Staff were so helpful if you wanted to arrange transport anywhere
The hotel ,jacks bar and sand bar are all under one management so you can add your food and drinks in any of these straight on your room bill
I would say this hotel is quiet with older guests and if you have mobility issues then request a lower ground floor room as some rooms have lots of steps to them.
Food in Bagatelle and Blue Tropic Italian were varied and we didn’t have a bad meal in either.
Free shuttle /taxi is only 5 mins to calm shallow waters where jacks bar is

I would come back in a flash! This is a beautiful hotel, well appointed and cared for, on a nice beach, with staff that is caring and responsive. I particularly appreciated the service from Zuweena at the front desk and Lindel at the bar. This is a great location on a quiet and beautiful island. It is everything you would expect from a luxury resort.

Highly recommend Bequia Beach Hotel

An incredibly beautiful setting, especially dining looking out over Friendship Bay to Mustique. The service was exemplary. For example, the hotel arranged a taxi to take us the unmarked trailhead to hike to the summit of Mount Peggy. The food in the two restaurants was excellent, so we opted to have all our meals at the hotel. Friends in our group had massages at the spa and said they were amazing. Really a wonderful place. One caution: if stairs are challenging for you, note that when booking a room. Due to the topography, many rooms require climbing several flights of stairs up the hillside.

Beautiful property, beautiful gardens and beach, stunning scenery. A salt water pool and a freshwater pool, beach chairs and pristine beach. Great location for swimming in the sea as well. Delicious breakfast at the Bagatelle restaurant and great bar/lounge area! Every person working at the resort are friendly, welcoming, helpful and really just lovely. Management is amazing! Reception was outstanding as well - always a smile and so helpful. Our room was very well appointed and so comfortable and clean. Super comfy beds! Beautiful patio and comfy furniture! Overall I cannot say enough great things about our experience here!

The property is located on the beach and has two pools, parking is available. There is a gym along with a spa ask for Suementa.

The property is on a slope and climbing stairs may be necessary.

It is close to town but not walking distance to other restaurants or stores.

Dane at front desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Maurice at the bar was also knowledgeable and professional and Kevin made sure we had seats and towels at the pool.

Another noteworthy mention is that there was no television in our family suit so bring along some books or an iPad/ laptop if you have younger ones with you.

We had a wonderful 6 night stay in March. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient (especially Rima, Abdul, Tatiana and Kareem), the food was delicious, our cottage (Tobago Keys #807) was very comfortable and the beach lovely. Live music (until 10:30pm) was entertaining. The free shuttle to Port Elizabeth was convenient. Only the optional excursions need to be improved (the only grumpy islander we met all week was the guide for our island tour. He also overcharged us $11. The Mustique boat excursion was enjoyable but needs to be organized better.) Overall rating: A.

We have just had the most fantastic week at this beautiful hotel. The rooms, grounds,beach,food,service and staff are exceptional and we will definitely be returning to this lovely island and this hotel. We stayed on the all inclusive package which we would recomnend as included food and drink at jacks bar on the best beach on the island - absolute paradise!

From the minute we made reservations to the minute we left this property took care of every detail. They emailed us and made sure we had taxi service every where we needed it even if it wasn't on Bequia, they made sure we had everything in the room we needed, that our meals and stay was to the best of our liking. They went above and beyond our expectations. We never go back to a place we've visited before just because we love to experience new places but we will most likely go back to this location. Wonderful time at Bequia Beach Hotel

Bequia Beach Hotel is a wonderful place to stay. The staff there go above and beyond to make sure that their guests have a great time. A few times our kids did not like the food and they brought replacement meals for them at no charge. Thank you BBH for an awesome family vacation.

Some small negatives. Due to the location of the hotel, there are no alternative options for dinner. You would have to take a taxi to the other side of the island (5 minutes drive) for $10USD and the same to come back. Lunch is fine because you get a complimentary shuttle to Princess Margaret Beach and can walk to Port Elizabeth for lunch or eat at Jack's bar.

The staff at this hotel truly defines exceptional service to its guests! I’m a frequent traveler and I have never experienced such outstanding customer service by any hotel before!

I made my reservation through Expedia and within one day, I received a personal email from the reservations department of the hotel (Leisa) to find out if there’s anything the hotel could have done to prepare for our visit. All my requests were met such as ground transportation in St. Vincent and Bequia, as well as an early check in upon arrival at the hotel (9am). May I add that upon arrival at the hotel, EVERYONE at the reception area, came outside to warmly greet us off the taxi with an already prepared beverage of our choice that our taxi driver found out from us upon picking us up at the port! Check in went smoothly as well!

Upon checking in, we were escorted to our beautiful beachfront suite by the friendly staff who showed us everything we needed to know about our room and did not leave until all our questions and concerns were addressed.

Though one of the restaurants on the resort was closed during our stay, we were quite satisfied with the food at Bagatelle Restaurant. I must admit we were bit concerned that the menu at Bagatelle looked very limited, especially since we had opted for an all inclusive package. However, we were informed that we were still able to request whatever we wanted to eat in advance and the chef would have made it. For instance, we requested seafood pasta one nigh

The property grounds and hotel room were kept very clean and comfortable.
When we first entered the room, we were introduced to bug spray for the room and for us to carry when leaving the room.
There was definately a problem with mosquitos. I did have an issue with that. That would be a deterrent for me to make a return trip.

You won't believe the staff and high level of service at Bequia Beach Hotel, everyone was eager to help and very kind. Not just the servers, but the housekeepers, groundskeeper and pool staff went out of their way to talk to us about the area. The property is beautiful, full of exotic plants and the grounds are immaculate. The rooms are spacious and extremely well appointed, all amenities are top notch. The beach is white sand and good for swimming, and walking, with a nice lapping motion rather than the calmer leeward side of the island. The pool(s) are clean and the lower pool is quite large. I would definitely recommend to a friend and would love to go back again.

Amaaaazing!

Bequia Beach Hotel is the ONLY place to stay in Bequia. This luxury boutique hotel is BEAUTIFUL and the staff is incredible rolling out red carpet service. The location on Friendship Bay is a perfect place to relax and the best beach is pristine. Definitely check out Port Elizabeth and the nearby beaches.

One of the best, if not the best hotels on Bequia

We had an ocean front room that was litterlarry 10 steps from the beach and a beautiful sandy bay. Great for walking and swimming. The hotel grounds are nice, the staff are very friendly, some of the restaurant staff aren't the quickest, but that's just the Caribbean and the front office and check-in folks are great. There's lots to do if you like the water, sailing, sunset cruise,hiking and loads of restaurants, but they vary quite a bit so do your homework first. The sister property is Jack's Bar on the other side of the island is also a great beach to hang out during the day or to go for dinner.

We'd definitely go again and stay at the same place.

Excellent hotel - challenges with logistics

My wofe and I loved our stay here. Overall top notch in all awspcects.

One big challenge - we purchased a package with Expedia (flight to/from Toronto, Canada and hotel). Timing on the inbound flight in the package at St. Vincent did not allow us to get to Bequia the first day (flight arrived at 6:50pm, last ferry to Bequia was at 6pm). There was no plan about this...we identified it luckily through just trip diligence, and then starting enquiring. Big problem! Bequia Beach Hotel said \"This is a problem we have heard about and we have asked Expedia to solve\"...but it hasn't been solved, and it has been ongoing for a long time (it seems).

It needs to be solved.

In the end, they put us up in a sister hotel on St. Vincent, and it meant not 7 days at Bequia...and much longer logistics. Great place, hotel (once pushed) no doubt stepped up, and absolutely loved Bequia. I just don't want to see someone else in the same circumstance.
