This review is for the apartment #101 in the Annex, which we were told has only been available since May, 2025.
Although it appeared to be newly renovated, the decor was tacky, cheap, and not well thought out.
In the kitchen there was no dish soap, no dish scrubber, no dish towels, and minimal cooking utensils. There was a small bottle of olive oil, but no salt, pepper, or other spices or condiments.
The lamp hanging above the small dining table was just a bare bulb at face level, very obnoxious.
The bedside tables were tiny and barely reachable from the bed.
The window blinds in the bathroom could not be closed for privacy.
There were several empty vases on the window ledges, and all the vases had to be removed and put on the floor in order to close the any of the blinds.
Although this apartment has potential, it needs a lot of work before it would be a satisfactory lodging.

very pleasant hotel in an interesting little town. The hotel bar has an English theme. We were accommodated in the annexe which is a short walk from the main hotel (50M) We were travelling on motorbikes so I am unsure of the parking situation for cars. If you are thinking of visiting the bunker museum you should check the opening hours as they are limited. We were here in early May so it may change in the high season.

Hotel is in the city centre where there are restrictions on driving. Took a while to find the hotel but once there the receptionist(s) were extremely helpful and accommodating. We had a lovely large room and a lovely meal in their restaurant/bar.

Hotel very nice and kind staff at the reception, great location.

Only negative note is regarding the restaurant: me and my family (2 young kids) had to wait 1,5 hours from ordering at the table to getting the food. Waiters were basically absent, no one came to offer us some bread or something else for the kids during the waiting time, no one cares about our kids getting annoyed of the long waiting time. Definitely not a child-friendly restaurant, and in general not acceptable to have such long waiting times in any restaurant.

Simple and good

A nice clean hotel. No thrills, just a simple good old hotel. We stayed in the new part, wind was going through the window but maybe we just didn’t close it properly? Rooms are quiet and breakfasts are very nice. Even with an assortment of spirits, which they say is very normal in Jutland...

Lots of atmosphere

Hotel Ringkøbing is the real thing if you like the smell of old days in a modern set-up. Lots of atmosphere, perfect location right at the town square and very friendly and service minded staff. Not to mention the beds; we never slept better. It is hard to imagine that you can find any where better to stay if you want to combine experiences by the North Sea with exploring all the very different sites and attractions in the area.

Snaps at breakfast

The hotel is old and charming - don't stay here if you're expecting something else. The service was great, the location can't be beat, and the breakfast even included about 4 different snaps that guests can help themselves to. I loved it.

Hotel in a very good position for the town centre and shops etc. The rooms were set in different buildings. Very strange having to put coat on to have breakfast which consisted of breads, yoghurt, cereals and cheese. One day pancakes too but no toast. The scrambled eggs were not nice, I was told. Rooms were clean but very basic with only shampoo and soap. No shower gel or conditioner and I was very disappointed to find no tea or coffee facilities in the room or infact my building. There is no English breakfast tea there so if this is what you like, take your own. Very easy parking.

Unfortunately, we didn't get to stay in the REAL old hotel but were sent to a newer wing. That was disappointing as we had looked forward to staying in the historical building. Sad...

Refurbishment of rooms and interior needed

Business trip to Ringkoping, and this only real hotel to stay, quite mediocre unfortunatly. Friendly staff. Very average breakfast at best. Refurbishment of rooms and interior needed - seriously.

In the middle of the town

I really can recommend this hotel for a stay! Nice staff, good breakfast, huge terrace on the square and situated in the middle of Ringköbing. What more can you wish?

Vi hadde bestilt et oppgradert rom men ble plassert i en sidebygning til hotellet med vinduer ut mot søppelkassene og utgangen til personalet. Bråkete om natten og tømming av søppel tidlig om morgenen gjorde det vanskelig å sove.

Fantastiske Ringkøbing

Ringkøbing er bare en fantastisk smuk by med en masse smukke gamle huse og en dejlig havn
En by som er et besøg værd
Var der i tre dage og nåede ikke uden for byen som har en del gode butikker
Der var musik på torvet både fredag og lørdag samt i en baggård hos et galleri som der er flere af i byen

Fantastisk beliggenhet, fint hotellrom i anneks.

