Lovely hotel with lovely design. The riverside view room which we stayed in was wonderful as we could see the river and the Imperial Citadel area. It's walking distance to the river and the shopping and eating areas as well. The whole see decoration and theme of the hotel was true to it's name. Buffet breakfast was included and we got to try many local dishes every morning. Thank you for a lovely stay.

What an amazing hotel. We were so happy to have booked 2 nights in the White Lotus Hue. We took an overnight train from Hanoi to Hue and were a bit tired when we arrived. They took our bags from us, said we could go and use the pool and our room would be ready at 2.
We used the pool facilities and had lunch at the restaurant. Our room as was promised was ready at 2 and they remembered us at reception.
The room was spacious, had a bath and shower, great air con and fast wifi that didn’t drop anywhere in the hotel.
We used the Skybar at happy hour and it had lovely views.
The hotel is close to the bridge and lots of nice restaurants, we went to Nina’s cafe, which I would also recommend.
I would definitely tell friends and family to book here if they go to Hue.

Very fussy when comes to hotels…White Lotus didn’t disappoint. Felt very luxurious, room well-equipped, not overly large but perfect for a city break. Everything super clean and organised, bed and pillow super comfy. Toothbrush, cotton pad and buds, comb, shower cap all supplied. First hotel to see conditioner as well as shower gel and shampoo. Water pressure could do with a bit of a ramp up and shower head holder was a little loose but just a couple of bits of feedback for management to look into. I have long hair and didn’t make things too difficult or detract from overall stay.

We upgraded to a room with a view of the river which was nice. Room was comfortable and a good size. The shower lacked pressure and at times hot water which is really disappointing. Buffet breakfast was average. There was foam beads in the pool which thet tried to clean when I mentioned it to the staff.

A smart hotel in a convenient position
The hotel was well situated near to the Citadel, the river and the town itself. The room was excellent (just like in the photo) with daily cleaning. The front of house receptionists were polite, welcoming and very helpful.
Sadly the majority of the restaurant staff were lacking these skills and need to be aware that most of the clients were tourists who are there to enjoy themselves! It was if they really didn't want to be there

The staff upgraded our room to a penthouse suite which was such a lovely surprise after a long day of travel. The room was spacious and had great views of the perfume river. Short and easy walk to the heart of the action with great recommendations for dining from the front house staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again if we are back in Hue.
