The property was a major let down. The pictures are very misleading. The amenities, food everyrhing seem such low quality. No elevator at the property either. The staff had such attitude, from the guy who checked us in to the lady in the morning when we checked out. The fellow wouldn't even give me a helping hand seeing that I was with my wife, and a 3 yr old daughter, carrying 4 big bags up and down to the 3rd floor. I travel the world, but this particular property made me change the way I booked my hotels for the rest of this 9 days long trip in US; I would drive over to a HOTEL(not motels as such) see it from inside and then book it to stay the night. I would not put myself or my family in this motel or anything similar to it remotely ever again.

There for 5 days. Only got room services on one day. Did not empty room trash daily.
Had to ask for additional towels.
No elevator. Steps to all floors and staff did not offer to help with carrying bags up steps upon arrival.

When we checked in the gentleman at the check in desk was very polite, professional and friendly. He even spared this 83.5 semi handicapped geezer from going downstairs ---and back upstairs to fill the ice bucket. The lady in the morning was equally friendly, professional and polite during our checkout. My only comment was that you need to replace the flush valve on the toilet in room 200. Several time I had to eighter juggle or re-flush to stop it from running.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was recently remodeled. There was a long human hair left near the sink which was unsettling but the rest of the room was very clean. Access to rooms is up or down a flight of stairs, so those with accessibility issues could be impacted. Maybe there is an elevator?? Just staying before an early flight, so can't comment on breakfast or other amenities. The parking lot felt safe and was well-lighted.

Unfortunately, my daughter and I did not even see our room since she was on crutches due to knee surgery earlier that day. I mistakenly believed that because a hotel has a second floor, it has an elevator. This hotel does not.

I asked for a refund, minus the cancellation fee, because my daughter could not go up the stairs to the room. I was told no because the room could not be rented out that night. We never set foot in that room! It was very frustrating!!

Outside of that issue, the front desk clerk was friendly.

I don't expect a lot when i need a place to crash while traveling. I need a clean room, accessible shower and maybe a breakfast

Our room was very clean, my child said the breakfast was good. The property was very neat and tidy even with a packed parking lot

We stayed here for a night a few days ago. We believed a shuttle to the airport was available based on the Hotels.com description at the time of booking. However, it was no longer being provided, so we had to take an Uber at around 11 PM. The front desk staff were neither kind nor professional during the check-in process. There is also no elevator. The only positive was the hotel’s convenient location near the airport.

Clean room, close to BZN, several stores and restaurants within walking distance.
$20 Uber to the airport, breakfast scheduled for 6am but was not ready (it happens) but the employee getting it ready was very rude and would not provide any utensils for what was available until he got everything ready. We finally gave up at 620 and left for the airport.

The rooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly. I had originally reserved a one bed room for me and my daughter. And the staff put us in a room with two queens for no extra charge. The breakfast was very good and hot. The only thing was they didn’t have any bananas and we really wanted one. Other than that I give them a big thumbs up.

It was a clean hotel but the shower only had water coming out of just over 1/2 of the head and the tub was broken. When I let them know about it they just said they would make a note. I only realized the tub didn’t plug it was the second night so I couldn’t even take a bath and by this time

An older but well-kept property. Super comfortable. The guy at the front desk asked when I was leaving to catch my plane the next morning. When I told him 5:30 AM, he asked if I wanted a yogurt to keep in the room’s mini fridge since breakfast wouldn’t be set out until 6. I was so grateful! Then, when he brought it out, he’d included an apple, an orange, and a muffin! These snacks saved me during a very stressful day. Thank you, sir!

I’ve stayed here twice now. I travel to Belgrade about once a month and will be staying here again. They’ve made great improvements to the hotel and you can tell. Close to the airport, close to the interstate and close to restaurants. People are friendly, rooms are clean.

Great check in process; the gal at the desk was knowable and cheerful despite late Christmas Eve / very early Christmas Day check in time.
Breakfast was what one would expect—good enough to get up and go.
I’d gladly stay there again if I needed a hotel right near airport due to very late night arrival.

I stay here often. Staff is courteous. Good restaurants walking distance away.
My only complaint would be there are no smoking of any kind posted everywhere and every time i stay the smell of weed is overwhelming in hallways. Skunk smell indoors very unpleasant and unacceptable. If you have a rule enforce it. Time to start charging credit card 500.00 when the room reeks of pot. That smell doesn't go away by the time they check out. Inconsiderate to the majority of guests that don't smoke that crap.
