This was a nice property. This is the only hotel that has charged me extra 200sek to check in early when the room was ready. Other than that fee it was a good hotel.

the facility isn't new, and the hitel need a refreshing. we expected more for money we paid. SPA was full booked, and even if not, it is only 30 min slotts, nit enough to change the close.

The hotel has good location, close to the shopping street, which is giving many options for shops and restaurants. The family room we had is small but ok, and it’s clean and comfortable. The breakfast area is not so big, ok with breakfast items.
Unfortunately must complain about one thing, about the service or the reaction of service tram. There was a accident in our room, one of glass which is in the corner on the sink surface just exploded by itself, don’t know when and how. Of course then become broken glass everywhere! At morning my wife went to bathroom, lights was off, she didn’t notice it. Once she step in, got piece of glass sticks into her foot, start bleeding immediately!
I run down to reception, ask for help. Unfortunately the staff didn’t even pay much attention to listen what happened. They don’t have any first aid kit except little small bandage. How ever, I back to room, manage to get out the broken glass from my wife’s foot, stoped bleeding! During the time, there was no one come to check how is it! Only at the end, a house keeper come to clean the bathroom!

Booked last minute and checked in around 8pm. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner in the hotel resto is great, big portion snd tasty. The room is ok and comfortable though tv channels are very limited. We opted for breakfast box instead of Buffett due to covid restrictions. We were offered extra box and thats very generous.

Rent och fint, trevlig personal, bra frukost och sköna sängar. Allt jag begär för 2 övernattningar. Hotellet ligger i centrala Halmstad alldeles invid stora torget och Nissan på andra sidan. Ändå väldigt lugnt på natten (fre-lör). Baren såg trevlig ut men vi hann inte prova den här gången. Återkommer säkert hit igen.

Ett rum som var 30 grader varmt, skulle få en portabel AC apparat, fick hämta själv, den kylde nästan ingenting. Fanns en fläkt i rummet, ställde upp dörren till korridoren som var kall och placerade fläkten i dörrhålet och blåste in kalluft i rummet, det tog timmar innan tempen i rummet var uthärdlig. Personalen hade inget annat rum att erbjuda.

Bra läge, jättetrevlig, personal och allting man kan förvänta sig för det priset. Men lite för många småsaker som lätt hade kunnat ordnas.
Rummet var litet för oss som var tre personer och en hund. Även om vi bara hade varit två personer hade rummet känts litet, men då hade det i alla fall funnits yta att röra sig på. Det var superfint ordnat med en hundbädd till vår hund, men med extrasängen utfälld fanns det inte en chans att hitta golvyta att få plats med den på.
De vanliga gardinerna (ej mörkläggning) var för små för att kunna dra ihop helt, så om vi inte ville att personalen på kontoret tvärs över gatan inte skulle se oss, var vi tvungna att dra igen mörkläggningsgardinerna.
Det blev väldigt blött på golvet i badrummet när man duschade och det saknades både skrapa och golvhandduk. Går ju lätt att lösa med en vanlig handduk (om man vrider ur den lågra gånger), men kanske behöver gästerna alla handdukar.
Gillar inte heller systemet att man måste boka tid för frukost. Om vi nu tvingas göra det på vår semester vill jag iallafall inte behöva trängas vid frukostbuffén med resten som bokat samma tid och sedan ändå upptäcka att det mesta av den varma maten är helt slut och kommer ta 12 minuter att få fram.

Det som var mindre bra var att bäddsoffan i familjerummet var katastrof. Ingen ac på rummet så fönstret var tvunget att vara öppet mot en gata som trafikerades av bilar med neddragna rutor med hög volym.
