The hotel is an oasis in rugged but extraordinary landscape of NW Argentina. The staff were all very friendly and hospitable. There is a small but well curated gift selection of local crafts. The pool area is great, the grounds quiet & restful.

This property is extremely secure and seems like you are staying in a fancy museum. We loved the centralized location to things we wanted to do. The food is tasty, but small potion sizes and a little pricy compared to anyplace else we have eaten in Jujuy. They can accommodate English speakers and the property truly stands out.

View from the hotel across to the mountains is awesome. A terrace room with a direct view.
Restaurant served high quality food, the menu offered a range of vegetarian and meat dishes with a twist of local flavours and produce.
The small village within walking distance has a basic shop and a small bar where you can sit outside.

The lobby and dining area are very nice. There was a lovely woman who helped guide us but the rest of the staff was a bit standoffish. Dinner's good. The hotel is a bit isolated, so if you need anything, you have to get in a car and drive to find it.

The room was large and very clean. There were not many staff so service was slow.
The swimming pool was very disappointing as it was not very clean and poorly maintained, so we didn’t use it.
There were a lot of flies about.
Lovely to see Alpacas in the grounds.

Très bonne accueil, sympa et professionnel. Nous occupions la chambre 25 à l'étage, vue panoramique sur les environs. Très bonne connexion internet. Bon petit déjeuner et parking disponible. Lobby spacieux et cool ... nombreuses oeuvres artistiques dans les espaces communs.

Cute little hotel in northern Argentina. Generously sized rooms with a little terrace overlooking a garden with Alpacas! Breakfast was continental, but definitely a good place to stay on the way to the Salinas Grandes or Ceri 14 Colores!

Humahuaca is a beautiful place.
The hotel is really nice and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are big, very clean, with a comfortable bed and nicely decorated.

Splendour in the Quebrada

Beautiful interior architecture with stunning archways and window views and glimpses of the mountains and dessert like terrain outside, this stunning splendour is decorated with wonderful local and Incan artwork and artefacts. The combination is breathtaking and enthralling. So much so, we spent another hour after check-out exploring the entire place and taking photographs of the interior and views of the mountains and outside through the archways and windows. It could be a truly luxurious stay if we had included the spa option, but we had places to explore and mountains to climb and could not stay!

I would have loved to have met the interior architect; such a talented person with an amazing artistic vision. To have seen the hotel and its surrounds, through this person's eyes (from our photographs) was such a visual treat.

Nice hotel but bait and switch on booked rate

The hotel was nice. The only issue was that I booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child. I was given a rate for the night. When I arrived and checked in they had already added $28.00 to the booked rate. I told them that the rate was already determined when I booked for the 3 of us. They said yes I had booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child but if I wanted a bed for the child it was $28.00 more. I feel as if it was a bait and switch tactic. I would never stay there again for this reason. Everything else was fine except for the last minute add on to the bill.

This beautiful hotel is a historic building with a design touch, in the middle of the windy and dusty quebrada. It is indeed a quiet oasis :-). We really enjoyed our room, which was spacious and comfortable.The service was very good, with even some english speaking personnel.One day we even enjoyed the swimmingpool, that was very clean but rather cold. Even the spa (massage) got good notes from my wife. In conclusion, a really nice hotel.

Excelente opção. Local bonito, quartos grandes e banheiro bom. Pessoal muito atencioso e excelente cozinha no restaurante do hotel. Como os quartos são térreos, precisamos manter as cortinas fechadas e perder um pouco do visual do local.

Personnel très courtois et souriant. Très bel hôtel de l'accueil à la salle de petit déjeuner et aux chambres.
Chambre propre, calme et confortable avec un réfrigérateur et une cafetière.
Un peu cher. Si je dois dire des choses : l'eau chaude mais longtemps à arriver mais il y en a. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent avec fruits et viennoiseries ou pâtisseries mais il manque à mon avis quelque chose de chaud comme les œufs brouillés par exemple.
Le wifi fonctionne mais a parfois été plus lent voire s'est déconnecté quelques secondes. Il y a eu aussi des coupures d'électricité pendant la nuit de quelques secondes ce qui fait que la clim s'éteignait puis se rallumait.