Jeg fikk et rom i et annet bygg, men dette var helt perfekt. Var i 2. etasje med litt utsikt mot Torvet og resten ut i en stille gågate. Rent og pent rom. Supert utvalg med smart-TV, fikk også med meg fotballkampen mellom Norge og Italia! Hyggelige ansatte. Eneste minus var parkering. Mye folk som handlet i gågaten, så da måtte jeg parkere på tidsbegrenset plass og flytte bilen innen 3 timer. Parkeringen er også et lite stykke fra hotellet, men sånn generelt, veldig positivt overrasket over oppholdet. Elsker beliggenheten!

Gammalt och anrkt

Ett supermysigt hotell om man gillar den gamla, historiska stilen. Vi älskade att bo här! Vi var förberedda på att rummet skulle vara litet (det står 10 kvadrat) men det måste stå fel. Vi hade inga problem med att få plats där, mindre har vi bott på! Rummet kändes också fräscht trots en gammal byggnad. Trevlig personal och supergod frukost som ingick i priset, inte så vanligt i Danmark.

Rommet lå i et helt annet bygg enn hotellet, 150 meter unna. Ingen heis, to bratte trapper. Ingen fungerende ventilasjon og ingen AC. Intet kjøleskap eller kaffekoker. Utgang til terrasse, som var felles med fire andre rom, kun dør ut, ikke vindu. Usikkert.

Rommene er plassert i forskjellige bygg rundt i sentrum. Mitt rom var i 1. etasje mot en bakgård/parkeringsplass. Ingen ac eller ventilasjon. Du hører biler og folk hele døgnet når vinduet er åpent.

Old hotel

I don't know if there are any rooms in the main building but I was in the neighbouring building in a small room on the second floor. I know the hotel is old, but the room really need some spicing up. The whole atmosphere is early 70s.
Breakfast is good with all you can ask for. Even the bacon was nicely cooked, not the sloppy strips you get in so many hotels. Next time I will try to get another room in the annex. These room seem more modern.

Blev indlogeret i en afdeling væk fra hotellet! Dårlig wifi - ikke praktisk, når man kommer som business rejsende!

Badet trængte til at blive vasket ned - og var bange for at toilettet ville løbe over, da jeg trak ud!

Vildt sødt personale - men værelset var gammel og slidt. Det tog ekstremt lang tid, før der kom koldt vand ud af hanen - nærmest som om, at både varmt- og koldtvandrørene ligger side om side.
Sengen og puderne var til gengæld gode.
Morgenmad ok i hyggelige omgivelser.

Vi overnattede i annekset tilknyttet hotellet, hvilket var rigtig fint 😊 der er dog ikke elevator, så gangbesværede bør ikke vælge dette. Vi spiste også på hotellet, hvilket var ganske ok, dog ikke prangende. Men hyggelige omgivelser, og venligt personale.

God service men uformel.

Hotel > normal standard, rigtig dejlig morgenmad, men en aften menu skulle være bestilt på forhånd > dagen før > manglende information herom.

Hotelværelset lå 400 mtr. fra hotellet og med udsigt over til en privat bolig hvorved vi var nødsaget til at have gardinet for hele tiden > manglende information ved bestilling.

Ved bestilling husk og spørg og undgå overraskelser.

Kedelig morgenmad, gode \"hundedyre\" drinks

Fint ophold med fornuftig forplejning, dog lidt kedelig morgenmad.Gode drinks omend de og øllet er i den dyre ende af prisskalaet. Ved bestilling står der \"Kæledyrsvenligt\" der står ikke at hotellet opkræver kr. 250,- for kæledyr. Svigermor glemte desværre sine solbriller, de var søde og sende dem og det skulle de KUN have kr. 300,- for :-(

Mycket litet rum som låg i ett annex, vilket vi inte visste vid bokningen. Fick gå över torget och uppför två branta trappor utan hiss. Smal säng för två vuxna, var inte bekvämt.
Trevlig personal i restaurang och bar.
God och fräsch lunch.
Frukosten väldigt basic men fungerade.
Vi missade att man måste beställa städning, var inte helt tydligt.
