Where do I start, they didn’t have a room then found one, tried to charge full price because it “has two beds, you wanted one so it costs more”.

The room? Oh gosh, the room. No trash cans, no toilet paper, wet toilet paper roll behind the bathroom door, drug paraphernalia above bathroom light fixture, and the toilet ran all night.

Dogs walk the hallways unattended, the front desk attendant is in absolutely no hurry to get to the front when you ring the buzzer (over 10 minutes BOTH times).

I know…why? Why the heck did I stay? We were dog tired, it was 10pm on the first night of our two day drive, and we just decided to crash and deal with it since the last hotel was full.

Took 3 tries to get keys that worked. 1 room had no running water in the sink. 2nd room had a hole in the bathtub. After checking out 2 days later a charge appeared on our cc for 1 night/1room (I'm assuming since it was 63.50) when everything was prepaid through hotels.com. called to ask them to fix the extra charge and they said I had to dispute it through my bank.

The bed was fine. The hairdryer didn't work, and the tiny TV didn't work properly. I logged onto Netflix and watched about 15 minutes of a movie and it just started buffering. I guess their Internet is not good enough to support streaming services. Also, there was never anyone at the front desk. Not that that bothered me, it just seemed weird. Maybe they should spend more money on updating the rooms instead of updating the lobby.

The gentleman that checked me in was kind and reassuring that if I parked up front my vehicle would be safe because he installed cameras a year before. Which my van was great when I left. I couldn’t really tell when I pulled up where to go into building. The lobby is under construction but the shape of my room had some issues. The bed slept great and that’s what I needed. But if Super 8 is truly being refurbished it should be shut down until they have rooms that the furniture isn’t torn or extremely dirty to the point you don’t want to sit on it. I paid thru Expedia so I would not get my money back if I left so I reluctantly stayed. Expedia Shame on you this motel should not have been included on choices after looking at all the reviews that are extremely worse than mine. My fault for not checking reviews before I purchased but traveling alone is hard to look and drive. I have pics if wanted.

This motel has been run down. There was a sewer leak closing the hallway from the front desk to my room. The smoke dector was removered and gone from it's mounting base. No water pressure. When I attempted to take a shower, the pressure was so low the water barely trickled out of the shower head. The bath tub bottom looked like it had been broken and some made a cobbled patch when it was cracked. I wouldn't recommend this motel to any travelers, it's a disaster.

This was one of the worst lodging experiences I have ever had. From the moment I parked people smoking marihuana at the door and when i entered the room, it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority. The towels were visibly dirty, the shower was broken and unusable, the carpet was sticky underfoot, and the pillows had an awful, stale odor. On top of that, the air conditioning unit was so loud it made restful sleep impossible.

The entire environment felt unsanitary and poorly maintained, creating a sense of discomfort from start to finish. No guest should have to endure such conditions, and this property should not be operating in its current state. While the staff themselves were polite and tried to be helpful, it doesn’t change the fact that the facilities are in unacceptable condition. For the sake of guest safety and comfort, serious improvements are urgently needed.

The only good thing beds were made with clean sheets. Carpet dirty,big stain, towel racks broken, shower broken, no vent on airconditioner, lights over bed not working, tv offline (mgr. had to come sign in) 2 huge dogs roaming around inside property. Too late to go anywhere else. Left with no breakfast didnt want to chance getting sick. Will NOT be back. Need better representation of your company brand.

This property is very old and reeks of chemical cleaners. So bad in fact that I left after 15 minutes due mainly to the smell. I had to go to a different motel.
Besides the horrible smell, the room and bathroom were not clean. There was no where to plug in to charge devices without unplugging the TV or microwave. The motel would not refund my money.

We like and usually go out of our way to stay at Super 8, but I am truly sorry to say I cannot recommend Blackwell Super 8. Sheets and towels appeared clean, but bedspread was gross. Had to take it off and put it away. The carpet has large dirty spots. The in room table had sticky on it. There was dirt behind the bathroom door. There were not enough plugins. Husband uses a cpap and we had to go to front desk for an extension cord, which desk help was very nice about. No complaints about help, just physical condition of buildng and rooms.

