Not luxurious, but perfectly good for a one night business stay. Tucked away in a industrial/retail estate. Room was in a delegate block to the reception and breakfast room. Good continental breakfast offering. Would stay again.

The reception staff were very helpful. We had several ‘challenges’- the heater in the bathroom only stayed on for 1 minute, the hairdrier did not work, the room was very clean when we arrived but daily room service was poor- only made the bed and changed the towels. The cups were not changed and the floor was not cleaned (we stayed for 4 nights. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very poor value for €9.
We were happy with the location because we enjoy walking so walked into the town to eat- the walk around the lake would be lovely in the daylight!

We wanted a simple overnight staging-post for our return from France. This hotel fitted the bill perfectly. Easy to get to, good facilities, excellent staff and a quick get-away on Sunday morning.

I'm familiar with this place, so no surprises. I had specified ground floor room if possible (I'm old and infirm), but was given 1st floor room key on arrival. I asked for ground floor and the change was made - but it was annoying, when the booking form offers to meet preferences. Otherwise, all OK.

We stayed here mid point on a road trip west. The hotel is very basic. Two single beds with firm mattresses. One extra pillow. Pump soap dispenser for sink and shower. Two towels. Located in an industrial area. Quiet (except for a noisy guest at 4am). Friendly staff.

Our real disappointment was the restaurant - dinner was undercooked fish - breakfast was okay, but not the selection we expected for the price and after reading previous reviews.

Overall it was okay. Price was good. But think we'll try somewhere else for the trip home.

Ideal Hotel for Le Mans Moto GP

Six of us stayed here for French MotoGP at Le Mans for three nights. Located in a commercial area which meant it was quiet from early evening and through the night. The hotel staff were all very helpful and made us feel welcome. Rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable and there was a good shower in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast had a good selection and there was always plenty of everything to eat. Overall, great value for money compared to hotels in Le Mans and would have no hesitation in using again if we ever return for the racing.

Exactly what you'd expect from a Campanile

We chose to stay at this hotel because we knew we would not be spending much time there and didn't need any special facilities.
We arrived just as lunch was finishing but the man on reception (who turned out to be the chef too) was very helpful and made us a delicious salad even though the dining room was theoretically closed. We ate this outside in the sun, facing the plain garden area. The service was very attentive.
The lady on reception went out of her way to help us with taxis and travel arrangements to the wedding we were attending. The staff could not be faulted.
The room was clean, basic and exactly as I would expect from a Campanile.

Exactly what you'd expect to get from a Campanile

Most Campaniles are similar: clean, comfortable and cheap with good food - though the food isn't always that cheap. This one, like many, is on the edge of town in an industrial area. Fine for a one night stop when you arrive late and leave early.

Dispite taking a google map of the area this hotel was very difficult to find. It was also quite rundown outside, although the room was clean and comfortable. The service left a lot to be desired as the waitress really didn't want to be working and was not at all attentive.

Good overnight stay

This is a typical Campanille Hotel. Our welcome was very warm - the manager spoke excellent English. Because the hotel is on a Commercial Estate our room overlooked a builders yard which could have been a bit noisy if we had wanted to sleep late! We didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on the food but it is a fairly short walk into the town which is very pretty and offers plenty of restaurants. There is a also a lake very close to the hotel which is a lovely spot for an evening stroll. The free wifi at the hotel was a bonus

Il a été compliqué de joindre cet hôtel pour prévenir d'une avancée tardive... pas de reponse directe, il a fallu forcer avec 5 appels à la filée pour qu'enfin quelqu'un réponde.
La propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer : poussière, poils sur les draps, matelas taché, salle de bain propre à première vue mais de plus prés mal nettoyée, sol gras...
Malgré tout hôtel au calme.

Bref, je fais 90 nuits par an en hotel....il est le 90eme.

Bonjour, nous avons séjournée dans vôtre hôtel une nuit, nous avons été très déçue, la chambre n'était pas propre un grand miroir non nettoyée du calcaire partout sur la robinetterie de la salle de bain, la bouilloire dans un état pleine de calcaire alors qu'il faut un peu de vinaigre blanc pour que sa retrouve sa brillance, une seul serviette de bain dans la chambre alors que nous étions un couple,

Chambre réservée et payée depuis le 28/5.
A l’arrivée, nous n’aurons la clé que si nous donnons l’empreinte de notre CB.
Ambiance tendue, voire agressive. C’est la consigne. Si nous ne sommes pas contents…...
Raison invoquée : pallier aux dégradations et aux vols ; « Les clients emportent oreillers, serviettes et même la télé ».
…..Soit on nous prend pour des malfrats, soit cet établissement est très mal fréquenté.
Nous avions séjourné ici en 2016, c’était bien différent…
Campanile de 1ère génération, dans son jus. La chambre est froide, sent l’humidité, et impossible de faire fonctionner le radiateur ! La résistance de la bouilloire ne donne pas envie d’y chauffer de l’eau, il n’y a pas de support de pommeau de douche, la lampe ne fonctionne pas (ah mais si, l’ampoule bien poussiéreuse est dévissée!). Quant à la literie…. matelas peu confortable, couette bien légère glissée entre 2 draps.
Lors de nos déplacements, nous privilégions cette enseigne ; depuis janvier : Clermont Ferrand, Tours, Saintes, Chartres, Laon ; nous avons toujours été satisfaits de l’accueil comme des prestations. Mais ici, tout est à revoir.
Décemment, nous ne pourrions pas recommander cet hôtel.

Responsable très désagréable et odieuse.
Pour le restaurant vu la couleur et la consistance de la charcuterie mieux vaut éviter. Au milieu d'une \"\"sauce à l'echalotte\"\" on peut trouver un peu de viande au milieu des nerfs.

j'ai l'intention de porter plainte contre la gérante suite à l'accueil qui m'a été réservé ; j'ai dû quitter l'hôtel et écourter mon séjour, la gérante n'a pas accepté de me facturer uniquement la nuit passée à l'hôtel, j'ai donc payé y compris la nuit que je n'y ai pas passée, bien que j'aie eu avisé la gérante de mon départ dès 14h00.

Le non respect de l'engagement. Un séjour de deux semaines dans cet hôtel, je demande à la fin de la 1ère semaine de faire en sorte de me conserver la même chambre pour la semaine suivante: pas de problème, on fait le nécessaire. Lorsque j'arrive le lundi suivant, il m'est donné une chambre n°4 dessous l'escalier de service qui mène à l'étage, pas insonorisée, pas très propre, très bruyante car bruit des camions dès 5h,

Le chauffage fonctionne très mal, il fait froid (la gérante vous dira que c'est normal c’est L’hiver). Ne comptez pas non plus sur la télévision pour vous distraire car seule 4 chaînes sont disponible (et la gérant aura encore une réponse : normal nous sommes dans la Sarthe). Entre le manque de confort et l’incompetance De la gérante, je déconseille cet établissement.
