We went with my 5 and 9 year old children and we all absolutely loved it. There was activities during the day at kids club that they liked and also activities for the adults like water polo, darts, archery and table tennis.
There is a mini park on site and crazy golf course. The food was good and the kids and the bonus of hot dogs/ burgers/ chips and rolls to name but a few during the day.
Fully recommend this hotel for children the age of mine.
Yes, the hotel room was small but the bathroom was more than adequate.

Very disappointing experience at this so-called 4-star hotel.

First, the room and the entire hotel had an extremely strong chemical smell that made it uncomfortable to stay inside. We had to keep the windows open most of the time, which wasn’t really a solution.

We specifically chose this hotel because of the advertised kids' club, but in the two full days we’ve been here, we haven’t been able to use it even once. The activities are scheduled in the middle of the day under the strongest sun, at 12 PM, and there’s no option for the children to stay indoors with air conditioning. Completely unsuitable for families with young kids.

Breakfast was terrible — the food was of poor quality and very limited. We actually had to leave the hotel hungry and find proper food in town.

The room itself was disappointing: old furniture, uncomfortable mattress and pillows, and our “view” was just of the parking lot.

On top of this, when I tried to pay for a children's mini-golf game, they insisted on cash only and refused to add it to our room bill or accept card payment. When I raised the issue with reception, I was shocked by the response I received.

Pati from the reception told me directly, \"We have enough tourists without you\" and added that I should always carry cash in case of a power outage. I also interacted with Elly at the reception — she showed the same indifferent and dismissive attitude, with no intention to help or offer any reasonable solution.

There are very short supply of toilets in bathing area, also in the main restaurant if you have small kids its a nightmare you have to go the whole way back up to the reception to use the toilet not very convenient for anybody who has small kids or disability

I am very disappointed of this hotel. Very noisy overcrowded and poor organised.
Long queues to restaurants, lifts and bar. It seems not enough staff for so many quests. Room was in very bad condition our friends change room twice as broken AC and dirty bathroom and all rooms seems the same.
Not recommended if you want get rest on your holiday unless you like place like this.

Hotel Rosamar Garden was great for us, very family orientated, clean, friendly. There was a variety of food at mealtimes, there could've have been a bit more choice with the live cooking section, we did like the kids self service section. However I think this could have been improved if there was a self service drinks section - even getting water was sometimes difficult. The kids entertainment went on pretty late but they loved it. Pools are great! The room was small for four of us, could really do with a bit more space or more adjoining room options. We found it clean and overall had a great time.

The hotel was ok. The facilities for children were great. The room was ok but had very poor air conditioning which when I complained about I was told to wait and it would eventually go cold. We ended up having to change rooms to a smaller room on the ground floor but the air con was still not great. There is a lot of food choice but all quite basic.

The pool and slides were great for the children. the ground surfaces were very slippery and potentially dangerous. the rooms were extremely small, the beds very uncomfortable, the isolation between rooms almost non existent and the elevators very annoying to use as all 3 ran independently.
Great property externally and in general areas but horrible hotel rooms.

Only thing wrong with this hotel is the food. it wasn’t to any of our parties liking. Very much bottom of the scale compared to other all inclusive or full boards hotels we’ve stayed at. Bones in everything and very little options for kids. Other than that it’s a fantastic family resort with plenty on site.

Kids club entertainers were fab! Water in outdoor pool so cold daughters lips were blue after using the slides, shower in room kept turning from burning to freezing and beds were rock hard I could hardly move in the mornings, only toiletries in room were shower gel and a tiny bar of soap, hotel wanted payment to use the iron by the hour which I thought was bad, food was good

Shower flooded the room day 1, no apology, room change. Next room stank of sewerage. Complained, nothing done about it. The staff were the most unfriendly and miserable I’ve encountered. I had to leave hotel in the end.

Overall a good 6 day visit. Highlights were definitely the animation team doing dances, face painting and entertaining the kids. Really nice and friendly team that made the trip and kept going all day with a smile. The food was varied but not great unfortunately...by the 4th day i struggled to eat in the hotel and went outside despite being all inclusive. Room was as expected and swimming pools and slides good fun. Be aware that you need to pay to use the safe which i found very odd.

We went to this hotel last year as well, really like it in general, my daughter especially enjoys the mini disco. Kids club morning activities are very quiet though, they could have had more interest and more children joining them as there were many kids at the hotel. The other thing i would like to feedback is the kids buffet in the restaurant - they always had sausages and chips in the kids buffet, both in the breakfast and dinner. My daughter insisted on taking her food from there but i wonder why they didn’t offer a bit more healthier options for the children?

