My daughter and I loved this hotel! We will definitely try to rebook here again if we can. The room was accomodated to what we needed so it was perfect and if there was something missing you just had to ask. They had a wide range for breakfast and catered to your Mediterranean close to you english breakfast (not quite there) but a lovely try. The swimming pool was also lovely which had a great seating area. We also loved that there was a supermarket right next to us, which you can even access through the hotel. The location was great for where we needed to stay, but everything is definitely accessible whether you take a cab or walk.

We stayed at Alpha Suites and was given a room at Tower 2. We liked our room with all the amenities provided and it was clean. Masters bedroom view was awesome with wall to ceiling glass window. Staff are amazing and very responsive to our needs. Rey from housekeeping made sure our requests are attended like trash pick up, complementary bottled water replacements, towel replacements, etc. Breakfast buffet selections are great! We enjoyed it so much. Staff are very attentive, particularly Mary Magdalene who checked and provided our breakfast dining needs during our stay. Her work ethics is highly commendable.
Cons of our stay, hand towels are not provided. Need to be requested and provision depends on its availability. Also, upon arrival, his and hers bathroom sinks are clogged. It was fixed then when we reported it. I have to report too and showed a picture of the damaged breakfast table and cupboard. I hope that the hotel will ensure that rooms will be ready prior to guests arrival.
Overall stay is 4 out of 5 rating.

Returned back to Alpha Suites from June 10-June 13 prior to flying back in the USA. Check in process was smooth but this time was given a 2 bedroom suite in Tower 1. Unlike our stay from May 24-June 1 where we are given a room in Tower 2. I asked the concierge staff who helped us during the check in process as to what is the difference between the rooms in Tower 1 and Tower 2. She mentioned that the 2 bedroom suites are limited in Tower 2, so this time she will give us a room in Tower 1. She did not elaborate much and told me there is a difference in the rooms and it is for me to see it. To my surprise me when we entered the room in 35th floor of Tower 1, living room area was smaller, masters bedroom does not have a wall to ceiling glass window. There was a kitchen but no pots, pans, limited kitchen utensils available compared to Tower 2. Hardwood floors kind of dusty/dirty. Floor carpets need cleaning too. Hot water in the second room was very weak/not sufficient.
As always, staff are responsive to needs/requests.
Breakfast options are great, except for not seeing a single Filipino “Kakanin”. May need to provide hand sanitizer for guests hygiene prior to touching plates, bowls, pot covers when getting food, to prevent spread of infection, food contamination. Again, appreciated the great breakfast dining experience provided to us by Mary Magdalene.
Overall stay 3 out of 5 rating.

My children truly enjoyed our staycation at Alpha Suites. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, ensuring plenty of options for everyone. The room we booked was exceptionally spacious and provided great convenience. The rooftop pool was a highlight—large, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to promote safety for younger guests. I will definitely recommend and book again at Alpha Suites.

I made 3 different bookings with The Alpha Suites within the 17 days of our vacation to the Philippines. The 1st booking was for 3 nights which was good overall. The 2nd booking was for an overnight stay. We washed our clothes but couldn't dry because the dryer was not working. Had to wait a few hours to get the dryer replaced so it ruined our plan for that day. Also, the bathroom vent was very loud. The 3rd/final booking was for 3 nights. It was a disaster. We found so many tiny bugs on our bed. Thought it was just the bedding but even after the bedding was changed, the bugs kept re-appearing. We had to move to another apartment that night. My kids were already asleep. They were not happy to wake up, get up to pack and move to another apartment but we had to do it.

The 2 bedroom apartment was good. We loved the space, the views and the location. The staff were very kind and helpful. Although the manager at the end of our stay gave us a free ride to the airport and knocked off bills to compensate for the inconvenience about the bugs situation but the inconvenience we experienced during our 2nd and 3rd booking has ruined part of our vacation. You'd think, we will be given an apartment better than the 1st, then 2nd, then the 3rd stay as we have shown loyalty to the hotel. It was disappointing that our apartment started to be good, to bad, to worse.

The management could use a thorough inspection of the apartment before they put guests in so any inconvenience could be avoided.

