Rooms have bedbugs. Pool and Hot have been out of order for months. We left after 4 hours in our room. They refused a refund for a 2 day stay after showing them the bedbugs to which the front desk lady killed with a napkin like it is a everyday thing. Worst hotel. Staff are rude, rooms are dirty. Shower is either scolding hot or ice cold. Would not recommend. Will be contacting Concordia health department right away Monday morning.

The staff friendly and the loby was clean and well decorated. When we got to our room it was NOTHING like the pictures which upon further review look like they had been doctored by AI. The floors were vinyl which is great but the were sticky, the door was rusty and looked like it had been kicked in. I am 5'4 and the shower head was level with my fore head. But the worst part was after we inspected the bed for bed bugs (as we do at every hotel) and found none we sttled into bed only for bed bugs to come out of the lamp! We immediately grabbed our things and went to the desk. Apparently they are under the impression that they cant have bed bugs if they have mattress covers. So stay at your own risk. Also, the poolis not heated the hot tub is broke and the images on line dont match up to their pool room nor do the rest of the pictures online line up the the rest of this hotel. I have never stayed at a hotel so gross. I will say that I think the kids running it are doing the best they can who ever is incharge is failing. I wish I could post pics on here for you to see the abolsolutely disgusting conditions.

This place was DREADFUL from start to finish!
When I showed up she tried to charge me $10 per kid .. I'm like that's ridiculous I've taken them ALL over the world and never had to PAY extra for having my kids in the room... So we get thru that and she found out I booked third party and was non refundable..she tried everything to just get me off the property. I said no if it's non refundable job cancellable give me a key I need to go check for bugs... She got SO offended and was screaming for me to leave. VERY VERY rude and sketchy Devan Patel on the front office..then I get down the road to a Super 8 and he goes out yeah she's like that ALL the time she just upsets people and runs them off. This reads as a GIANT scam as Expedia is saying I won't get my money back but I WILL BE going thru the bank. I will not be paying for a service I didn't receive because the front desk lady is insufferable!

This made me never wanna use Expedia again. They don't stand by the customer and have awful hotels in here.

When we arrived, albeit late, there was nobody at the desk. I called out-got no answer. I filled out the online form, after I had waited for at least 15 minutes, finally called the phone number. A woman came out then to answer the phone. She needed all my info that I had filled out online (name/address/phone/cc#/car, etc.)

In the room, the bed was comfortable. The toilet was making so much noise after flushing, we had to turn the water off. No plug on the cord of the bedside lamp. Easy chair was old and sweat-stained. Shower was just ok. Breakfast was meager. No fruit, no yogurt, no hot food, no waffles. Outside doors had chipped, faded paint, broken window taped over. Very disappointing.

The door to our room had a hole in the bottom large enough for a mouse to crawl in. The sink had no stopper to hold the water. The bathtub water didn’t drain properly and we never could get hot water in the bathtub. The table lamp by the desk had no light bulbs in it. The floor was gritty like it hadn’t been cleaned. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

The place was a mess, yes they were doing some repairs to it however there was no seal under the door entrance to the room and rain came in so had to use a towel to stop the water coming in over the sill. In fact the only thing good about the entire experience was it was a very comfortable bed. loud compressor on the A/C unit. No one at the front desk and had to call the number to get some one up front to check in. I would not recommend this as a place to stay.

I would recommend sleeping in your car, before pulling in this this old ran down place . I had to clean my own room before I could even relax I paid 924$ for a disgusting bed which I do believe is infested with bed bugs I got two bites on ankle and my knee they are red a swollen. I have never felt so disgusted at a place in my life. If u want clean towl u gotta get your own or u will not have any The pool don't get in it it is freezing cold I would not recommend any one stay here unless u bout to freeze to death lol.

What have they been smoke'n!

As soon as i walked n to check in the lady didnt tell me i had to go in to other doors so i felt stupid and then she straight up got down to it as if i interrupted her sitting there do n nothing. So as rude as she was i told her not to be rude and she had nothing to say at all. Then all nite long she kept messing with us knocking on the door while we were tryn to sleep and tryn to run away every time. But we seen her before she could b out of site this went on all nite long even before check out time in the morning. Then not only that there was a lighter left in the bathroom on top of the toilet hidden in a nasty wash cloth as if the broken ceilling wasnt enough to get rid of the smoke from whoever supposedly cleaned it last and well not clean not nice springs poping out hurting you all nite it was all i could afford and so so horrible

There are a lot of nice things about the hotel. The front room is nice, much of the furniture is nice. The outside doors require close attention to be sure they actually close, and the nice granite tables are in serious disrepair. One nightstand in my room wasn't attached to the granite slab wobbling on top. The desk is two sides, held together by the granite, but the legs on each side are separating from the top. You can rotate it 25 degrees from lock to lock, without moving it.

Front desk is about as personable as a tree stump, but was kind when she did speak and handled business in a respectable and timely manner.

They allege they are currently renovating. As of 3-17-25, i can't see any work being done. I think they're getting ready to start. Excited to see the results! It will help a great deal.