Got a room at 7th floor and it was a bit of disapointment that one of the lifts was broken and they didn’t try to fix it during our stay. The long waitingtime to get a piece of meat at the restaurant could also be frustrating. Everything else was wonderfull about this hotel. Location, staff, cleanness, childrenfriendly and absolutely value dor money. Had overall a great stay.

Well, overall it was ok, near to the beach and lots of fun for the kids under 10 y.o. lets say. In fact there was no swimming pool for adults who actually want o swim , because of the many kids very soon pool was quite dirty and overcrowded. Also a lot of people smoking marijuana near the poll and in the rooms too. The smell was also in the floors... it was impossible to open the door of balcony...food was good, but the plates and glasses not so clean...internet was very poor... Stuff was fine.

Absolutely terrible experience. Went as a family, stayed with friends after a few days of checking in for 1 night and got checked out of our room !!!! And new guests were arriving on that day in our room. No apology given and was made to feel like we were the bad ones as we should of informed them!
No care was given when do not disturb sign was on the door.
Had to pay £97 to park my hire car in the car park for a week !!!
Had to leave and book another accommodation elsewhere to try and save our bad holiday experience.
Banging and loud noise until at least mid night.
Walls are like paper !!!
Never had such a bad experience on a holiday. I’m not one to normally moan but this is a very rare exception.
Spa, pools and kids entertainment was good.
Food average, breakfast best meal.
Clean and modern.

The hotel is well appointed with excellent swimming pools and areas for children. It is in a very \"touristy\" area with lots of shops catering for holiday makers. We stayed with a 1 year old for a week and it was perfect for us to have break around the pool but in general Lloret lacks a lot of traditional Spanish charm. The beach is lovely but I imagine it will be very busy during school holidays. The food was adequate and catered for our allergies well but quite often lacked signs to inform you of the contents.
The hotel has undergone a recent referb and was maintained to a high standard.

Could be a nice hotel but if you go all inclusive you are treated like a second class citizen. Its the little things that let it down, like all inclusive doesn't start till 10am not be able to have a brew when you wake ,up unless all family are up and ready, and go for breakfast .And things like slush puppies at pool for kids have to pay for and ice creams, can get pop ,but things they know kids want no pay, and snacks from the pool bar pay for. They do snacks but mainly left overs from breakfast. And at a certain time, and like main bar beer in plastic cups ,but if you pay nice pint glass ,and misses wanted a strawberry dakoury got told no ,can have a dakoury but if you want strawberry pay.Like i say the little things and have to say the bar staff are rude ,and look very mad to see you.Other than the guy on the pool bar very nice guy, but in all most staff rude. In my mind cleaners seamed,.In my mind all inclusive should be all inclusive, all the time and for everything, get the named differnt country beers, but offer than things like that you should be able to get everything when you want it ,especially a brew. One more thing sorry iv gone on , but cant drink the water there, so asked for bottle of water on the way to shops, for my daughter got told no not till 10am it was 9:45 i mean come on.In all just petty they already have your money so your second class.

Great outdoor pool area. However, there is no non-smoking area outside and guests are free to play loud music by the pool. No amenities at all in the rooms besides soap and towels. Rooms are noisy, not sound insulated well.
Staff friendly, but unwilling to help with the amount of smoking at the premises. The parking is questionable, even the payed hotel parking is sketchy. The food was adequate, a typical Spanish hotel buffet.
Lobby newly renovated but rooms dated.
In all a very good hotel for smokers and people with loud speakers.

Hôtel agréable dans l’ensemble. La piscine extérieure est un peu froide, mais c’est normal pour la saison puisqu’elle n’est pas chauffée. Le matelas est un peu dur et c’est assez bruyant la nuit, mais ça reste correct dans l’ensemble. Les repas sont bons, même si on ne remarque pas beaucoup de changement d’un jour à l’autre. Mention spéciale pour les super animations, qui font vraiment la différence !

Très bon séjour à Lloret del mar dans cet hôtel familial .
C’est un hôtel qui propose un parc aquatique pour enfants et adultes. Les équipements sont à la hauteur de la taille de l’établissement. Petit bémol, le sol pour accéder aux toboggans est extrêmement glissant !
La restauration, la propreté et la qualité du service est à la hauteur comme à chaque fois en Espagne .
La mer est à quelques pas de l’hôtel bien que l’hôtel ne soit pas situé directement sur la route principale ce qui évite pas mal de nuisance sonore .
La balade en ville le soir est très agréable .
L’hôtel propose également pas mal d’activités pour petits et grands tout au long de la journée et la soirée.
Le seul bémol comme je disais plus haut est le sol glissant qui permet d’accéder aux toboggans, à part cela tout est très bien

Pidiendo un par de helados, uno para mí y otro para mí hija. Solo en helados del todo incluido habían cuatro helados a elegir, un cono nata choco, unos polines, polo fresa / limón , polo bombón choco.
Un simple zumo de naranja natural exprimida , ya se tenía que pagar... Yo pienso que con lo que se paga en el tema del todo incluido, tendría que ser más , ya que lo dice... (( TODO INCLUIDO )).

