No hot water, only like warm with only hot water turned on. Room smelled like smoke. Not clean, shower was slimy and had tiles missing from around the drain. Parking was very tight. Car in handicap parking without tags. They didn’t make up the room or give us fresh towels. Got up every hour to check on my vehicle, didn’t feel safe. Only stayed to attend a wedding.

I checked into a room and found 4 cockroaches in the shower. Immediately went to the office and was given a key for a new room. Upon enter this one had 3 cockroaches on the wall. Furthermore I saw bloodstains and burn marks in the carpet. The guy working the desk was nice. Although he didn't seem surprised at all!

Absolute worst hotel I have ever been to. Our door would not unlock Maintanance man and manager tried using a CROWBAR to get in windows and door! Unbelievable that's when the drug addicts and hookers started coming out of their rooms to see what was going on..this happened at 10pm. Our family just left and had to find another hotel.it was scary. Do not stay here. Now i have to fight Hotels.com to get refund. Terrible place!!!!!! The website is a complete lie of what the place actually is. Its dirty rundown and scary.

Leaky faucet, broken handle, window AC unit next to the in wall AC unit that was broken, dirty microwave, no place for toiletries in the bathroom, chipped paint on the walls, homeless family sleeping in the courtyard, stained couch, Missing lightbulb and lamp, blown lightbulb in ceiling, possible residence in the facility with clothing and towels hanging on their porch step area into the units, people out front smoking cigarettes, Misspelled words on their sign… To name a few

As an avid traveler I can understand the occasional not so clean room or the missing soaps...but this place was one of the NASTIEST rooms I have ever stayed in my LIFE!! Dirty floors the dirtiest tub I have ever experienced rats and possums in the trash area. I'm pretty sure the extension cords running thru the walls to power up the AC may be in some cod enforcement handbook as unsafe. I had to shower twice just to try and feel semi clean before my drive home. Walls are black with dirt and the plaster is peeling off the walls as quickly as the rotting wood on the doors. The cleaning crew was questionable at the least and their goal was definitely not to scrub, Privacy oh yeah you can skip that, the drapes are that of a shear lacy material on some Rickity hardware that falls off the wall at the moment you even try to adjust. I honestly can't see how HOTELS.com would even recommend such a horrible place to rest.

I would've taken more pictures, but I needed to get home to disinfect. Safe Travels All Pay a Little More or Shop Accordingly.

The property has horrible parking space. Also, the inside was horrendous. Everything was dirty and dusty from the beds sheets, bathroom, kitchen area such as fridge, microwave, and sink. It seemed someone lived there for years without cleaning. Unfortunately, my daughter and I got bitten by bed bugs and since we paid the property directly, Expedia attempted to give me a refund but the hotel denied it. They stated they checked the beds and they couldn’t see bed bugs lol. Anyone can deny they don’t have bed bugs but only a professional exterminator can confirm. Property should be inspected. Be careful renting a room there.

The price was great for being close to the beach on a holiday weekend.
The motel itself is very old not super clean inside. Air conditioning was in the backroom and didn't reach front beds very good thank goodness I brought a fan with us but in general comfortable and convenient.

Hell on the beach

After check in my family and I entered the room thinking this is where we are going to stay but to our surprise the room was nothing like it was portrayed, there where 2 old dirty couches and to beds that looked like they seen a couple bad nights.
Stains all over the bed and the bedding crumbs still In The bed, trash on the floor.
Kitchenette was not…. More like a sink and a fridge that was stuck shut. The A/C unit for the 2 rooms was a 12000 BTU window unit. Not to mention the musty wet smell , no smoke detectors. And every time I needed help from the front desk I had to call his cell and he would come from the bar/ liquor store across the street.

the place was clean def could use an upgrade. the office is sketchy because the window is so full of papers and random notes you can't see the worker you just hear their voice. they need to upgrade to key card and do away with the keys. a place like this i would have rather left my key card in the room instead of take the key to the office to leave. this would def be a really nice place if they upgrade.

Take this one off your site

This is an extended stay rent by the week with questionable tenants. Not what you want to bring your family to. There was a domestic violence incident with a woman taken away on an ambulance. I had to ask for clean towels each day, and follow him to the laundry to get them. The room is old and dirty in the corners, there were aunts in several places. The kitchen area was gross, the water when first turned on ran red. The tiny shower had good water pressure. The towels were tiny and threadbare. Sheets were clean, beds were comfortable. We had the room to sleep comfortably but it wasn’t the best experience especially for the price. $250 a night could have bought so much better. Hotel.com needs to take this one off of its site. I don’t trust hotel.com anymore after this adventure.

