Der Lift war während unseres gesamten Aufenhalts kaputt genau wie die Hotel Tür, so daß jeder in das Hotel gehen konnte( ab 23uhr ist kein Personal da) Die Badtür hängt so schief in den Schanieren,dass man die Tür nur sehr schlecht schließen konnte...

Gutes Hotel mit zu hohen Parkkosten

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
Negativ:
Zu hohe Kosten ( 10 € ) fürs Parken !!
Ein kleines Bier ( 0,33 l ) an der Rezeption
für 5 € ! Drei Euro hätten auch gereicht.
Am Fernseher waren die Batterien alle, der Fernseher ließ sich nicht schalten !

Die Zimmer sind wirklich klein, aber nur zum Schlafen gut. Aber, und das Wetter war nicht sehr heiß, drinnen war es sehr heiß, schlecht zum Schlafen, keine Klimaanlage. Parkgebühr. Ich zahle nicht gerne fürs Parken, warum ist der Zimmerpreis nicht 10 Euro höher?
Ansonsten ist das Hotel ruhig, das Frühstück war gut, es gibt eine Garage für Fahrräder, nettes Personal.

Alles super! Personal sehr nett, Checkout Sonntags & Feiertags sogar bis 14 Uhr! Gratis Minibar mit einigen Getränken.

Lediglich die Badtür klemmte etwas und ging daher schwer zu. Das könnte man mal reparieren. Ansonsten wirklich top und sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, wenn man in Hoyerswerda unterkommen muss.

Meget fint ophold. Rent værelse, frisk sengetøj, præcis som man forventer. Og gratis minibar med lidt blandet sodavand, meget fint!
Dog var det betalings parkering til €10, hvilket jeg synes er meget højt når nu det ikke ligefrem er i centrum af nogen by.

駐車場があるとうたっていましたが10台ぐらいしか停められずすぐにいっぱいになってしまいました。その為歩いて10分ぐらいのところにある民間駐車場に車を停めました。これは仕方のないことですがそれならそうと予約ぺージに近くの民間駐車場に停める可能性があることを示唆してほしいです。

Im Zimmer löste sich die Tapete von der Wand an der Wand am Waschbecken war make up verteilt und die Tür vom Badezimmer ging nicht zu schließen.
Ansonsten ist es schon okay.

Wir waren für 1 Nacht im Hotel. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und der Checkin zügig. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums. Mit den Rädern war das jedoch kein Problem. Das Hotel bietet auch eine kleine Fahrradgarage an, welche nachts verschlossen ist. Leider ist diese nicht allzu groß, so dass es hier eng wird. Für 1-2 Nächte ist es hier absolut OK.

Das Personal war super freundlich und stets hilfsbereit.

Ein klein bisschen \"Liebe\", Zeit und Personal für die Außenanlage und alles wäre super.

Frühstück super alles da und ausreichend. Auf der Toilette waren sogar Ohrenstäbchen, Haarspray, Slipeinlagen, Tampons und Windeln für Babys und dass habe ich in noch keinem Hotel gesehen.

Sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück.
Sehr freundliches Personal.
Im Zimmer war es doch sehr eng. Türe auf und man steht vor einem Schrank. Der Weg um das Bett war sehr knapp bemessen.
Insgesamt soweit okay und da es keine typische Urlaubsgegend ist, ist es für 2-3 Tage auch zu empfehlen.

Es fehlten Hacken im Bad, Licht für Decke hätte in der Mitte sein können,da Nachtschränkchen klein ( zwar ausreichend) war.
Parkplatz pro Nacht 10€ ,was sehr viel ist.
Service freundlich.
Lüftung im Bad ging nicht und auch war der Seifenspender im Bad kaputt.
Der Stuhl war unnütz,da das Zimmer sehr klein ist.
Ansonsten alles gut.

1 dyne til et dobbelt værelse.
Bestille 2 værelser som lå lang fra hinanden.
Ved morgenmad , var flere ting ikke fyldt op. Der var myrer i morgenmad buffe.
Hotellet lignede et bordel.

Für den super Preis waren wir rundum zufrieden. Unser Hund durfte auch problemlos mit. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die wirklich zu hohe Parkgebühr von 10€, die wir uns wahrscheinlich auch hätten schenken können, da nicht mal nach unserem Kennzeichen gefragt wurde. Für Hotelgäste könnte man die Gebühr etwas niedriger ansetzen.

Wenn ein Gast Bescheid gibt ,dass er um Mitternacht anreist muss man nicht bis 22 Uhr warten um Ihn den Cod mitzuteilen. Es wäre schön diesen Cod schon am Nachmittag mitzuteilen.

Leider waren wir dieses Mal total enttäuscht. Wir waren vor 4 Monaten schon einmal dort gewesen und uns hat es gefallen. Leider mussten wir dieses Mal Parkplatzgebühren zahlen, obwohl der Parkplatz total überfüllt war, sodass abends kein Parkplatz mehr frei war. Beim einchecken war das Zimmer nicht richtig sauber. Spiegel und Boden sowieso Dusche beschmutzt. Wir waren 2 Nächte dort und unser Zimmer wurde zwischenzeitlich nicht gereinigt, nicht einmal das Bett wurde gemacht oder Mülleimer geleert..
Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und werden nächstes mal uns für ein anderes Hotel entscheiden.

5 Nächte gebucht und im Vorraus über das Portal bezahlt. Nach 3 Nächten völlig fertig nach Hause gefahren. Mit sehr wenig Schlaf vielleicht je 3 Stunden pro Nacht ausgekommen. Hitze von 30 Grad Nachts im Zimmer, lauter Straßenverkehr draußen, der Duscheinstieg 45 cm hoch war für uns ältere Menschen nicht zu bewältigen also Duschen nicht möglich, am Waschbecken so wenig Platz das man die Waschtasche nichtabstellen konnte. Das Boxspringbett viel zu weich, so das man versinkt und ganz krumm liegt. Zimmerservice gab es nur auf Verlangen. Insgesamt nicht zu empfehlen.

So macht Hotel kein Spaß

Die Zimmer waren viel zu klein. Keine Klimaanlage und dadurch wurde die Nacht viel zu lang.

Es ist ein Hotel, welches primär von Monteuren genutzt wird. Die Zimmer sind funktional eingerichtet. Bei warmen Temperaturen kann es sehr unangenehm im Zimmer werden.

Zimmer war viel zu klein für das viele Mobiliar. (wenn überhaupt 40 cm Platz um das viel zu große Doppelbett)
Bei heißen Temperaturen nicht auszuhalten im Zimmer, da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist.
Der Sauberkeit im Eingangsbereich des Hotels sollte man mehr Aufmerksamkeit schenken. Es ist schließlich der erste Eindruck bei der Ankunft, Regelmäßiges Leeren von Aschenbechern und Mülleimern und das geraderücken von Tisch und Stühlen würde einladender wirken.

Gereinigt wurde das Zimmer während des Aufenthaltes von 3 Tagen zwischendurch nicht. Auch die Fenster würden sich über einen nasses Putztuch mal \"freuen\" (hatten 4 Nächte gebucht, sind nach 3 wieder abgereist). Für den Preis erwarten wir einfach mehr.

Das Frühstück war das beste von allem.
