Next time I will spend the extra money to stay in the city of LA. Lower cost of the room was the selling point but next time I will just spend the extra money and stay in the city of LA.
Breakfast was below average. Cold potatoes and eggs but no meat at all. No bacon, sausage, or ham.

At first glance, everything looked amazing. We got to the room. It appeared to be clean. We dropped off our stuff. We went out for the rest of the day when we came back in to go to sleep. I pulled the covers back only to find out that the sheets were dirty they had pubic hair on it. Blood stains on it and semen stain on it. The sheets were never changed the bed pillows upon close inspection of it had hair on it clearly not from it being trapped from the laundry, but as someone who had recently slept on it, the staff was very kind when I went down and showed them the pictures and explained the situation they sent housekeeping about 30 minutes later to come change out the sheets and bedding. We would have left to go somewhere else, but everything was sold out and my entire family was staying there, including extended family. There was about 50 of us. Who stayed there.

We were so impressed with this hotel! The room was large and very well maintained. The location was excellent. But what really set it apart was the breakfast! The food was delicious and went way beyond just a tray of pastries. This is definitely a place that we would stay again!

This used to be our go-to hotel. We won't return. It's run down, didn't look super clean and we couldn't even use the sofa bed. My daughter and I had to share a bed because the sofa bed wouldn't reach the floor - it kept bouncing up. The breakfast isn't as good as before either. Very disappointed because it used to be so nice!

Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly checking in and out. Breakfast was nice. Rooms were fine and clean. Sofa bed very uncomfortable and the poles get your back, but I havent seen a comfortable pull out bed to date, so it was to be expected. Still 5 stars for this hotel.

The breakfast was ok the waffles were filled with grease you could taste it. The potatoes you could tell they were frozen but they weren’t to bad. Everything else was good. The stay was great. I do appreciate the gesture of free breakfast. Thank you. Good coffee too .

It smelled so clean the entire time we were there! They cleaned our room everyday. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. We loved the omelette bar they offered during breakfast. Very close to many many things. DoorDash options. The pool was heated and hot tub was a great as well. Free drinks from 5-6:30. We traveled with a 7 and 9 year old that loved it as well.

Would have been nice to know about the parking fee ahead of time as I have stayed at that hotel before and never been charged. Also, why do you have happy hour when you don’t offer non alcoholic beer to no drinkers? So you have be an alcoholic to enjoy happy hour…. That was very disheartening. And something you should reconsider to make everyone feel

People yelling in the night, kids running, my daughter thought there was a fire! Near the stairs also didn’t help. The stationary chair was filthy, it was so gross! Front desk assistant manager completely lacked customer service. This was the worse embassy we've ever stayed at... not normal for an embassy!

The staff changed my reservation to a room that would not accommodate my family and young kids. I was not informed of this change and was not given any other options. My family and I had to leave the property with my kids and find other accommodations. The staff was not understanding and made zero attempt to fix this problem. Highly unsatisfied.

I am still boiling! I didn't have house keeping in my room for 4 days, and had the "do not disturb " sign on the door. On the 5th day I personally went to the front desk and told them I wanted it cleaned, fresh towels, and garbage dumped. I was assured it would be done. I came back to my room that evening and the room was untouched!!! They were pretty unresponsive because I made my reservation through an outside company. They gave me a certificate for a free night at that location to be used within a year!!! Unacceptable! Normally I would have had the room comped.

Dog hair all over couch and dog hair in corners that were not cleaned enough. My son and I are allergic to most animals, we needed extra allergy medicine and inhaler. We'll stay again for free breakfast and location, but we'll cover couches with sheets.

The entire staff at this property are always wonderful. Josh the front desk associate is here every time we visit and we love his cheerful disposition. The kids love playing on the pool. Rooms are super clean and updated.