Motel 6 in Blackwell, Oklahoma Is poor quality

First of all we asked for wheelchair assessable was not able to use the bathroom condition of the bathroom tub. Had tape patched in the bottom from being all cracked up condition of the floors and the smell was terrible. Microwave was dirty. Refrigerator was not very clean. there was food crumbs all over the floor around the bed that was not cleaned up, there was lights that did not work. The globe Was missing on the light fixture, and there was no element inside the fixture. The sink was dirty and cracked the moldings around. The floor were pulled away from the wall at certain points. The bed in the bed stunk. The mattress was wore out and it was droppings on the dresser did not know what kind bugs in the floor in the bathroom dead I’ll include some of the photos I took would not recommend this motel to my worst enemy. I would’ve refused the room, but there was no refunds after you checked in. They had your credit card and poicy Iis no returns after checking in
Also the back door you have to have a card to get in. It was unsecured anybody could walk through that door and come into the building that didn’t belong. It was hard to use to get into the room 107 would take about five minutes before Activating using different cards.

The room was what was so bad. It was not very clean, but the bathroom had cracks or missing pieces in the stool and sink. The bath tub looked horrible and had big strains and cracks, couldn't begin to even step in for a quick shower. No extra toilet paper. When went after more, had to ring several times to get someone and when finally did, he was not very pleased about being disturbed. When we signed in, that person was not very friendly either.
Will not stay there again or recommend it to others.

The woman at the front desk was very kind and helpfull. When we first walked in it smelled of marijuana, bit since its medically legal i wasnt too surprised or upset.

If your wanting to book this hotel for the pool there isn't one. Which was a big disappointment to my kids. So was the lack of a tv. There was a roku attatched but no way to use it. And all the chanels were static.
The keys dont always work we had to go get new ones and even then the lady had to come down and help up open the door. You have to use both keys at once and just try and try again till they open.
The beds were fine the rooms were clean and smell free the bath tub had \"repaired\" cracks. And what looked like a leak from above. And the weather stripping in the window was coming off leaving cracks open to the outside. And the back entrance doesn't close there isnt even a mechanism there for it to close with.
Overall i would not recommend i feel like there were other hotels that actually had pools that were comparable.

To start off, you did not have to use your key card to enter the \"secure\" building. Then we could not get the room door to open.I should have taken that as a hint and just turned around and got my money back but we were on a time limit.
Went in planning on taking a shower and getting ready enjoy our event. Went in to use the restroom and low and behold a turd was floating in the toilet. Ggrrr,flushed the toilet to do my business. Looked over at the bath tub and it looked really bad. I was going to take a shower before going to the concert but the bottom of the tub was so filthy I just took a perfume bath. On top it all the toilet was filthy, like it had not seen a toilet brush in 6 months or longer.
Was supposed to be a smoking room but no ashtray.

The place smelled like weed when I walked in. The people who run it look like they were high. Dressed like they just came off the streets. The guy wore a white tank top pants around his butt and I couldn’t understand him at all. The woman came out in a sports bra with pajama pants and had no shoes. He gave me the key to my room and told he if it didn’t open with one key try both then took the key cards back and used a tissue to try and clean them. Nastiest hotel I’ve even seen. Did not stay!!!

Amazing staff extremely helpful and catered to our needs. The room was fantastic and the bed was absolutely the best stayed at one of the mariott hotels in enid the beds were fluffy looking but alammed to the box/base boards stiff hard to sleep. Here though the bed was soft comfy and cozy. That along with the friendly and helpful staff made the stay that much more cozy would recommend to anyone and ill be staying again.

Sadly the conditions were deplorable. I should have checked the reviews. There was mold in bathroom, bedsheets and towels were dirty and smelly. The toilet seat was breaking apart and the room itself had a stench. I’ll be reaching out to my credit card company to get my money back.

