Reception staff and Hotel are nice. Had a beautiful sea view. Bonfires night, the nightclub continued until midnight which kept my child awake.
Had an awkward moment with Emilie Ornqvist at breakfast where she refused to allow the Chef to make an omelette - we had one for the last 5 days. We even offered to pay for this but she refused - poor customer service from this individual and was quite rude. A good Hotel let down by an individual.

Great setting in front of the water, with easy access into and out of Tjörn. Great spa with sauna on the waterfront where you can go for a dip in the sea directly outside of the sauna.
Hotel seemed understaffed and relied on quite junior members of staff. Hard surfaces in our 2 rooms were dusty at check-in. Children are only allowed in the pool between 7:30 and 9 am (pretty much same time as breakfast) and even then, we were turned away when suddenly a water aerobic class was scheduled in the middle of this slot.

I thought i just needed a place to sleep for the night. It turns out what i REALLY needed was a night at the spa. Everything was incredibly quiet and comfortable. Angelina was behind the counter and made everything flow seamlessly. She really went the extra mile to ensure i had a wonderful visit. I truly cannot say enough about this place and the place i found here. I will make it a part of all future travel plans to the area because it was such a positive experience. THANK YOU to all that made my stay so incredible!!

A beautiful forest (Södra Stenungsön) and peaceful beach (Hawaii badplats) near by the hotel. Everything else (shopping, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, etc) is on the other side of the bridge, but still on reasonable walking distance.

Humans striving for perfection in Sweden!

Was part of a wedding party, however, we were never all together. Came and went as regular tourists. It was a stunning setting, breakfast was top rate!! Couldn’t get better! Very nice staff who were so eager to please. Worked hard at keeping place immaculate.

Bra boende överlag, sängar sådär, men personalen va super bra, och med lite extrakuddar och glatt humör så va det mycket bra, främst bemötandet och servicenivå, topp betyg, sen förstår jag att man vill ta samma pris på dricka som en innerestaurang i Stockholm, kanske inte äns nära den nivån ändå. Så bra personal men ordentligt överprisat.

Rummet var trevligt och sängen skön, men kudden väldigt liten och endast en per säng. Otroligt lyhört. Grannen ovan gick på toa och det lät som om de var i vårt rum. Prat hördes tydligt. Rummet var dåligt ventilerat det blev dålig luft och varmt under natten. Trist utsikt mot en tennisplan.

Rummet var okej, inget speciellt. Personalen trevlig och hjälpsam.
Hotellet är dock väldigt lyhört, man kunde höra allt som pratas i korridoren (och någon kändes möblera om sitt rum ovanför oss). Det finns ingen ljudisolering. Det vore bra att åtminstone sätta upp några skyltar när man kommer från baren att vissa försöker redan sova (kl 23).

Men vi var där på nyårsdagen, och tyckte det var lite väl fullbokat i spat, samt att frukosten den 2 januari var lite tråkig....
Kalla kokta ägg, kall lite torkad äggröra, jättetorra bacon och väldigt lite bröd att välja mellan...
Vi kom 8.30 och vanliga osten inte upplagd, så den fick jag fråga efter 😌
Vi har ätit frukost här tidigare och den har varit jättebra, så vi blev förvånade och lite besvikna på frukosten 😌
Trevlig personal höjde däremot upp betyget 👍

Frukostbuffé med det lilla extra

En frukostbuffé med det där lilla extra, som är värt hela hotellvistelsen. Hotellets placering nere vid havet, och spaanläggningen och maten gör detta till en mycket trevlig vistelse. Man ser dock att hotellets glansdagar med lyxig interiör börjar bli lite sliten på sina ställen.

Fint spahotell direkt vid vattnet

Mycket fint ställe med utsikt över havet. Skön och lugn spa-avdelning, god frukost och allmänt skön stämning. Hade varit ännu skönare om fönstren gick att öppna mer så man kommer närmare havet.

Bra läge men personalen var många men väldigt få som visste vad dom skulle göra. Undantag för Restaurangen Kookaburra där alla var riktigt bra! Maten var väldigt bra där.
Tyvärr kan man inte säga samma sak om Captains Table. Många i personalen men ingen intresserad att jobba utan alla ville hem och maten var riktigt tråkig och smaklös.

Tång hängde på glaset

Bodde nyligen på Stenungsbaden och tyvärr levde inte rummet upp till förväntningarna. Sängen var väldigt liten för två personer och det fanns inga nattduksbord, vilket gjorde det opraktiskt. Golvet var smutsigt och glasen var inte ordentligt rengjorda, hittade till och med tång som hängde på ett glas. Rummet kändes dessutom kalt och opersonligt, med tomma väggar utan någon form av dekoration. Hade förväntat mig bättre standard för priset. Det positiva var att det fanns en fläkt på rummet, vilket uppskattades i värmen.

Dårlig rom for prisen

4000kr for 2 netter. Veldig lite, dårlig og slitent rom helt bakerst i hotellet. Standarden var utrolig dårlig i forhold til andre hoteller i lignende prisklasse. Basert på tilbakemeldinger fra andre familiemedlemmer så er det 50/50 her på om du får et bra eller dårlig rom.

Frokosten er det eneste høydepunktet på dette hotellet etter min mening. Anbefaler heller å gå for AirBnB

Greit nok opphold

Kom til hotellet halv ni på kvelden og ønsket middag i restauranten. Det var fullt. Fikk enkel mat i baren. Frokosten var grei nok, men savnet mer frukt, dressinger, salater og mer utvalg av kaffe. Her var det bare vanlig kaffe. Uteområdet var nydelig. Sengen var god. Kran som lakk på badet. Helt greit opphold, men skulle hatt bedre tid til å benytte oss av SPA-fasilitetene.
