Definitely wouldnt recommend. Paid for a king size bed, and got 2 twins pushed together that wasnt level to each other. Internet is very spotty and terrible. Also the hotel has no rights to privacy. All your guest are forced to hand over IDs before they're allowed to visit. Only plus about this hotel is that its alot Patong Beach.

Hotel is close to all the entertainment and restaurants. The beach is just across the breach road. Bangla road is a 10min walk away. Great pool and pool bar. Staff are outstanding, service with a smile at all times. We will return soon.

The hotel was very clean and the pool was well kept. Loud obnoxious live music plays every night from around 8 to around 1. It sounded like really bad karaoke and made it difficult to sleep. Also, the food at the two restaurants within the hotel were both awful. All the nice restaurants and good shopping are a good walk away. I would recommend staying further down on Patong beach.

Great hidden oasis in Patong

This hotel is like a little oasis in a busy area of Patong. Service is excellent, the decor and attention to detail is spot on. Swimming pool looks like a tropical pond at first but is actually very nice and quaint. Rooms are very clean and good value for money. Breakfast was okay but could be much better. It was served in the Irish pub on the roadside. Loud traffic. Breakfast should be served in their own restaurant as it's a nice setting.

Enjoyed my family trip here at this Resort, it is located in a convenient area within walking distance to many food stalls or shopping and facing the Seaview was great. The resort is clean & well maintained (except with no lift access for our level) however staff will assist to carry any of our baggage for us without any issues. Would like to specially compliment Ms Elle (the receptionist) for her good kind hospitality & service, she speaks and understand English which is extremely useful and helpful in many ways to us during our stay there. Overall stay at this resort was blissful and enjoyable.

A little worn on the edges but excellent value.

Perfect place to stay in Patong at the price point it's at. I would stay here again with the understanding the hotel is a bit old and feeling sorta run down. Overall it's a full 5 stars, but they had issues with staffing shortages, room mix ups, numerous broken light bulbs, leaking AC unit, etc. But the location is great and it's at an excellent price point for what you get compared to other options in the area... just go with the expectation that it's not shiny and brand new and you'll be beyond happy.

Worst experience I have ever had with a hotel in my entire life, as my first time travelling in my own I expect to have a safe place to arrive to but as I get to my hotel they have told me my booking is cancelled with no refund or any information & there’s nothing I can do apart from pay 3x the price I had already paid .. I booked my room months in advance at a discounted rate, they had clearly rented out my booked room for a more expensive price and then kick me out forcing me to go to a near by backpackers as every hotel near by was also booked after 30 hours on my plane without proper food or sleep it was a very stressful experience and only being 21 years old I didn’t have disposable extra money to spend on random hotels, the hotel also tried to blame Expedia which was not the case at all Expedia had no idea at all about the cancelled booking and when I called they even told me it was still booked! The hotel sent me a FAKE EMAIL pretending they were Expedia so the blame wasn’t on them for rebooking my room. Do not book with this hotel defiantly not 4 stars you can find so many nicer places around with kinder people

Beautiful Hotel! We stayed in a pool access room which was divine. Newly renovated resort, staff were wonderful, walking distance to everything we needed and straight across the rd from the beach. Absolute heaven!
There was only two minor things, sometimes there was a smell coming from the bathroom pipes but the staff were very accomodating in fixing it. The other was the bed, king size but too hard for us.
All in all though, a great holiday and we will go back again :)

We had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic, staff helpful and the property is idyllic.
The shower water pressure was a bit touch and go, and our ac could have been quieter. Overall, was relaxing despite being in the thick of the hustle and bustle of Patong.

Hotel is definitely old. No way it is 4 stars. It caters to russians mainly. Room tiles is broken. Toilet smells. Toilet bowl is not clean. Balcony doors is broken too. BREAKFAST IS THE WORST IN THE ENTIRE OF PHUKET. NOT WORTH EVEN A DOLLAR. By 9am, food is done. They serve dry scrambled eggs with shells in it, burnt potatoes, iceberg lettuce and chopped up carrots for salads, watermelon that taste like onions, bad coffee and no milk for coffee. Not worth more than 20$ a night it being in phuket you can find better hotels with less stars.

