Beautiful place! Nice, warm clean and cosy. Beautifully decorated for the festive season. Big clean room with very comfortable bed.

I checked in quite late and my key was on reception waiting for me (as it is unmanned at night). Long story short, but my electronic key would not work in room50. It was the first time that this room was to be used since having a new style lock fitted. I called the out of hours telephone number several times and nobody answered. I ended up sleeping in my van in the car park.
After explaining this to the receptionist in the morning, who was incredibly apologetic, they offered me a free breakfast and full refund.
And since contacting hotels.com for the refund I am told that neither the hotel nor hotels.com will refund as it is outside of the refund policy.
So, nobody answers the ‘out-of-hours’ phone at night, key not working, accepting the issue and now trying to get out if it. Very disappointed with this hotel and hotels.com for not refunding this booking.

Fantastic Hotel. Conveniently situated just off the Motorway between Hamburg and Munster..an idyllic location. Family run and the Receptionist was so helpful. I ate in the Restaurant..and wonderful food was eaten..fine dining in my opinion. Fabulous room in one of the buildings set in the grounds. A lake and forest all part of the complex.I wish i was staying longer.Highly recommended.

Superb hotel in all possible ways!

This is a hotel where staff do not know what good they can do for you, the atmosphere is so relaxing, the restaurant brilliant and, what a breakfast! And they are very dog friendly! We will certainly return and I would recommend this hotel to anyone considering where to stay in this area!

Very nice hotel family owned. Excellent room in Landhaus with comfortable bed, tea making facilities and well equipped bathroom. Up to date decor and pleasant ambiance throughout. We had a lovely meal in the evening and there was a great choice for breakfast. A very good one night stay.

Har overnattet på dette stefet en rekke ganger, men denne gangen var jeg ikke like fornøyd med rommet, det var dårlig luft og noe ekkel luft fra badet desverre.
Ellers hadde vi en fin kveld i restauranten med god mat og drikke.
Kommer helt sikkert tilbake igjen.

Ett underbart hotel strax söder om Bremen. Det ligger på landet omgärdat av skog. En sagoplats. Rummet var rymligt med en stor säng, fluffiga duntäcken, stor perfekt kudde, vackert möblerat, stor altan med utemöbler, te/kaffe kokare, stort fräscht badrum, mörkt och tyst.
Restaurang/frukostrum med uteservering. God mat, generös frukost. Promenadmöjligheter. Hundvänligt.

Wir haben in der 2. Etage im Nebengebäude übernachtet. Es gibt keinen Aufzug. Zwischen Frühstück und Abendessen gibt es keine Essen Möglichkeiten, sogar kein Snacks. Das Restaurant war leer und wir wollten etwas trinken draußen. Aber die Kellerin hat uns gesagt, dass die alle Tische ab 19 Uhr reserviert sind. Die hat uns vor der Hoteltür schclechte Tisch gezeigt. Sonst war okay. Das Bett und die Kissen waren sehr bequem und sauber. Die Zimmergröße ist gut.

Sehr schön, mit Sonntags-Einschränkungen

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage unweit der Widukind-Stadt Wildeshausen und den germanischen Großgräbern.

Sehr nett gestaltetes Haupthaus mit Restaurant, welches aber leider am Sonntag Ruhetag hat, sodass wir lediglich am Folgetag das gute Frühstück dort einnehmen konnten.
Am Sonntag war leider auch das gesamte Personal ab 16 Uhr nicht mehr vor Ort, also ein Getränk nach dem Abendessen in Wildeshausen in der Kaminbar des Hotels fiel damit aus.
