé le patron.

Nous sommes arrivées après l heure un dimanche apm, nous avons contacté le portable affiché sur la porte de l hôtel. Et là notre angoisse a diparu car la personne nous a donné la marche à suivre. Et il a ete tres serviable. Ravies de notre séjour avec un temps magnifique !
