We stayed there for a lacrosse tournament and with the exception of check-in (45min), our stay was great. The Omni still has a few old school perks, like fresh towels and room service everyday.

It's pretty simple. If you like to be outdoors with your children, if you like to have a cocktail by the pool,if you want to play around the golf on a great golf course this is where you wanna stay. Unbelievable place! We'll be back on the regular.

I was there for a conference and stayed a couple days after with family. I got sick from the food at the conference and my wife got sick from food from the poolside cafe. The room was a bit dated and small.

The staff was amazing. We would go back, just wouldn’t eat at the resort.

The rooms and common areas were spotless and well maintained. The pools were outstanding, and the lazy river was a highlight. Poolside staff were attentive and quick with food and drink service.

We did attempt to order room service, but since the items we wanted were from Eagles Edge, we had to pick them up ourselves. It was a short walk across the property, so not a big inconvenience.

Overall, it was an excellent and relaxing weekend stay. Even with a few proms happening during our visit, it didn’t impact the guest experience at all.

Our daily of 4 really enjoyed our stay. I wish we had more time to experience all the amenities as there are so many but we had a full agenda exploring Orlando. I will definitely consider staying with Omni again if we travel to another city with one. This was our first time and we were impressed. So many nice features like being able to text directly with a live person at the front desk.

The room was clean. My wife reserved a room prior to this stay because she had a seminar from her work. We wanted to stay an extra day, so I booked another room. We asked the staff if it was possible to check us in the same room so that we didn't have to pack and move to another room. The hotel was very accommodating and was able to help us with our request! Awesome CS and would definitely stay here again!

It was okay.. I wouldn’t stay again. Our room was extremely outdated with carpet flooring and just felt meh. The check in process was ridiculous as they valet your car we watched the valet drivers backing into other vehicles and damaging them.

We decided to book this hotel after we stayed here in 2013 and lived it. It definitely wasn’t the same this time. The resort lobby and grounds are nice and but also very old and dated. The bathrooms still have old tubs and shower curtains and the rooms & furniture are old/dated. Nothings changed. Our toilet wasn’t flushing properly, the sink wasn’t draining well.

Our biggest disappointment was the pool area. It was the reason we chose to come here. It was so busy when we arrived at 3pm that there were no loungers left to use that weren’t littered with used towels, leftover food, cups and dirty dishes. It was gross. We tried th adults pool but it was full. There were kids all over the place and the Lazy river was filthy. I never saw one server so we went to the bar to order drinks and food. The quality of drinks were sub par and the chicken tenders and fries were cold, soggy and had terrible presentation. We tired to dine at Trevi’s Italian but tj vibe there was loud, open, buffet style so we asked to go outside and they put us at a random table near the bar and where people were smoking and told us they don’t have enough servers. We left a tried to find something nicer nearby but there are not many options for nice dining in the area. To think we chose to return here 13 yrs later and had this experience is very disappointing. Considering this is an Omni property, we definitely had higher expectations.

I had to pay for self parking which seems crazy to me since I already paid for the hotel. And extra fees..
I'd rather pay for everything upfront so there are no surprises.
Also I felt I already paid a lot for me room. And the carpet had a torn hole in the center of the room. Anyway, it just felt like for all that I spent it was not an incredible experience that I was hoping for.

Staff was exceptional. Family member had medical emergency, and security came with medical team to check and assist immediately. We were celebrating birthday and I was pampered with care gifts.

The only downside was the guests. There were 3 weddings and company events happening at the same time during our stay. It was very chaotic with people who lacked etiquette.

I’ll definitely come back during low season again.

The facilities are great, we loved the pool, mini golf, and overall amenities. The food and beverage staff were amazing, and housekeeping was also wonderful. Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk staff was very different.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and found a roach in our room. While we understand that we are in Florida and guests are traveling in from all over the world, this was still very disturbing. We do not have roaches in our home, and it is not something we expect to encounter when we are paying to stay at a hotel.

When we reported the issue to the front desk, the response was nonchalant, simply “OK,” with no apology or sense of concern. No one offered to change our room or address the situation proactively. I had to request that housekeeping come to clean the room, and even then there was no sense of urgency.

The lack of empathy and responsiveness from the front desk was very disappointing and took away from what could have otherwise been a great stay.

Omni Orlando is an amazing regal hotel full of luxury, amazing restaurants/meal, and customer service.

NOW, we cautious you to call these hotels, airlines, and even rental car services to book directly with them and totally refrain from using Expedia; they are just corporate vampires ready to suck on every pocket money you have and would not do anything to help you should a problem arrive on any service booked with them. Whatever few dollars you save using them will cost you excessive money to fat their pockets. Remember, they are not there for you but for them, you are just their money life line to suck on. And no one speak “English English” And their emails are AI generated, you know you are not dealing with a human; And every email they respond comes from a different AI person. Honestly, just stay way away from Expedia and similar platforms.

There are a lot of extra fees and taxes added once you check in, your bill will be at least $50 more per night than your invoice shows…. they also hold $100/ night for incidentals. These charges add up so be prepared. The room was clean and the staff were friendly, otherwise I would give this place one star.

I've stayed at this place twice and the first time we stayed at the Villas and was frustrated with how far we were from the main building and amenities. This time I specifically requested an east facing room so we would be at the main building. The hostess confirmed it was an east facing room and said we were in the West Wing. The room was north facing and was such a long inconvenient walk. I do want to come back, I love the pools are heated but I'm going to demand a room in the main building for convenience.

Please be aware that Omni has become the poster child for corporate greed. It’s bad enough the resort fees are up to $43 per night but now they charge you $14.90 to RENT a towel at the pool area. That’s per towel, I was flabbergasted.

We love your hotel and all the services and activities that are available. Our only concern is that your hotel and property are not walkable for someone who uses a cane or wheelchair. I had to use a wheelchair to go from our room to the elevator (3 corridors to get there) and to proceed out of the hotel.

All was great, but what ruined the experience was the extra wait for the shuttle to take us baxk n forth from the buildings....the shuttle system n3eds to be revised or just more staff.....the building are too far away for convinients daily walking to baxk n forth from main area...and when u aske for a shuttle its like a 12 to 15 min wait n have to ask the staff to call the diver several times...just an inconvenience that dampens the experience

This property is very well-maintained. I came here for a conference and did not have a chance to take advantage of the pools or the lazy River, but I heard rave reviews from other attendees. The bistro food was quite good. My from was beautiful and comfortable, and I had an amazing view of the golf course.
My only criticisms of this hotel are the parking situation and the conference food. Our meals for the conference were optional and quite expensive ($50-$65), but the food quality was below average. With regards to parking, I planned to use the valet, but the entrance area had become so crowded that I knew it would be quite awhile before and attendant could help me, so I opted for self-parking, but overnight self-parking is also quite expensive.
