Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly.
The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. Worst thing about it was the fact that the place had clearly not been cleaned properly. It was really dirty.
There was supposed to be a vacuum cleaner in the building (as per the notification in room) but there was nothing. We brushed and cleaned the floor but when we went to check out, they told us the vacuum was at reception so we had to go back and hoover. No issue with doing this but the fact that the room was not clean when we arrived meant I was unimpressed with needing to go all the way back to the room to complete this job.
Location is good, right next to the slope and a small drive from the gondola and lifts.
Parking was also good, with plenty of room.
All in all, a very bad experience and we will not stay again.

Spacious apartment. Excellent lake views, (because we were on top on 2nd line). You need transportation to go to town. Check out required is to early, imo. Pet friendly.

Depending on the time you are planning on arriving, you'll have to wait or make sure you call for them to wait for you. We were driving from far and it was a bit stressful to have to plan so carefully.
Equally, on the last day we wanted to leave luggage in the hotel to change, but we would have needed to wait until they opened at 5, so had to pack everything in the morning and change in the car.

Bueno, el departamento no estaba tiene cocina vitrocerámica, nevera, microondas, agua caliente, calefacción a tope osea que calienta bastante bien las que hay, las vistas fueron un poco justos pero podia apreciar algo del valle.
El acceso a las pistas de ski nos quedaba a unos 10 minutos caminando y en coche a 2 minutos. Estan super chulas y el.costo no es muy caro.

Concernant le logement, très belle vue sur le lac et bon rapport qualite prix.

Suelo sucio sin fregar. Ruido toda la noche extractor cocina y en pitido cada minuto del sensor anti incendios. Increíble que esto suceda. Te dicen que les bajes la basura y las sábanas a recepción al marchar. Es deplorable. Menos mal que solo habíamos reservado una noche!! Lo único bueno que tiene es que esta al lado de pistas, pero no merece la pena. Un suspenso total!!!

El día de llegada la calefacción ni se notaba, la pusimos al máximo pero tampoco vimos la diferencia, estábamos alojados en el edificio D, y teníamos amigos que estaban alojados en el E y C y que sus radiadores funcionaban perfectamente, vimos que eran diferentes a los nuestros. Al día siguiente fuimos a recepción y comentamos el problema, nos dijeron que como estábamos en la cara norte ese apartamento era más frío (nuestros amigos también estaban en la cara norte), preguntamos si habían radiadores para dejarnos y nos dijeron que no, que nos podían dar más edredones, les dijimos que nuestros radiadores eran diferentes y nos dijeron que eran de los antiguos. Por la tarde nos estábamos duchando mi hija y yo y empezó a salir agua fría, tuvimos que calentar agua en una olla y enjuagarnos como pudimos. Fuimos a recepción de nuevo a quejarnos y parecía ser que nuestro edificio era el único que había tenido problemas con el agua caliente. Nos dieron la opción de ducharnos en los vestuarios de la piscina en los que había muy mal olor. El agua de la piscina estaba bastante fría y además para llegar a ella tenías que pasar por unas rejillas que no filtraban el agua y que dejó un charco enorme de agua congelada. Está claro que no lo recomiendo, o si os atrevéis a ir que pidáis expresamente que no os alojen en el edificio D

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans l’hotel Avec nos 2 enfants de 3 et 7 ans. Les prestations sont très bien, le chalet est confortable. Seule ombre au tableau, nous étions en prestations hôtel mais il a fallu monter les draps et faire les lits, ainsi que le ménage avait été trop rapide à notre goût. La piscine et les couloirs mériteraient un rafraîchissement de peinture, sinon les prestations sont bien et confortables. Le cadre est très beau également avec vue sur le lac.

une petite escale avant de partir en rando. C'est assez petit pour 4 (2 adultes, 16 ans et 11 ans), heureusement nous sommes en été et pas en saison de ski. Les parents ont dormi sur le clic clac, difficile de se lever la nuit car plus de place et j'ai eu mal au dos: Couchage de mauvaise qualité.
La façade mériterait un ravalement pour un 3 étoiles. Concernant la piscine, il faudrait une personne qui fasse respecter les règles aux enfants des parents pourtant présents.