Wir waren zu viert als Familie anwesend (Kinder 7+9). Insgesamt 9 Nächte, leider müssen wir sagen 9 Nächte zu viel. Das Hotel ist definitiv kein 4 STERNE Hotel, nie und nimmer… Das Hotel liegt so knapp bei 3 Sternen.

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr alt und stark renovierungsbedürftig. Die Kinder hatten ihren Spass im Pool auf den Rutschbahnen und mit den Animateuren. Wir Eltern haben jedoch gelitten. Es ist dreckig, die Räumlichkeiten riechen ecklig und sind viel zu klein.

Die Anlage ist nur für diejenige Menschen, welche sonst schon selber ecklig sind oder sich jeden Abend betrinken um den Eckel nicht zu erkennen.
Ganz ehrlich Leute, tut euch das nicht an, spart etwas mehr Geld oder macht etwas kürzer Ferien aber dafür richtig in einem schönem sauberen Hotel.

Zimmer:
Zimmer für eine 4-Köpfige Familie sind viel zu klein, da steht, liegt und sitzt man quasi aufeinander auf. Die Zimmer sind auch für kleinere Familien zu klein. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Das Bad ist katastrophal und ein regelrechter Alptraum. Das Bad ist dreckig und wird nicht sauber geputzt. Die Duschen sind eine Fehlkonstruktion. Die Duschwanne hat kontergefäll, so dass es bei jedem Duschgang eine richtige sauerei gibt und danach der ganze Bad Raum nass ist. Zudem sind die Duschbrausen verkalkt und funktionieren teilweise gar nicht. Nach jedem Duschgang fühlten wir uns dreckiger als vorher…Zudem hört man sehr gut wenn der Nachbar oben auf die Toilette geht…

Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit.

Très bon séjour en famille, espace aquatique de qualité. Les repas également sont varié et de qualité. Les chambres sont propre, le personnel de nettoyage est tres sympathique et serviable. Cependant le coté snack a proximité de la piscine etait vraiment pas a conseiller, produits sans saveur ce qui est dommage car c’est le seul point négatif. L’hotel est bien situé et accessible, prévoir un stationnement payant aux alentours. Nous sommes satisfait de notre séjour !

Le séjour dans l'hotel a été agreable . Proche de la mer, et du centre ville . Le personnel était à l'écoute en cas de besoin et toujours souriants .
Les toboggans ont été appreciés par les petits et les grands .
Malgré le grand buffet , les repas étaient un peu répétitifs.
Il est dommage que nous devions payé le parking en plus , 140 euros la semaine ca fait un peu cher surtout en all inclusive.

Vi havde booket 4 overnatninger, men opgraderede til lejlighed efter 1 nat, da værelset til 4 personer (2 voksne+2 børn) var alt for lille og trængt. Lejligheden havde en god størrelse, altan og lille te-køkken.
Børnene elskede vandlandet. Hotellets placering er rigtig god, både med kort gå-afstand til strand, gågaden og supermarked. Jeg var lidt skeptisk da jeg læste de øvrige kommentarer til dette hotel, men vi kan sagtens se os selv tilbage. Morgenmaden var ok med stort udvalg, øvrige måltider købte vi udenfor hotellet. Vi oplevede ingen støjgener fra nattelivet i Lloret.

Le plus apprécié a été le parc aquatique dans l’hôtel qui est en plus bien surveillé par les maîtres nageurs.
Les chambres sont simples mais bien nettoyées,
les matelas sont de bonnes qualités. Le personnel de l’hôtel est dans l’ensemble très sympathique.
Ce que nous avons le moins aimé ce sont les repas qui sont peu variés (toujours les mêmes entrées froides) et la qualité des plats sont moyens.

Tout était parfait de l’accueil jusqu’à la chambre , hôtel, propre et très bien placé pour éviter les effets sonores .
Le personnel est très accueillant 😁 .
Par compte gros point négatif pour le parking , car lorsqu’on réserve il y a écrit parking mais lorsqu’on arrive à l’hôtel, il faut payer leurs propres parking alors que nous avons déjà réservé une chambre chez eux , je trouve ça dommage de payer un parking dans l’hôtel auquel on reside .

points positifs :
- extérieurs et piscines agréables
- plusieurs toboggans et jeux extérieurs (mini golf, jeux d'eau, balançoires, terrain de football ...) que les enfants apprécient
- mini club et animations pour les enfants
- chambre familiale correcte avec balcon, mini frigo
- bons matelas

points négatifs :
- le ménage laisse à désirer
- les serviettes sont usées pour certaines et tachées malgré le lavage
- climatisation non réglable (pré programmée) bouches aération très encrassées par la poussière
- grand hôtel avec beaucoup de monde même si assez de transats dans les différents espaces se lever tôt pour choisir l'emplacement près des piscines (ouverture à 9h queue des 8h et querelles !)
- restaurant très très moyen façon cantine et très bruyant toujours du monde et la queue
- les ascenseurs sont petits et l'attente parfois longue
- parking extérieur non couvert et payant 18 euros/j en été !