Stayed a week in multiple 2 bedrooms. I would give it 3.8 stars.
PROS:
The rooms are big enough for a family and occasional family guests.
The kitchen and living room is awesome. Washer and dryer is a great plus. Love the ref and washer/dryer.
The gym is nice and well equipped. We actually booked this hotel for the amenities like basketball and boxing area. Be aware, there is extra charge for using the basketball area, the pool table, the movie room, and the boxing area is always not open. But having the other things available is great like swimming pool, having grocery store (Marketplace at the basement of the building) and restaurants close by. There is also a 7-11 store just outside the bldg.
Breakfast, they try to change the menu everyday. It was great, taste is always on the sweeter side but overall, great choices. The attendants are always respectful and accomodating in all areas of the hotel. They pull up the scores in this review.
CONS:
The place is getting dated. If the floorings are changed, would make a whole lot of difference.
Rm 32C had some mold in the sink, washer leaked. Rm 38C had a couple of roaches. They offered to spray the room but then the aircon dripped and soaked the carpet in 1 bedroom. Rm 31C 2nd bathroom door should open outwards and not in. No one can enter or go out of that shower. I challenge management to try.
Overall great stay. Would have been perfect if not for some minor issues. Will stay again.

The staff were very good. The room we had was an apartment with 2 bedrooms. Toilet didn't flush properly then leaked. Not enough bath towels and no hand towels. Had to request the extra towels. Had to hair dryer which was supplied.

Lights in living room would not turn off. The remote light switch batteries were probably flat.

General maintenance of the room was low and the room was a little tired. Floor carpets were not clean as our bare feet got dirty while inside.

Insufficient cups and terrible mixed coffee. The coffee is a bit of a standard Philippines coffee cream sugar mixture but this is not suitable for all guests. There was free water which was good. No tea option.

Towels were old and stained.

Washing machine and dryer worked well.

Asked for an extra pillow and told they were fully booked and no spare pillows existed.

I had a wonderful stay at The Alpha Suites in Makati, and overall, it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making it feel more like a serviced apartment than a typical hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and having a kitchen area was a big plus, especially for longer stays.

The hotel’s amenities are impressive. The gym, swimming pool, and recreational facilities are some of the best I’ve seen—perfect for both relaxation and staying active. Everything was well organized and not overly crowded, which made the experience even better.

The staff were polite, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests were handled promptly. Security was also excellent, which made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay.

Location-wise, it’s very convenient, with easy access to Makati’s business district, restaurants, and nearby malls. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel itself felt quiet and peaceful.

Overall, The Alpha Suites is an excellent choice for couples, families, business travelers, or anyone looking for comfort and quality in Makati. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

A lady named Jun I think made me coffee the way I like it in the morning without me asking her. + Looks deserted at street level, but a very nice mall 150 yds West. I was there for a month. Whatever wasn't working was fixed very quickly. Loved the international market in the basement floor. My gripes are minor. The pool was large and very clean, but no jacuzzi. $10 to use the fitness room didn't sit well, its hard enough to get motivated, lol. No bowls in the kitchen? It was a very comfortable and relaxing place.

Rooms were tidy and bright, though the room notes may need a redesign; the placard where the room service menu and appliance instructions QR code was easily missed, and some of the appliance are in need of maintenance. Pyang and Maria from the breakfast team were a delight to see, and the pasta from Toscana was tasty. Wine list could use more by-the-glass options. Front desk is prompt, pragmatic and efficient, but needs more of the Filipino Warmth and Hospitality that we are known for worldwide. Hallways from the lifts to the room were consistently warm

Pros: you can invite friends and family in your room until 10pm. I had a great time with family. There’s gym, pool, restaurants, grocery, parking, mall, spa, etc. in the same building. Lots of resto outside by walking distance. Staff are so nice. Hotel lobby is beautiful and calming. The breakfast buffet is quality and delicious. The hotel and suites are luxurious. Way better in person compare to in person. My family were amazed and I was surprised cos it was beyond what I expected with the pictures. There washing machine and dryer for clothes in the unit which sets it apart from other hotels. That’s why I chose theirs.

Cons: you have to ask for housekeeping everyday, it’s not automatic. They should offer options for dinner and supper because I would rather eat in their buffet than the restaurants outside. Their buffet has international dishes and items. It’s way better than food outside. Please make it an option to serve 3x buffet per day!! Delicious and worth the price!

