Nice large room with balcony and nice Mountain View’s. Excellent breakfast. What really made the stay was the staff. My wife had an injury which hampered her mobility and everyone from breakfast staff to front desk went out of their way to make our stay easier. The breakfast was a nice spread, it was also pet friendly which was not good for my husband who is allergic to dogs & we didn't like the fact that the hostess kept touching & petting all the dogs in the room & then fixed plates & handeled food without washing or at the very least sanitize her hands.

Great hotel and location if you’re looking for some peace and quiet. The rooms were clean and comfortable, it truly felt like staying at a 4-star hotel. The view was incredible; there’s nothing like waking up to that scenery and enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony.

This was our favorite hotel on this trip. The staff was amazing and responsive via Expedia contact. Great breakfast. Worth paying for. It was within a walking distance to the next town Saint Vincent. We loved the balconies. The only feedback we have is to get more thick pillows. The pillows were pretty thin.

Had an amazing 3 night stay in this beautiful hotel set in a wonderful location. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The views from our balcony were of the mountains. Stunning location. Excellent choices for breakfast. The hotel is close to other towns so easy access. We were able to use the garage to park our car so it's very secure! Would recommend this wonderful hotel when staying in Aosta Valley! Well done to Alberto and his team, they make you feel very welcome!

Room was way too hot and thermostat did not seem to change the temperature at all. We had a room with a balcony so we opened the door to let cool air in, however that let bugs into the room. Since we were there only one night, we did not ask to change rooms. The breakfast however was really tasty with a great selection.

Having stayed in so many places, we found the hotel staff at the Relais du Foyer outstandingly thoughtful- and this is something you just can't get easily in other hotels of whatever grading. e.g. The room did not have TCMF but there is a card saying you can ask for room service tea and coffee with no additional charge- and sure enough we got that- together with a plate of little biscuits to go with our tea. Another example of thoughtfulness was we used the extra blanket in our wardrobe and on the second day, two extra blankets were placed on the bed. Final example was our on our final night- we weren't sure whether to ski for an extra half day- we didn't have our PCs with us- we asked reception if we could check the weather and they provided us with a laptop. Everything we asked for- the immediate answer was yes!
For skiers with car-hire, the convenience of parking your car in the underground car park and being able to take the lift straight to your floor without having to go via reception was a real blessing at the end of a long ski day. All in all, we had a lovely stay and we look forward to dropping by next time we decide to take a weekend in Cervinia.

Hotel along the street, our room was facing the street so quite noising. Change the frame would be strongly suggest to get more insonorization. Room big enought, but I did not find fair to pay 15€/night for a small dog. there are not any services for him. Breakfast normal, nothing special. At the end of the day, I would say the room fare was too much against the services offered.

Io e la mia compagna siamo stati in questo splendido albergo dal 5 al 17 Agosto e ci siamo trovati benissimo: una vista dal terrazzo mozzafiato, la camera sempre in ordine e pulita, fornita di tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno confortevole e da sogno. L’albergo ha una posizione ottimale all’entrata di Saint Vincent. Il punto forte, però, è il personale gentile, accogliente e sempre disponibile. Un saluto a tutto lo staff, un grazie sentito da parte nostra. Torneremo sicuramente.