Over priced for what we received. Our bed was hard and the pillows were lumpy. Sheets were literally falling apart at the seems and dirt stained in places. They did change these upon request on the first day however this went back to normal after the room was cleaned. We had a walk in pool room and unfortunately this area was not cleaned so others cigarette butts and plant leaves would stack up and embarrassingly staff laughed at my request to borrow the pool cleaner. However, again, at request this was seen to by a staff member. This doesn't appear to be a well known hotel (by local drivers) and is located down a short alley opposite the main beach area. Limited atmosphere, there was only two pool beds also, so nowhere to really lay in the sun if thats what you're after. Positives - decent air conditioning and hot water. Room size is adequate and there is a safe in each. Breakfast included a good range even for vegetarians but only fruit and salad for vegans (that said they're catering for the majority of people).

Beautiful hotel in quiet location

Beautiful spa and hotel resort away from the noise of walking street but it’s only a ten minute walk away.

Staff were amazing and let us check in about 3/4 hours early when we arrived as we landed at 7:30am in Phuket.

Buffet breakfast was nice and had a mix of western and Asian food, and fresh fruit.

Our room was large and bed was huge. We had a pool access room which was a really nice touch to our stay.

The first thing you notice when entering your room is the horrible smell but don't worry, you get accustomed to the smell after a few hours.

The second thing you notice is how old, tattered and dirty all the walls, floors, doors and furniture are.

Then upon entering the bathroom you take a look at the toilet seat which is falling to pieces, has flaky bits that looks like dried skin coming off of it and has a urine discoloration to it. I had to do my number two's standing up because I could not bring myself to sit on that disgusting thing.

An absolutely disgusting experience. This is not a 4 star hotel. Do not ruin your holiday by staying here.

Also had room service come to my room at 11am. I told him to please come back in 10 minutes. I left the hotel for three hours, came back and the room had not been cleaned.

I booked a 3 night stay and only stayed for 1 night.

If the hotel has any decency, they should refund my other 2 nights back.

Worst hotel. Staff were sleeping on the job!!! They didn't even speak to us when we checked in. He handed us keys and left to go to our room. We lost him while holding all our luggage. The food was awful, there was no security at all. And we didn't have water at night. We told the front desk after searching for them, because no one was at the reception area!!! They did nothing! Terrible place!

Our stay was paid for breakfast included and on the second morning we are told we cant have breakfast as it isn’t included it then gets rectified by the manager. We arrived at breakfast after 9 and had to eat what was left also no butter, when I asked for butter I am told no butter only “tomorrow” I complained and said it is bad service, the manager sends someone to get butter only to bring it to me after I ate. The entire breakfast is very poor not even the basics. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance. I wouldn’t rate this hotel a 4 star hotel at all.

Overall a terrible experience and I'd stay away.

Expedia listing had wrong information so we were very disappointed on our arrival. No airport shuttle or laundry as listing said. Hard to communicate with frontdesk staff on issues.

We were 'upgraded' to a Suite (see grey room) which was outside the main hotel gate. You enter a doorway with no door, walk past dirty gas tanks, and up a flight of circling stairs. Cooks from the restaurant next door take smoke breaks right near the doorway. The room is above restaurants that had loud, bouncing, live music late into the night.

Our bed sheets had a brown stain, towels were torn, air conditioning smelled, lamp and phone didn't work, walls were scuffed up, etc. The wifi didn't work in our room so we were told to join the restaurant wifi next door. There's a smoking area right next to dining area.

We had booked for several days but left after one night. Would have left immediately if possible.