No one at desk when I arrived. I rang bell and still stood there for 10 minutes waiting. When we got up to room the hot water didn’t work in sink. There was a lamp with missing light bulb, so an empty socket on a plugged in lamp. Water damaged ceiling and overall dirty look to the place.

Piss stains and hair all over the toilet. Small black hairs all over the sheets. We checked in late after a mistake was made by the booking company, and the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, and very annoyed by our presence. When we saw how dirty the room was we came back downstairs and no one was to be found! After going back to the room and trying to call, still no answer! My girlfriend went back out to the car to get our own blankets and cleaning supplies, and spent 20 minutes scrubbing the bathroom before it was able to be used! The shower itself was about belly button high, so cramped and unusable for people like us who are only average height. Finally after she used the bathroom we were able to find someone who gave us new sheets! Even that was a fight! They tried to defend their horrible service before finally surrendering some new questionable looking sheets. Before all of this even happened, there was a problem when I I made the initial reservation, the date was wrong, and I needed to change it to the evening we arrived. They would not help at all to switch the date, and said they would help me get it figured out in the morning, After I booked a new room for that evening. but then, the next day I was told I would not get a refund for the wrong booking, because It was already a day late. So they lied lied to my face so they wouldn’t have to give me a refund. These people are running a scam and provide a terrible service in a disgusting building.

The rooms are not cleaned as they should be.. there was hair on the towels and the bathroom wall. There floors had not vacuumed, the cable wouldn’t work, it did for about 30 minutes. We left and came back and had nothing, the rest of the time. There are horrible water spots all over the ceiling, and there was chicken bones and trash on the floor. It was also very loud. Someone knocking on our room at 2:00 am and no one there.. would only allow us a 30 minute late check out. Owner is nice though!

We made a reservation here on the wrong day. I called immediately and was told that they couldn't change the date and there were no more similar rooms available for the day that I wanted. The only room that was available would cost me $145 .
That was a lie!!!!
I got on line immediately after the call and reserved the same room.
I have been on vacation now for two weeks and have not used Expedia again. If you refund the cost of our 8/20/24 reservation I will consider you on our next trip.

My fiancée and I stayed here to visit her family. The bed was not comfortable, the pillows were extremely flat as well. Whenever she took a shower the water would change to extremely hot and feel like it’s burning her. With all the 11 wifi none of them truly worked, other than that, it was an okay stay, especially in Concordia.

If you are a non-smoker, I do not recommend stay in this place. Even though you chose a non-smoking room when booking with your app; when on site, the manager will force you to pay additional $10 for using the non-smoking room; they said that your app switched to a smoking room after your booking.
When on site, you are too tired of cancelling or changing to a different place; your only option is to pay additional $10.
Their low rating is for a reason. I learned a lesson.

I like the hotel just fine. It was older, but it was just what I needed for the night. The bed looked like it had been slept in, but it was clean. Breakfast was breakfast nothing fancy. As a pancake machine so you can watch your breakfast be cooked. There was a good Mexican restaurant around the corner. What I didn’t like was the desk clerk rolling her eyes at me when I said I had to service dogs. Staff would buff up on ADA laws. It’s everywhere not just here. And I get it because of the emotional support dogs. They are pets and there is a difference. But not everybody’s trying to hustle them.

What a dinosaur hotel! If you're not going to update the rooms, at least spend some money to fix things that are broken. Our water ran 24/7 in both the sink and tub, the toilet sounded like a jet taking off when the tank was filling, it was the worst hotel we've ever stayed at. Oh, and what hotel doesn't offer tissues? Really? I'm supposed to blow my nose in paper thin toilet paper? DO NOT STAY HERE! Run, run far away!!

This place is fine for a quick one night stay.
The following night, we stayed at a different Days Inn and the difference was night and day.
Concordia location was moderately clean, i was not comfortable walking barefoot on the carpet and the bathroom could use a good scrub. The breakfast in the AM was bread, muffins and coffee. I was shocked at the differences when i stayed at the next location the following night.

For the price range it was acceptable. The beds were very clean and comfortable. Room was a little dated but ok. Rooms Need some updating. Bathroom was not exceptionally clean, hair all over the floor & tub area. Some of the ceiling in the shower was coming down. But my disappointment after an 11-hour car ride was the pool & hot tub. they both need some resurfacing & the hot tub was Hot, but no way to turn the jets on & was stained, small & dated? I would still use this facility again for cost, it was not awful, just Ok.

There is no elevator to the nonsmoking room. It was a challenge for my travelling companion. The door to the room did not fit well and scraped loudly when opened or closed. There was no hot water at the sink. There was no coffee maker in the room.
The beds were comfortable and clean.
There were few options for breakfast.

I'm very surprised i didn't find bedbugs. By far the nastiest place I've stayed. I slept for 3 hours and left. Staff was slobby and not friendly at all. I had to figure out my room number from counting the ones that actually had room numbers. My shoes stuck to the carpet. It said no smoking but it probably would have made the room smell better if i had. Pillows were chopped up foam in a bag. Holes punched in the door. One light bulb in a quad fixture. Zero stars!

The person at the front desk said as not helpful when I asked about the ice machine. Didn’t even try to help. The room did not have a coffee maker.
