I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely unhelpful and lacked basic communication. One evening, I came back from dinner, and was abruptly asked by the front desk to move rooms without any explanation or apology—just told to call the front desk when I was ready so someone could assist with my luggage.
To make matters worse, on my last day I was charged for a meal I had already paid for the night before. This added unnecessary frustration to an already poor stay.
Overall, the lack of professionalism and organization was unacceptable. I will not be returning.
