Location to Fremont experience is the best. The staff is great and the restaurant is amazing. The rooms themselves are comfortable but basic. Only one mirror in a dimly lit bathroom is a problem for us women trying to do makeup. However we were very disappointed in the Bingo. On a previous visit we stayed elsewhere but had so much fun at Bingo that this time we wanted to stay in the Plaza to be closer to the Bingo. We only played once on our first night, and it put us off from the rest of our 3 night stay. It was HOT in that Bingo room, and the caller staff was rude and repeatedly kept announcing for people to be quiet. We didn’t notice anything unusual aside from a tipsy couple having some fun and giggling, but it wasn’t so bad that the game was affected. We felt the announcers wanted us to play in silence and their frequent chastisement interrupted the games more than the participants did. If it was one group then they should have been asked to leave, rather than making the entire room feel as though we had to play in complete silence. It made it no fun so we didn’t go back. And again, it was HOT in there!

We upgraded to a President Suite. Paid the upgrade price. The room was dated and the sofa was absolutely disgusting. There were several stains on the cushions and the back of it. It looked like several porn flicks had been filmed there. I told front desk staff and a manager moved us to another room. It was better but not much. Still several suspicious “white” stains on the furniture. GROSS. I can’t believe they leave those in any room let alone a President Suite. We’ve been to Vegas 8 times in the last 5 years and have stayed at the Plaza every time. Next time it’ll be somewhere else.

It was all good until it wasn't due to noisy neighbors. Blaring music really loud during all hours of the night. Then to add to it, they were smoking weed and the smell was seeping under the door from our connecting rooms. We were on a non-smoking floor. The smell was really strong.

The casino is AMAZING! The hotel looks great, I’ve never had an issue here EXCEPT for this trip… There were long strands of hair strewn across the wall inside of the shower, pubic or armpit hairs (either way, DISGUSTING!) under the toilet seat and on the surrounding floor. I didn’t complain to front desk since the line at the desk was long when I dropped my key card in the box, & I had to hit the road! Nonetheless, I was disgusted, had to clean up someone else’s hair trimmings & paid full price when I could have stayed at a Motel 6 for a fraction of the cost and NOT had to clean up that nastiness. I’m disappointed and the cleanii in BV people need to spend the extra 2 minutes to sweep, disinfect & just all around do their job properly!

I paid usd 269 plus 88 and upgraded to deluxe room paying 255 at the property for a deluxe room for even not having a cleaned room. They claimed a paper was given at check in (which never was) but they paper also didn’t say anything about a person having to ask for a deluxe room to be cleaned. And they will say they had none to clean and could not do it.
I asked for a trolley to take my luggage as the distance was huge and I had 3 items but said they could not provide trolley or trolley service.

Since you cannot enter the parking garage without a room key - when you check-in there's nowhere to park while you wait. We needed to charge our EV (in one of the 4 EV charging spots - but there was non-EV car parked there for about 45 minutes - because the guest was trying to check in and couldn't find anywhere else to park.
This is ridiculous. You cannot blame the security staff because they're not really part of the check-in process - but the check-in staff need to handle this better.

Amazing location, clean room, UPS store in the hotel to ship things home cheaper than additional luggage on the flight. Pool and hot tub on the roof are great - but close at 5pm like most in Vegas. If you want to enjoy Fremont Street this is a great location.

They have made the swimming pool into an unenjoyable place. There are not enough lounges for everyone unless you want to pay. I booked there just to go to the pool and have some leisure Time and that was not possible the way it was..

2 Queen Bed mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. We had a great view of Fremont St and its very nice to just be able to walk outside and be at Fremont. Room was clean and comfortable. The furniture is a little dated but served its purpose. The bloody mary with bacon at the Hash House is amazing and the menu has many yummy food and drink options. Staff throughout the casino was very helpful. Parking is free and easy to get to via the elevator. There are a variety of slot and table games.

Was pleasantly surprised by the Plaza Hotel. We arrived early and were easily accommodated. Connie checked us in and was great - professional, fun and informative!

Reserved a cabana for Saturday of our stay which was cut short because some idiots decided to fight in the pool which left a bloody mess. That was a bummer, but the management did what they could to help make our time enjoyable and offered us a free cabana for the following day - unfortunately we were departing and couldn’t take them up on it. Was able to check out late as well for a small fee. One thing I didn’t know was that most of the casino allowed smoking - so chose not to gamble (which I would have liked too) as I am an asthmatic.
Overall, would stay there again if I was looking for another Fremont experience. The location was perfect. Right at the edge of all the entertainment yet peaceful when we got back to the room.

Honestly, this place pretty good. I heard mixed reviews but when I went with my husband for a small vacay because we work all the time and need time together. Keep the relationship alive so to say. Customer service was amazing. Close entertainment, so you dont have to walk to far and waist more time. We personally didn't have much of. Quick booze or something psychedelic, if thats your thing. LGBTQ friendly, so nothing to worry about there. 😊 If you dont want to hear sound from the boardwalk in your room you can ask for a quieter one. But it only made me and my husband want to go out and have fun! The room was clean and what you'd expect. Honestly for what me and my husband were looking for, it was perfect. It’s was ok , they take advantage of you if go for EDC so be aware of up charging and resort fee on top of that even tho when any other time they do not charge - and staff at front desk not helpful - felt like I was bothering them - but parking attendants were very nice and helpful the resort was ok close to everything on Fremont street.

However, soon I got to my room, I realized that he didn’t seem that clean. I noticed dust everywhere, especially built up around the phone and lamp by the bed which easily looks like it hasn’t been clean in weeks.
Both the shower and the sink just filled up with water as they wouldn’t drain properly.
And when I went to bed as I pulled back the sheets, there was a huge smear of some substance near the pillow, which looked like chocolate or dried blood, meaning they haven’t changed the sheets since the previous guest.
Since it was super late at night and I had to get up early for a flight, I just slept in the other bed. When I went to check out in the morning, I went to the front desk and explained what I saw, and they just shrugged it off.
I will never go back to this resort and I really hope someone in the senior position reads us to ensure the quality cleanliness of their hotel gets better. Disgusting.