We were 4 in 2 beds app. There was kitchen, living room, 3 bathrooms and each room had a bathroom.

I had always wanted to try Alpha Suites, as the spacious rooms looked appealing. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The place felt more like a worn-out modern apartment than a welcoming hotel. The bed was uncomfortably hard, the pillows were stiff, and the water never got truly hot just lukewarm. There was also an unpleasant odor in the corridor. It lacked the warmth and comfort expected from a high-end stay. Sadly, I won’t be returning

Overall the staff is very friendly. The rooms are very large. However a few things that we noticed was the cleaning of the rooms was very surface level. They never mopped or vacuumed. It was a quick clean. For pest control this needs to be done more frequently. The food in the breakfast for long term guests feels repetitive and recycled. The same food was showing up every day. Last issue was we needed to exchange 1000 pesos into smaller bills and they weren’t very helpful until we asked another staff member who did it. Overall the staff is very nice, the apartments are big.

We stayed at this property twice over our 17 day trip. At the time of booking I didn’t realise I had booked different room types. The 2 bedroom deluxe room we booked with Expedia was a much more luxurious feel than the standard 2 bedroom room that we booked directly through the hotel. So I’d recommend and stay in the 2 bedroom deluxe again. The overall $200 price difference is definitely worth it.
The property has decent restaurants around it but still took a Grab to get to Glorietta etc. we never dined in the hotels multiple restaurant offerings as found pricing a lil high.

Wow! Because I’m an Expedia Gold Member, we got upgraded to a deluxe suite, and it was fabulous! Our bedroom had floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides and the view was amazing. We had a circular shower, and we slept with the blinds open. The city lights at night made us feel so peaceful. This 2 bedroom suite was the best accommodation we’ve ever had in Manila, and the breakfast every morning was extensive and yummy.

Had a good experience. It was our first time in Alpha suites and will definitely stay again probably on a less busy time. We love the view and the Aircon was really cold which we like. Amenities was superb. Only thing we didn’t like was the beds it was hard not what we expect from a suite. We all had back aches the morning after. But over all we are satisfied.

Like: Top of the line amenities…Full size oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, AND Washer & Dryer. Large shower and lots of storage for clothing including walk-in closet. Also, liked the pool/pool-side dining AND the fact that you have multiple restaurants INSIDE the hotel. Don’t feel like going outside? Simply walk down to either Asian, Mexican, Italian, or American style dining inside!

Dislikes: As gorgeous as this property is…it is also HUGE!!! Three total towers…I’m guessing that’s why it’s difficult to keep the rooms clean. I immediately noticed the stains on the white barstools when I walked in the kitchen. When showering for the first time, I couldn’t close the shower door completely (had to call front desk)…the “waterfall shower head” didn’t work but I didn’t complain because it wastes too much water anyways. Also, I’m guessing it’s so hard to get clean towels & linen because staff figures the rooms have washers & dryers…wash your own towels?
Lastly, who ever designed these beautiful rooms put “frosted” glass in the walls. To some no big deal, but I didn’t like that my guest could see my naked silhouette or every move I made including in the bathroom! And of course these designs are not very sound proof.
Overall I would still stay again and recommend staying at the Alpha suites. Compared to other properties in Makati, you won’t find much better.

Kitchen floor was sticky, we were on 30th floor, no wifi in room. Otherwise was very nice. At check out, give yourself extra time. They have to check your room before you can actually check out. Took about 10 minutes

We have been traveling for 3 months, sharing spaces and is closer quarters. Until we got here, this was such a beautiful break for us. We had a three bedroom family unit and it was exactly what we needed. Beautiful, spacious, clean and an incredible view. The service was excellent, and the concierge desk team was lovely.

Our stay at The Alpha Suites was fantastic and ideal for families with young kids. The apartment-style accommodations were perfect, complete with a laundry unit and a fridge, making our stay incredibly convenient. The Wi-Fi was reliable, which kept us connected throughout our visit.

The on-site gym and diverse restaurants were a great bonus, and the nearby market made it easy to stock up on all our essentials. The staff’s excellent customer service truly stood out—they were attentive and helpful, ensuring we had a hassle-free experience.
