Absolutely horrible. Although i explicitly ordered 2 twin beds, i received a room with king bed. Receptionist could not help me, because he did not have any other free room.
So i have to sleep with my mother under one blanket!

I was shocked when I arrived , they don’t have a porter service I had to carry my luggage’s bury my self with out any hep and I have a back problem i was lucky everything went well

Not the best one

Unfortunately, this was one of the least recommended hotels I have ever stayed in.
The staff was unpleasant, unhelpful, and even confrontational.
The rooms are very basic, and the mattresses are terrible.
To make things worse, my wife got stuck in the bathroom for nearly twenty minutes with no way to get out (luckily she had her phone with her).

Overall, a very disappointing experience. Definitely not a place I would return to or recommend.

It was a convenient location for shopping at the Parndorf outlets. The lobby was spacious. The staff were pleasant and professional. The hotel was standard, nothing particularly impressive. Not exactly 4 star quality. The hallways looked very shabby and run down.
We were rather disappointed with this hotel. The air-conditioning in our room was not working properly. Needless to say, we were upset with this situation. We informed reception after patiently waiting for the room to cool off. It was late in the evening when someone from reception arrived. She pressed a few buttons and left informing us that the air-conditioning should work. Unfortunately, to no avail. We were still sweating. At this point it was getting late, we cracked the window open and had an unpleasant stay, as it was too hot to sleep well.

Very good, would repeat

Very good experience, that I would gladly repeat. The bed was nice, the room was spacios and the view was great. The staff was aware of our request and assisted us with a baby crib.
The only 2 downsides here are:
1. The baby crib is made with wooden bars between which the baby can put out his hands or feet and can get stuck there. There is no lateral safety in this case.
2. One of the curtains was a bit damaged and it was impossible to fully use the blackout possibility.

If you are going to outlet mall for shopping or to the AAA simulator for training. It’s the perfect place. Staff is courteous and helpful. Specially Parl at the reception. However, getting taxi is an issue. You can’t get uber and local taxi charges you a lot even for small distances.

The report quality-price is poor. The location is very bad mantainted, having poor quality. The walls are dirty, the heater not working properly and the tv very small, accompanied by 2 wood pieces.

Firstly, the have us a used room and we had to aske to be changed.
At the breakfast time most food was entry, taking long to replenish. I requested a glass of water at 10:05 and the waiter was extremely rude, saying it’s closed and afterwards bringing me a tap water.

Our stay here was quite good. Hotel is close to the fashion outlets, which is very good and comfortable. But the room alone was noisy, because of the connection door. Lets say, we heard so many noises from the next room, especially at the night, we almost couldn’t fall asleep. And also we weren’t satisfied with the breakfast, because there were many peoples at the same time, so the waiters didn’t fill the food on time. All over the hotel was worn, like the hallway and so on. But the place as I said was very good. 🙂

Okay, good option around.

In general rooms are ok, services as well.
Rooms are always too hot and airco not fully functional (3rd time at this place). Window is able to open but too noisy outside.
Free parking is a plus.
Late checkout possible at a plus. Cleaning personnel however very “pushy” to get you out of the room. Breakfast is basic and no variation. Eggs to order made fresh is an option.
Overall it is ok, not great.

Arrived to friendly staff at checkin, room was decent size, bathroom modern, though not a real feel of full covid cleanliness, but regular clean. Rooms walls very dusty! Bed felt clean and comfortable. Breakfast very basic, though fresh eggs were offered and made well. A more fresh and perhaps adapted breakfast would save money and staff time of preparation in these times. Friendly service.

This hotel is a large modern facility located pretty much in the middle of nowhere. Trip Adviser lists virtually nothing in the immediate vicinity to do or see, with the singular exception of a mega-complex for outlet shoppers! The place has a businessman feel to it, relating to Vienna International Airport located some 20 miles to the west. It has everything that the typical businessman needs – – a sauna, conference room, exercise room, and a free breakfast for the road. The most activity in the area that we saw was at the local McDonald’s about 1 km away ( we were there on a Sunday night, which may account in part for that). The facility is ultra modern, evident in the lobby, restaurants, and the rooms (which are complete with a mini fridge and a glass shower stall instead of the old styled tub). The WiFi is top notch. Rooms have lots of space, and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, with great variety and attractive presentation. There were even two coffee makers, one at each end of the buffet. Also of note: A car is pretty much a must, so as not to feel or be waylaid here with no place to go and nothing to do except stay the night. All that being said, one gets a lot for the money here! Would we stay here again if in the area? Absolutely yes! The place gets four stars from us!

Good location for after-shopping relaxation or long layover at Vienna airport.

Reception was very slow for check-in, around 7 minutes per room. I was under impression the receptionist wanted to finish everything that could be done after nobody is waiting - so the line qued a bit unnecessary.

We were well greeted and checked in quickly, but when we asked the receptionists for information about naschmarkt they told us that it was closed at 8 pm and when we drove there we realized that everything was open to 12/1 am. There was construction work all around the hotel and there was no note or anything to warn us as there was very little parking spots available. Hotel was clean inside lobby area and rooms were clean as well. All in all its ok hotel. Hope after renovations it will improve.

Comfortable and clean hotel, right by the Parndorf outlet. It is about half an hour to the Familie park and 10 minutes to the Hungarian border. The rooms are quite big with nice view. Breakfast is not spectacular but certainly good (buffet style).

The hotel is next to the Prandorf McArthur Designer Outlet Mall. You can snag a great pair of Tod's driving mocs, in great colors, style and size selection, for around 200€! Saw the same shoes on Rodeo Drive in LA for $400-475 USD. So you can get two pairs!
Great breakfast that ends at 10am but at 9:55am there are 2-3 people bringing out fresh replacements for all goodies even if there is still a lot left on the service plate. If you know me I like shopping and I like food!I have never seen this! Sweet and friendly staff that give you \"last call\"!

Working at the shopping centre meant this was the logical place to stay. Rooms good size and clean with big walk in shower. Beds ok, but springy. Breakfast good and varied. Restaurant not as good as it was in the past, variety of menu and choice much lower. Bar menu basic but all food is fine. Overall worth the money.