Don't recommend. Our experience was like staying in a room from HELL When we got there our room was not ready. The manager ask me if i wanted to look at the room and i said yes. When we returned we found the following thing Shower Drain was plugged up / Loose Sink / Window Curtains transparent / Window Broken repaired with tape / TV not working all wires exposed / Sheets Questionable / Chairs wobbly / Sticky Floor. Please do not stay here , there was only one unit in this whole building that actually had AC , the rest didn’t. The paint on the walls was horrible. They needed a new microwave, the outlets didn’t work. The bathroom light didn’t turn off and on . Bed was uncomfortable. Motel 6 is way better than here. This place needed a UPDATE in there rooms. Also they only give you 2 towels for the bathroom… I recommend staying somewhere else for your buck.

Don't stay there is all I can say. This property is run by people who are unconcerned for their guests safety. I got locked in my room because the inside handle on the door fell off in my hand. There were no phones so I had to climb out a window to get out of the room. The shower was plugged, the floors were so dirty my walk from the shower to the bed put a layer of dirt on my feet that blackened a towel I used to wipe them. The towel holder came off in my hand and had multiple holes in the wall where fixing it was attempted. I believe the room was a fire hazard and public health should shut them down during this Covid pandemic as surfaces should be cleaned and maintained. They charged a premium and I've NEVER stayed in as dirty a room as this in the US ever. Hey if I was in India I might not be so concerned.

Absolutely not the best place to stay. I checked in my room and had to clean my room with Lysol. I was shocked to how dark the rag came out cleanliness is not a priority. The bathroom sink had a leak and had a towel wrapped around the pipe to seal it. Fruit flys all over the bathroom ceiling. The shower drain was backed up and took forever to go down. If you get room 118 asked to be moved to a different one.

I wasn’t expecting a “new” hotel feel,I know the area😂 The hotel or rather motel, is in a great location, walking distance to what you need. The room itself is about as basic as it comes. The sheets were clean, that’s about all. I wiped down all surfaces and the fridge before we unloaded anything. Be prepared to bring trash bags, paper towels, extra toilet paper, etc…and keep your shoes on, the floor is filthy…. But the room was quite large… I actually would stay there again because of the location, I would just be better prepared next time.

The hotel has a cute courtyard with places to sit. The staff was friendly although he did ask us to move our car to a different parking space that was 5ft away from the original spot and creepily watched us as we did it. When we first walked in we counted about 5 flies. We killed what we could then passed out on the bed, we had come in around midnight. The next morning we woke up and examined the room. It had 2 beds with a divider down the middle, that was a plus. The bathroom on the other hand was a disaster. There were 10 more flies, the toilet was made for children, the shower was low. I’m 4’9” and I was staring directly at the shower head. It had shoddy patch work done and the shower knob fell off. The water was good if you enjoy bipolar boiling water. Took me a while to find the cold water. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Parking is very tight. Manger told me they have 23 rooms and only 18 parking spots. Expedia needs to remove this place from their list of available hotels.

Well off your just gonna be sleeping there then it’s ok. It was quite and check in was a breeze but the love seat in the room was old and stained. I didn’t sit on it or any of my belongings. The mini fridge worked well but there was a sign saying not to use the freezer section. I was there for a total of 3 nights and the showers were the worst part. There was no hot water!! Not sure why but I just went to where my son was staying and showered there. The location of the hotel is in a prime spot, lots of places to eat, the beach is only 2 blocks away. So if you just need a place to rest your head at night I’d say this place is ok otherwise find something else. I can provide pictures of the room if any body would like to see it.

There was one AC in the corner of the back room expected to cool the entire family suite(which it did NOT), the walls have NEVER been cleaned, blood spots, hand/foot prints, dead bugs/possible boogers, huge bleach spots on the blue comforters... Thankfully we only needed one night and we brought our own blankets. The waiting on the 3pm check in was a pain after a 6 hour drive, but it being a 5 minute walk to the beach made it bearable. The manager was super friendly but when i had called the day before to see if i could check in early he said if housekeeping had finished i could. We got in at 12:30pm and was told housekeeping wasn't done and he would call me when it was ready (he never called), and Well as stated above i dont think the housekeeping had been done in many years so he flat out lied. My smart assy self was going to go buy a costco size pack of magic erasers for the guy to use on the walls but i decided against it.

The curtains in the bathroom were falling off of the wall and the shower curtian had a folded card as a shim to hold it in place. The spiders in the shower were fun as well. Poorly maintained.
