Perfect for travelling with dogs
Perfect overnight stop when travelling with dogs - free of charge which is unique as most hotels really sting you! Nice green area around the property which again was great for our dogs. Basic, small room but all good. Bonus is the big restaurang next door that serves fondue, raclette and a big menue.

Need a over night hotel and this is the second time we stayed in. Kyriad hotel . Fit in our bill and the front desk recommended a restaurant next to the hotel , my husband totally love the Fondue they served .

Clean, tidy, quiet. near motorway. A few restaurants to walk to and a supermarket around the corner. A bargain and a good place to stop for just an overnight stop on a longer journey.

Booked it a day earlier before arrival while touring Nancy. Looked for a decent clean hotel with a good rate which is something difficult to find these days.
And it was OK , clean convinient , free WIFI and decent breakfest.
Rooms are small compared to the US but this is Europe. During WE the rate goes down as the hotel receive mainly business travelelrs during the week

1 seul point négatif provenant du dirigeant de l'hôtel, je m'explique :
J'ai demandé une boisson froide à la personne féminine de l'accueil, elle m'a confirmé qu'il n'y avait pas de problème. J'ai demandé s'il était possible de nous l'amener en terrasse, la personne m'a dit non \"attendez je vous la donne\". Jusqu'à là, pas de problème, j'ai attendu ma boisson puis je suis aller en terrasse rejoindre mes collègues.
Par contre, durant la minute où j'ai attendu, le responsable qui était un peu plus loin a rejoint la première personne en cuisine, qui était entrain de servir la bière, et à dit clairement à haute voix, \"pour qui il se prend celui-là, je ne fais pas Room Services\".
Je trouve anormale ce type de réflexion par derrière, encore plus quand cela provient du responsable.
Toutes les personnes autre que lui que j'ai vu à l'accueil était eux serviables et polies.
Etant toutes les semaines dans des hôtels, je trouve cela inadmissible.
Je propose donc à Kyriad de faire un rappel ou un audit de cet hôtel. Je reprécise que les propos ont été tenues uniquement par le directeur de cet hôtel. C'est peut être un début d'explication du peu de nombre de voiture présentes sur le parking durant mon séjour et celui de mes collègues.

Chambre propre et localisation de l’hôtel pertinente, la chambre était propre et le personnel accueillant et serviable, le veilleur nous a même accueilli avec le sourire ce qui est plutôt rare.
