The perfect romantic hotel. Room is cozy. Bed is comfy. Location is amazing. It's right across the street from the casino and you can take the back door and be right on the main Blvd. Close to literally everything. We couldn't check in early but we were able to hang out by the pool. I would absolutely book this hotel again.

Nikki and Carl are amazing. They are so kind and helpful. Going to the Andres is more like visiting family rather than staying at a hotel. I always feel so welcome and I hate to leave. Nikki is so gracious—I love seeing her! Carl always makes sure we have everything we need. We will be back!

Liked the stay except for the fact that the bar is only open until 5pm. We got there at 4:50pm and the lady behind the bar said she was already leaving and closed so she offered beer and wine. We bought 6 seltzers and it was $32 I believe. My husband gave her $40 and told her to keep the change and she was thankful. Upon checkout they wanted to add the $32 on top of the resort fee? I explained to the manager or the woman in charge of what happened and she said she would call me and take care of it? I never signed anything after so idk if she ended up charging me or not. But I still haven’t heard back and I think it’s wrong of the lady at the bar to just pocket $40 when we paid for the tab.

Loved the location. The hotel was so conveniently located that we parked the car and left it there for the few days we were there. The parking lot was a huge plus. There were so many helpful employees there and the breakfast boxes were wonderful. We hope to return next year and most likely to the same hotel. It was very relaxing!

A perfect spot for couples. Perfect location for walking to downtown.We arrived early (1-1/2 hrs) before the 3pm check-in. The woman at the front desk was rather rude about ABSOLUTELY no early check-in. We came back after 3pm and had a different person check us in and show us around.She was delightful. We loved our room on the ground floor; it was spacious.

Stayed two nights. First, the vast majority of the staff were awesome! The bartender was a bit pushy for Mai Tais at 3:00 PM and then called out a transluscent shaker bottle I was using for refilling water by the pool... Breakfast was a boxed pickup - very average. Candy \"bar\" was a cool idea. Coffee was available 24/7, but was not good. Pool and surrounding area was nice with plenty of towels and lemon water available. Small but very tastefully decorated room. Pigeons roosting outside the wall next to the head of the bed made for an early wake up call. Our biggest complaint was that a LED light would turn on and off randomly (some sort of security light?) for different durations ALL NIGHT LONG, illuminating our room (215) through the 3 glass tiles. Informed them on check out and showed them the videos I took, showing it go on and off at 4:20 AM. The employee never had heard about it and asked why we didn't let them know about it. I told her our first night they were completely full (and we didn't know the source) and the second night wasn't worth packing everything in the middle of the night. She said that she'd let the general manager know about it and they would reach out. I told her that I'd appreciate that, and would welcome an opportunity to give the Andreas another shot if they were to offer us something to come back. It's been a week now and I've hear nothing from them. Guess it wasn't that important! Plenty of other places to choose from in the area.

The staff was very attentive , they will approach and ask if there's anything you need. We had to go to the airport very early in the morning, they gave us a breakfast box for each person. Love the pool and hot tub. We got a better deal on Expedia when booking a room. Would prefer to book directly with the property, we called the front desk and was not able to match Expedia's rate.

If you are staying in Palm Springs this is a great little spot. It’s small. It’s old but that’s an asset. It’s “ole fashioned”. Quiet. Quaint. Nice staff. Clean. Safe. Comfortable. Walking distance to the downtown hub. Rather stay here when in Palm Springs than any of the major hotels.

The hotel is a lovely boutique property with comfortable rooms and a friendly staff. Parking is onsite and easy to access. Breakfast is easy with carry out boxes you can take to your room. The hotel is situated in the heart of downtown with shops and restaurants all within walking distance. This place is a joke. They fail to mention that the spa is closed on Wednesdays and that the “rare find” poolside bar is only open from Thursday to Sunday. I arrived on a Tuesday late afternoon for a two day respite and expressed my disappointment of only learning about these limited hours upon my arrival. I agreed to stay for one night and asked for them to cancel my second day. They refused and the front desk person, Nikki, had the audacity to blame it on the fact that I did a last minute booking. First off, I researched the property for three weeks before booking Nikki, so perhaps your “Hotel & Spa” shouldn’t partake in deceptive sales practices by not stating that your amenities aren’t available on all days. Secondly, it doesn’t say “Hotel & sometimes a spa with the occasional poolside bar”, because that would be the opposite of false advertising which obviously your establishment could care less about.

The property and room were pretty. However, we were put on the second floor and there is no elevator. Since I recently had knee surgery it was very difficult to climb the unsafe stairs. Although we booked two queen beds, they put us in a tiny king bed room, stating it was an upgrade, “deluxe” room, but was so small, you could touch the walls from the sides of the bed.

They also charged a $30 “resort fee” for only one night. We asked what the fee covered and they said parking and a “box” breakfast at 7:30 am. It was awful, just a bagel, yogurt cup, etc.out of the refrigerator…nothing fresh. Also no restaurant on premises and nothing open close by in the morning.

The female staff who checked us in was rude, although the night manager and pool bartender were nice and helpful. (Don’t expect a sit down lounge or bar, only a tiny window to buy overpriced drinks.

You are better off going else where.