Woke to.people talking and a crying baby baby that sounded as if they were all in the same.room as I. There were no stations on the TV just fuzz. There were two remotes and the batteries were corroded inside the remote and only way to turn the TV off was to unplug. The \"breakfast\" was two types of cereal, but since it was almost midnight and I was tired, I get what I paid for. It was relatively clean but some sort of white substance on the table top that wouldnt wipe with a napkin and a small hotel type bottle of lotion or soap on the floor when i got.there...SOOOO not sure if someone had their own personal rub session or the cleaning staff just didnt do their job.

It was really gross. One of the beds had been slept in and I had to go get a different set of sheets from the front desk. All the linens were very thin, worn, had holes, and were very stained. The carpets were filthy and there was blood on the carpet and on the dresser. We kept our shoes on the whole time. My daughter was so nervous about the other people staying there that we placed all our luggage in front of the door to block it. There was an overpoweringly heavy odor of marijuana in the whole facility. We stayed only 1 of 3 nights. We weren't even there for 10 hrs. When I requested a refund for at least one of the remaining nights, I was told that they \"don't do that\". I told him that the smell of marijuana was pretty heavy and he said \"what are you going to do? Go tell them not to smoke?\". I strongly recommend NOT using this hotel.

When entering we waited for the front desk personnel to assist us. Told them we had a reservation, her response was “ you do?” That should’ve been the first hunt to run. We were given our room keys and told if they don’t work use both of them at once. She offered to go up with us cause she wanted to go back to bed. There is no elevator for this 3 floor motel. The room had a stale, smoky smell. Sheets were old and thin and mattress pads were FIlTHY. Carpets were also filthy. Shower faucet was coming away from the wall. The towels were very old and stained. We slept in our clothes. We stayed because reviews were very good. I think employees post them. Also the “breakfast” consisted of spoiled orange juice, half gallon of milk, coffee and cereal. This place is a sad. Run down place. Never again.

Our prepaid Expedia room had 2 queen beds listed and we arrive being told it’s a sold out night (local baseball team in town), check in (we got in late so we were the last check in of the day I’m sure), head up to the room and it only has one queen bed and a VERY noisy AC unit. They had to bring a rollaway bed in that had dog food pellets in it when opened. The room itself wasn’t totally awful. Bedding needs updated, the fridge doesn’t work, and again the AC was so loud! Was able to take a nice cold shower to cool off and the towels were clean at least. Just, not great.

Great value for a good nights rest

Great value for a place to sleep. Checked in late and lady was very nice. Parking is good quiet area and room enough for pick up and trailer. Older type furnishings. Good bed clean room and bedding. Restaurant next door for breakfast. Better than rooms I paid $100 for last week in Oregon. !!!

Easy check in with friendly staff. Clean room. I’m not sure what “newly renovated” means to the owners, but it wasn’t. Sink had no plug and it was extremely difficult to fully shut the water off. I’ve never stayed at a renovated hotel with no bedside access to outlets to charge your phone. Not a hotel I’ll return to.

Quick easy stay

The beds are pretty hard and pillows leave a lot to be desired. Air conditioner works great. Lots of hot water. Friendly staff. This place is in the cheaper side so you don’t get a lot of extras which is fine. Decent size room, we had two queen bed.

This place was dirty and old. The room had stained towels, sheets and comforters. The floor/carpet was damp and I had to wear shoes in the room. The bed had waterproof bed cover under the sheets (scary to even wonder why). The smell of the room was very rotten/mildew. My daughter and I refused to even shower in this place. Yet, somehow hotels.com has this hotel rated at an 8+ (fabulous).

Bathrooms need to be updated. Need walk-in showers for those who don't like tubs. Also they say they have breakfast but no way can the breakfast be found in the morning. Mabey because of Covid but something is better than nothing

Not worth it.

Arrived late at night weary from being on the road with 2 young kids. The employee was SUPER sweet, however there is no elevator (and i had an recent knee injury.) There was no continental breakfast and they use Roku, which wasn't working in our room. It was a budget place to sleep, but I have seen much better for similar pricing. Very disappointed.