This hotel was a disappointment from the get go. On expedia when I booked this room, it said that breakfast and airport shuttle services were available. When I tried to set up a airport shuttle pick up, I found out they do not offer this service and was forced to pay a decent amount to get a ride from the airport to the hotel.

When we finally arrived, we learned that our room had an issue and we had to stay in a very dingy room our first night. When we were leaving our room for the first time we found two men standing outside our room saying that their stuff was in our room. Apparently while these guys were gone, the staff had moved their stuff out of the room and their passports were still in our safe.

The next morning, we tried to eat breakfast to find out breakfast was not included either. I ended up being screamed at by an employee in front of staff and fellow customers which was incredibly embarrassing and humiliating over this small mistake.

When we got our \"real\" room, it was filled with mosquitoes and definitely not as nice as the pictures depicted.

The morning we woke up to leave, our water had been shut off and we had to get ready in the drops that fell from the sink and shower.

The manager Aidrien was the only good thing about this place but without must support staff, he could only do so much.

Hotel is dated but charming. We had a pool access room, balcony decking is rotting and furniture wobbly. Bed linen clean but extremely old. We had a king bed but they didn't have enough bottom sheets so they used two single sheets across the bed .Towels are threadbare and mismatched, sometimes they didn't have two of the same, so they gave us odd towels. Breakfast is boring and bain marie always cold. Staff are nice enough. The only thing this hotel has going for it is location. Would not stay there again.

What do you get for your money?

I booked flight and hotel using Expedia and, on the net, it looked great, albeit, and remembering this is Phuket, at a premium price PER PERSON PER NIGHT..(there were 2 of us). I am also sure it included b/fast and, on arrival, we got a 5 day b/fast voucher - so all is good! However, the next morning we were told by the manager that b/fast was not included and would cost extra. That, in my opinion, and those of my friends who live locally, made the room very expensive - think well over 3 figs Oz per night. I re-checked my paperwork and it wasn't but since I definitely remember booking on the basis that it WAS included, I get the feeling that something changed but... I guess I could have made a mistake and I guess the night manager must have done the same.

So, the hotel itself... It's old and jaded. Paintwork is almost non-existent in the bathroom, towels are old, harsh, grey and threadbare. We had a 'deluxe' room with no view except tree tops and backs of buildings. We could not see the swimming pool but we could smell the chlorine. Our king size bed was old and saggy and really two smaller beds pushed together so very uncomfortable in the middle. The furniture was old and dirty and the little table was almost falling apart. Service was adequate though sometimes the rooms had still not been made up by around 3.30pm because 'we do this before 5pm'. All in all, I don't believe I got value for money and the stay was not pleasant. I would not recommend anyone go here.

Room and pool area ok but small. No elevators and no handrails on the stairs. Breakfast not good at all. Very poor selection and we had to keep asking staff for cups, plates, food and orange juice. Housekeeping when we were on 2nd floor was bad, had to ask for water, toilet paper and hand towels. Although when we moved to the ground floor we were generally happy with the housekeeping. Obviously different staff on different floors. Reception staff were great.

Location was good, just right opposite the beach. Room was in good condition, with good housekeeping done daily. We were able to check in early; asked to check out 2hrs late as our flight was at 4+pm but were only reluctantly given 1hr extension. Staff were overall just ok. Phone in the room was not working; had to walk all the way to recept to ask for stuff. No early notice for full day electricity cut-off. Wifi didn't work well.
Chose this resort as it is away from main street (Bangla street) & right opposite the beach; we thought it will be more quiet compared to resorts near Bangla but we were wrong. The resort is really small, with pool bar smacked in the middle that played loud music till late. Each night, groups of guests hanged out at pool bar till like 4-5am talking, laughing & playing music really loudly. Being a small resort, the noise just echoed throughout, & there were no attempts from staff to stop them. Even though pool rules state that pool operates from 9am-8pm, guests still swam and played ball in the pool at like 4-5am, and still, no attempts were made by staff to stop them. It was really disturbing because we had early pickups at 730am for day tours.
Generally, this resort will be more suitable for those wanting to party. NOT suitable for families and couples, especially those with kids and those who prefer serenity and quietness. For the amount paid, we would rather go elsewhere with much more staff control and peace. Will not go back to this resort.