Der Geruch vom Zimmer war gar richtig wiederlich, wie auch die Sauberkeit, es lagen Harren am boden und imBsdezimmer war es richtig Dreckig. Die Poolanlage war I.O, auusser die Wasserqualität. Unter dem Bamen All Inclusive verstehe ich etwas anders, an der Snackbar belommt man nnicht mals ekne Portion Pommes Fritas, das Bier war nicht Geniesbar. Wir haben für eine Woche gebucht und bezahlt, wir sind 1 Nacht dort gewesen und sind am nächsten Tag abgereist in ein anderes Hotel. Nie wieder, auch nicht zum empfehlen. Das Hotel Prallt mit 4 Sternen, wir würden Max. 1 Stern geben.

Vacances agréables

Toujours un bonheur de venir en famille, le soleil nous a permis de profiter de toutes les installations du parc aquatique pour le plus grand plaisir des enfants, une équipe d’animation sympa et dynamique qui propose des activités et jeux. Les buffets sont variés et copieux, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Les chambres sont confortables. Rien à dire nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Séjour de 4 jours moyen chambre faite tous les jours avec changement des serviettes appréciables.
Très très moyen service restaurant attente des tables qu’elles soient débarrassées.et pourtant pas la foule . Nous avons pris le repas 2 fois en1/2 pension .
Moyen moyen. Mon petit-fils n’a pas pu profité du grand toboggan. Et moi même pas profité du jacuzzi trop de monde .

Établissement décevant pour un all insclusive, le mini bar qui propose est nul et est strict de 16h à 18h interdit de les sortir du restaurant. Piscine petites pour tous le monde un toboggan piscine pas en service. Nourriture pas variable… Un hôtel qui ne m’érite pas 4*!!! Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel!

No a estado mal, mucha gente eso si. El buffet no muy variado para ser un 4 estrellas, y las habitaciones con paredes de papel. Se oía todo lo que hacían las habitaciones de los lados.

Nachdem es aufgehört hat zu regnen kam der Regen aus der Lampe im Badezimmer. Nach langem hin und her ging es dann von Etage 7 dann auf die 2. Schön und gut.
Das Essen war für uns nicht genießbar. Egal ob Frühstück oder Abendessen. Mit den Brötchen konnte man Nägel in die Wände hauen. Durchweg hatten wir alle durchfall über die gesamte Zeit. Das einzig schöne an dem Hotel war für uns die Poolanlage für die Kinder.

Séjour s'est bien passer, les chambres sont convenables, j'ai été déçu car le parking est payant et on doit prendre une place.pour tout le séjour ou rien, et en demi pension je n'ai pas trouver normal au restaurant il n'y a pas d'eau à disposition juste des boissons payantes, tout est fait pour faire payer encore plus le consommateur, sinon dans l'ensemble correct.

Er waren leuke activiteiten voor kinderen. Onze kamer was groot en ruim. De service was prima en het eten ook lekker. Alleen er was enorm weinig parkeergelegenheid. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Die Anlage eignet sich gut für Familien mit Kindern. Es gibt ein umfangreiches Unterhaltungsprogramm für die Kinder. Dementsprechend muss man sich auf viel Lärm im Schwimmbad und teilweise Gedränge am Buffet einstellen. Das Essen im Restaurant ist abwechslungsreich.
Allerdings darf man auch nicht zuviel von diesem Hotel erwarten. Insgesamt gut für Personen mit moderaten Ansprüchen.
Parkplatz am Hotel kostet extra und ist unverschämt teuer (22€/Tag). Allerdings zahlt man in anderen Parkhäusern teilweise mehr.

Me sorprendió gratamente.
Todo muy nuevo, instalaciones acuáticas muy bien. Supongo que el aforo estaba limitado porque aunque había mucha gente, siempre encontrabas tumbonas libres en la piscina.
La animación infantil también muy bien.
Por poner un pero, el servicio buffet estaba un poco descontrolado en cuanto a gente en época covid

Très bon séjour, personnel acceuillant et agréable, beaucoup d'activités pour les enfants. Seule déception température de la pataugeoire, elle mériterait d'être chauffée, les jeunes enfants sont frileux et refusent d'y aller. ( grand toboggan non fonctionnel lors de notre séjour)
