This is usually a 5/5 hotel. The reason for lower rating was the unclean bathroom. Since I was just spending a night there I didn’t make a fuss about it.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. However, some rooms on the second floor (222, 223, and 224) had gaps in the window panes, which made it difficult to maintain a comfortable room temperature. Outside dust and cold air entered through these gaps, making the stay less comfortable.

The room felt quite cold, and the hotel does not have a policy of providing heaters to guests. They did, however, provide an extra blanket upon request, which was appreciated.

There was renovation happening on the floor just above us and it annoyingly noisy due to drilling and hammering. We were not informed of this at the time of booking or check in. After multiple requests the hotel paused the drilling, just to resume within 20 minutes.

When we arrived infront of hotel one of customer was arguing to receptionist. Waiting for 2 hrs(at 4.00pm) hotel check in time is 2.00 pm

The rooms and beds are below par since it claims to be a 4 star hotel. The service is slow but ok. It’s clean and neat and decent for a night stay. I would look for other options next time.

Paid around Rs.16000 for family room that had old old flooring and bed mattress has not been replaced probably since the hotel opened. Very unimpressed with the property condition for the price they charge. Will not return here.

It’s a resort styled property so different and may not be to everyone’s liking. Spiritual vibes in hotel due to temples inside. You have to walk a lot of get to elevators and front desk.

Lack of cleanliness of rooms - dirty bathrooms, unclean toilet, no bath towels, leaky AC - water dripped from it when you turn off AC, flush got stuck and didn’t work, took multiple calls and complaints to fix it.

Room was unclean on check in and had to ask folks to clean it. Front desk folks are polite and helpful but lack proper training to handle issues.

Food quality is mediocre and taste should be improved. I will not stay here ever!

The property is nice in terms of location, room sizes and especially the beautiful meditation centres and temples inside the property. Very peaceful and very near to the main Sai temple.
However the cleanliness of the place has really gone down over the years. The lobby smelled of urine and driver had no clean facility to rest. The restaurant service was good but the food made me sick for a few days. It was probably the contaminated salad, which i don't think was fresh.

Close to the temple

Although the Hotel was in close proximity to the temple and had shuttle service, the cons outweigh the pros.
Upon arrival I was notified that there was additional charges for an extra person, but they provided the same double bed room with a make-do bed added (instead they could have provided a 3 person room). The room was not cleaned thoroughly especially the bathroom, and the shower was leaking.
Not the 3.5 star hotel that they advertise as.

Extremely disappointed and the hotel has been drafted to the worst. Right from the room services, to rooms, to food to anything. I won’t recommend anyone going to this hotel and won’t even rate them to 2 star category. We need to cut short our stay and cancel booking to move to Sun N Sand. As rooms were full of spiders, dirty beddings, dirty towels. Inspite of telling staff so many time and including manager, no one was bothered to care. We came 8 tears back when the hotel was new and it was jewel and now it has become a one of the worst hotel. I would recommend taking any basic hotel over St. Laurn.

I was very disappointed with their services. I had to constantly repeat myself in order to get things done (extra bed, towels etc.). Food (lunch) at resort restaurant was horrible, they had to replace one of the curry dishes since it was smelling really bad.

They should update on their website or booking website about this very clearly…guest will get to know after coming there…i could hv checked for other option…

also no proper guidance for Saibaba Temple Darshan i.e.what is allowed not allowed, Darshan booking etc…

Great resort. Was very happy with the amenities.
Service could improve. We had to call many times to get food ordered and a bellboy to our room.
In addition we were asked to pay for a 1 missing room key.

Basin water stinks. The food served was cold and had to be reheated. Hakka noodle served 2nd time was significantly less in quantity. All these thankfully was acknowledged by the staff and tried to pacify.

Great hotel Greater experience !

We loved our stay at St. Laurn. The ambiance was great. With numerous temples within the premises, it brought out the sanctity of Shirdi. Food options were enormous. Hotel has swimming pool, children's playground and game room with billiards tables and ping pong tables.They have on-demand shuttle to the temple any time of day or night.
We are not staying anywhere else now that we have discovered this place! place. I would highly recommend this

Rude staff but rest is okay

We booked super deluxe AC twin room for 6 people. We arrived quite late around 12.30AM. After entering the room, we noticed that AC was not working and no extra beds provided. After no of calls to reception, and waiting for 2 hours, two staff members came to fix it. It was 2.30AM and my elderly parents were sleeping.
The staff members were loud and unprofessional. They called someone to get the AC fixed. They put phones on loudspeaker, it was disturbing all sleeping family members. They didn't manage to fix the AC but left saying someone will come. It was 3.00AM. The staff members were rude and unapologetic. The AC never got fixed.

Apart from that rest experience was good. Food was good. The hotel will drop you close to sai temple(5 mins drive)

Good hotel! Need more service orientation

The hotel provided a standard double occupancy room for a booking for 3 adults. There was no provision for an extra bed in the room. We had to raise it with the front desk after which they changed us to a triple occupancy room.

We went there with another family which had a senior citizen and the hotel failed to provide a wheel chair. It was only after insisting that they provided one.

Hotel was otherwise big, spacious, neat and had beautiful, serene temples inside. One could meditate at peace there.