This hotel, which claims to be a 4 stars is a merely a 2 start in a good day. The first impression is always important and it was definitely not a good one. The most unacceptable thing was the lack cleanliness and higiene. On my way to the room, I could see a cat wondering on the restaurant's table. Once I arrived in the room, the shock was even greater; there was used toilet paper on the bathroom floor next to lots of hair from other people. The towels were old and tore and to top of and make me decide to leave hotel immediately and look for another one was the fact the slippers left in the room for us were already used and very dirty.

The staff don't make you feel like a valued guest. Also when checking out we asked the hotel to arrange a taxi to our next hotel which I showed the name of the hotel and its address. However somehow the taxi driver took us to the complete wrong hotel this left a sour taste in our mind of the hotel and it's customer services.

The rooms are fairly big nothing too fancy.The position is great short walk to main drag ,right across the beach. I found the staff to be very accomodating from the people at reception right through to the management any problems we had they where very willing to help. For the price it was a great stay I would recommended it. Any problems the management are willing to go out of there way which really helps.

The only thing good with the hotel is the walking distance to the beach and Bangla street parties. The check in & out were straight forward. I was offered a room at top level the 3rd Floor and the furthest, with no elevator it was torturous with the luggage. The room is large comes with some amenities and toiletries but no view. There is a swimming pool not one that can do laps but looks more likely being a decorative pool and there are some private rooms which are attached to. Encountered some Blackout during heavy rain periods and there are no emergency lights to the passage ways and stairs, have a torch on stand by during those times. There is a music mixer and a couple of speakers on display at the kiosk more likely being a decorative items. Breakfast, not much to select and the soup basically just add water. To my opinion the hotel is not a 4 stars as published, a generous 2 and a half stars is more appropriate

perfect location

i were in honeymoon and hen we arrive hotel was warm welcome from staff.
we didint wait long time for check in proses only 3 min. and free upgrade ( because we were honeymoon maybe ) and room we get surprise fruit plate with welcome cards. it was nice feeling.
hotel have perfect location close to beach , 2 min walk bar streets , 5 min walk jungseylon shopping center.
breakfast enough you can not feel hungry.
will definitely came back again next year.

Loved this hotel for the price it was excellent value. The staff were lovely and helpful the rooms were spotless and the location was the best. Will defiantly stay here again.

Absolutely Terrible Hotel

Hotel is a disgrace! Booked for 3 nights, stayed for a total of 13 hours. Arrived at 7.30p.m to check in. Check in was a shamble,no communication on what was happening. After 20 minutes we were taken to a standard room (we booked a suite). The concierge couldn't get the power to work in the room, so we were taken back down to the check in desk. Once again no explanations or apologies as to what was going on. In the end we were told we had been upgraded to a suite..?. Which is what we had booked. They ran out of key cards so we had to use a manual key (no big deal). As soon as we walked in there was a God awful smell that can only be described as \"wet rat\". The room was hot and we were told to wait 10 minutes for the aircon to start working. So we had a cold shower to try cool us down. Bad idea... The drain didn't work so the shower instantly flooded the bathroom. Half an hour had passed and the room was still at 30 degrees. So I went back down and saw reception and they told me to sit down and wait. It is now after 9pm and their solution was to put us back in the room we first went to once they fixed the power issue. The bed was beyond a joke. I wouldn't expect this 30+y.o mattress to be used in a backpackers. Was told it was the only room they had left and we will sort it out in the morning. After a horrendous night trying to sleep with Springs poking us all night, even though we had 3 nights here, We left the hotel very annoyed!! Disgraceful!

Old world charm with above average staff.

The pool is located in the centre of the resort, with direct access from some of the ground floor rooms.