Boa opção na região de Huacalera

Deve ser o melhor hotel naquele entorno de Huacalera. Está muito bem conservado, bem decorado. O apartamento é grande, confortável e aconchegante. O banheiro podia ser renovado. Cortina de banheira não dá mais.
O restaurante é bom. Só não gostamos do volume da música ao vivo no lobby, que vaza para o salão onde servem o jantar.
Café da manhã fraco. Podiam incrementar.
No geral, gostei e voltaria.

O aquecimento do quarto não era forte o suficiente para o tamanho do quarto. Alguns detalhes que fariam diferença: não havia água no quarto (só colocam a noite), o tempo eh muito seco, poderiam oferece um mini hifmdrante. A music ao vivo mais a tralha do que ajuda. Deveriam colocar o cantor em outro lugar que não na porta do restaurante. Não conseguíamos ouvir o garçom e mal conseguimos conversar, de tão alta a musica

Buenas instalaciones, ubicado sobre la carretera sin muchas facilidades externas a la mano, pero bien localizado para moverse por la región. Tiene muchas comodidades y servicios, pero parece un resort como para otro tipo de turismo, un poco como un hotel en el lugar equivocado. Tienen un atractivo programa para el cuidado del medio ambiente que, sin embargo, tiene varias inconsistencias. Por ejemplo, demandan de los huéspedes duchas cortas como contribución pero tienen un sistema de calentadores del agua que hace muy difícil calibrar su salida lo que lleva a que la ducha corta sea imposible de alcanzar. Igual con sus sistema de calefacción, que mantienen al tope, al punto que, por ejemplo, a pesar de que apagamos los tres calentadores dentro de la habitación, nos tocó abrir las ventanas durante toda la noche para poder respirar un poco. Son percepciones personales y escuchamos en la región turistas que se quejaban de no encontrar este tipo de hoteles tipo resort en la zona, luego si ese es su gusto este hotel está muy bien. Para quienes gustamos de un turismo màs afín y cercano al controno donde está, luce un poco postizo y de espaldas a la comunidad

Hotel oud maar aangenaam. Goede service met name van Maria en Tamara. Ontbijt is helaas slecht. Koffie van de machine moet extra betaald worden. Droog brood, jammer! Eten is acceptabel alhoewel een van ons de pasta met tomatensalsa had en totaal smakeloos. En ziek die nacht, de dag erna was het gelukkig beter. Triest was het wel dat we een nacht teveel hadden geboekt en het management weigerde dat te compenseren. SLECHT!!!

No tiene frigobar. No tiene gimnasio. Los Aires Acondicionados no estaban habilitados. El bar cierra a la noche y no se podía poner pedir ni una botella con agua. Los precios del restaurante son sumamente excesivos. En conclusión: no hay una relación precio - servicio

Positives: The rooms are very spacious and clean. The hotel is well located, about 10-15 min drive from Tilcara where you have dining options, and between Purmamarca and Humahuaca - perfect for visiting Jujuy. The hotel is located on the main road, so easy to access. You need a car to access it (and in general to travel around the province).

Negatives: The terrace of every room however is also facing the road. The breakfast is not great. They have many cakes, but otherwise the continental options are not great, e.g. they don’t have jam, only honey (upon request). They also don’t have any milk alternatives.

Llegamos, hacia mucho calor y no tenian ventiladores en el cuarto. La disposicion en recepcion fue frías sin disposición. El agua de cortesía había que reclamarla en recepción porque nunca anduvo el teléfono. Es increible que un hotel como este y con tales tarifas que no tengan frigobar. Lo único rescatable fue el restaurante y el personal de la limpieza. Un buen hotel con servicio mediocre.

Muy bueno, el descanso ideal en medio de la quebrada. La comida y desayuno excelentes, el personal fantástico muy amables y dispuestos
