Hotel was clean but tired. Breakfast was very good but dinner took forever to get served. The immediate area is quite pretty overlooking a lake but we couldn’t see it from our room.

Unsafe Unapologetic Over Priced.
My 6 year old son badly cut his toe on the broken light in the swimming pool. I got a member of staff who helped with stopping the bleeding which was a lot. I then showed him the broken light in the pool as there were other people in the pool, he said oh and that was it, another guest pointed to the bottom of the pool saying there was glass on the floor and the member of staff still did not shut the pool. We then went to our room with an upset son who had been wanting to swim all day and had about 5 mins before the accident. We then went down for a meal and were not allowed on the terrace as there was a coach party and they were treated much better then us. The food took for ever to come as they were busy with there coach party. The lamb was cold and tuff the rest was ok. The room was small we paid extra for a family room and got a standard the a bunk bed pushed in the corner. The worst thing about the whole thing is we never got an apology. AVOID

There is no elevator and if your room is on second level, there's a narrow circular staircase which is difficult and even dangerous with suitcases. Breakfast room is small and we didn't find a table so went without breakfast. The entrance is on a narrow, one way street and the hotel parking was already full when we arrived. The only good experience was with two staff members, another two staff were unfriendly. Won't be back.

Hôtel bien situé au calme dans une belle région. Personnel très agréable et très serviable. Le seul bémol est le manque de climatisation dans les chambres; Et la réception du WIFI qui n'est pas optimale. Sinon nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel.

A éviter toutefois si vous souhaitez vous lever tard (comme dans notre cas après un mariage dans la région !) car l'isolation phonique entre les chambres est vraiment mauvaise : les voisins se font vite entendre dès leur réveil ainsi que le ménage des chambres qui débute dès 8h30-9h00.

L'adresse Internet à La Roche sur Yon m'a conduit à trouver sur ma (vieille) carte au nord de La Roche un lieu-dit moulin neuf où j'ai été me fourvoyer L'opératrice jointe par téléphone m'a fait prendre le bon chemin: une heure perdue.!

Propreté laisse à désirer... La piscine est mal entretenue et le fond est gluant... Odeur nauséabonde dans les couloirs... Mal insonorisé et le personnel manque cruellement de discrétion le matin lors du ménage... Réveillés par les portes qui claquent et le personnel qui parle très fort dans le couloir... La déco est digne d'un hôtel 1 étoile...
On nous a même appelé pour nous informer d'un prélèvement pour un repas que nous n'avons absolument pas pris à l'hotel ! Seul point positif la salle de bain et les environs calmes et reposants...

Personnel familial très agréable, bon resto. Piscine agréable. Chambre très calme, propre et fonctionnelle manque la clim et j'ai préféré ne pas ouvrir la fenêtre car à proximité de l'étendue d'eau et donc d'insectes.

Très bel endroit au bout du bout d'une petite route et bordant un bel étang.
Le cadre est donc très agréable. Belle bâtisse, réception et salle de restaurant accueillants.
Grande piscine couverte et chauffée. Idéal pour se relaxer...
Hélas; tout se gâche un peu lorsqu'on arrive à la chambre. Nous avions pourtant fait l'effort de payer 10 euros supplémentaires pour en avoir une avec vue sur le lac.
Mais là est la déception: les chambres sont minuscules, dans les 9 à 10m². En couple, pas de place pour deux valises.
Il n'est pas nécessaire de préciser que l'on ne trouvera que de la literie de 140cm. Un lit de 160 ne rentrerait pas. On a l'impression d'être dans une chambre de mobilhome, très dommageable...
L'hôtel est donc à conseiller pour une halte passagère, mais en aucun cas pour un séjour de plusieurs jours, tellement profiter de la chambre n'a aucun intérêt, malgré le balcon sur l'étang.
Un petit point noir également pour la "propreté" de l'environnement piscine. Aucun reproche pour la qualité de l'eau, on se baigne avec plaisir, mais la grande véranda n'est pas entretenue, le sol et les transat sales, ces derniers limite vétustes.
Dommage, car l'endroit est superbe; avec des chambres de dimension raisonnables, l'endroit serait paradisiaque pour qui cherche le calme...
