If I didn’t mention your name I am Very Sorry. I tried to talk to everyone and wanted them to know how lucky we were to stay at this fabulous property.
I have been in many resorts and hotels but I have to say that my experience at NLH MATI Seafront-Neighborhood Lifestyle Hotels was fantastic friendly and clean. I also would like to mention I have been on 44 cruises too. I hope some day I can return. I am from the West Coast of Canada and this was worth the long flight.

We stayed here overnight before a flight out of Athens at 7:30 am - it was a very lovely location - right on the water. The staff was wonderful and went out of their way to make sure that our needs were met. The bed was comfortable and the on site restaurant / bar were very nice. It is about 20 minutes from the airport (at 4 am with no traffic- an easy trip!)

The rooms were beautiful and clean. All the staff was courteous! The best staff member we had in the evening was Maria/Captain of the evening shift. She would go above and beyond to help our group of eight with all our needs The one and only downfall, was the buffet in the morning was always the same foods. Although the food was fresh and delicious, however, we stayed there for almost 2 weeks, so that gets to be repetitive and not appetizing.

We just wrapped up a wonderful 3-night stay at NLH Mati Seafront. the hotel is modern, clean, and conveniently located in proxity to other beach towns and Athens.

Two major highlights for us were the incredible breakfast buffet each morning—which offered a fantastic variety of fresh options—and the beautiful beach area, which was the perfect spot to swim and unwind.

What truly made our time here unforgettable was Evi. She went completely out of her way to look after us, showing incredible flexibility and a genuine desire to make our stay the absolute best it could be. Her warm hospitality and attentiveness turned a great stay into an exceptional one.

Good seafront location. Great breakfast. Good staff.
Lack of drawers keeps your clothes out and a bit messy.
Room had a nice bed and sofa bed. However, sofa bed is right next to the elevator shaft. The walls are somewhat thin, and you can hear the elevator moving often. That was not pleasant.

Hotel is well kept and in a quiet area. It's close to port Rafina where ferries ply to the islands.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The food was good.
The shower in the room was disappointing though. Every time we had a shower it sprayed the floor and made it very slippery. Also because of this there was a slight smell of mold.
The best part of the stay was Maria! She went above and beyond for our group of 8. Anything we asked of her she obliged. She definitely deserves a big raise! She is such a gem!

We booked the half board option but did not find out till we arrived at the hotel that there was no lunch option and only a buffet dinner that started at 1930hrs! We also missed the breakfast because we had an early flight and no box breakfast was offered ln lieu.

The rooms are modern and sleek. The views are astounding. The amenities are exceptional. The breakfast alone was worth it. The surrounding area is rural and authentic. Complete with resident cats. We will be back!

Beautiful restaurant overlooking the sea. The food was good and our waitress was exceptional. The hotel is a 3 star hotel, it was clean, possibly renovated within the last ten years - don't know. My biggest complaint.....the shower had mold and it was either missing a door or just poor design. When you took a shower, the entire bathroom would get wet.

The views were beautiful, your staff is wonderful!

The only suggestion we would make to you, is to give a better address to the property,so that Google can pick up the correct address to get to your place. We had a difficult time finding your location.

Also, the phone number on your website was incorrect so we had to search for the correct number to call to get directions to your place.

But other than that, we just loved your beautiful breakfast, the happy and friendly staff that you have throughout the hotel.

Thank you so very much. We definitely will tell friends about you and will be coming back to visit and stay with you again.

The room was clean, staff was lovely, breakfast buffet was very good, and I was pleased with the overall up keep of the property. I would definitely stay again. Keep in mind that it is located about 25 mins from the Athens airport, but 45-1hr from Athens city center.

A relaxed and refreshing stay. Just what I needed , for the most part. Only disappointment for me was the lack of Expedia VIP upgrade to a sea view room that I was looking forward to. Also the front desk were not very helpful for a later checkout on the last day given my evening flight departure.

Room was clean and they offered an upgrade to a sea front view which had beautiful sunrises. The morning buffet was delicious and would definitely eat again—even the dinner was great! It’s a bit out of Athens but honestly uber isn’t that much if you’re going for the day. Would absolutely stay again!

Amazing hotel with an incredible location and private access to the beach. Everything about my stay was wonderful. Beautiful views, clean room. Especially impressed with the breakfast and breakfast staff. Do not recommend the buffet dinner as value just isn’t there compared to the great breakfast, as there isn’t as much variety or even drinks included yet costs a lot. Dinner staff also seemed not interested. Wish we skipped that.

Nice spot, hotel spacious and clean. Property right next to the water. Buffet included but it wasn't anything special. Had dinner at the restaurant, food was good but menu way over priced. No parking on site but there is street parking very close to the hotel entrance.

I can't fault anything from the service I have received, as a person of colour which I hardly find any one that look like us, the staff and services was extraordinary, my little one said \"Mum, why are they always smiling and extremely nice\" this people are something else, always ready to help, like they go extra mile. I have learnt that it really doesn't cost nothing to be kind! I met with other guest and they had nothing negative to say. They have shown myself and my family extraordinary kindness and I will definitely be back here with friends and family. Thank you guys!

We travelled here with Family of four with 2 older teenagers. The pool and direct access to the ocean were great. Breakfast buffet was wonderful and the staff are very attentive to your needs. You can tell they enjoy having tourists and look to take care of your needs. We were all very happy with our time there.

The hotel is certainly cute. It was clean and refreshed. Good value for money for sure.
The hotel was noisy between floors. Heard all the slamming doors on floors and could hear the people able us bouncing a little ball or something. As well, a dog next door barked throughout the night. The hair dryer was missing the back filter part which actually sucked my wifes hair into the impeller. We had to cut some of her hair out and it hurt her when it happened. We reported it this morning when we wentbto breakfast but no action. But when we checked out I let a different staffer know and thats when staff attended the room.
Overall though we were happy with the get away and restaurants near by where excellent!

My stay here was wonderful. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Employees working here were top notch very friendly, helpful and caring. Breakfast was included and there was plenty of variety and food was good. We also ate here a few days for lunch and dinner, all the meals were delicious. The buffet had plenty of options for every taste. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The pool was clean and well kept. The beach down below, I would recommend water shoes as the beaches do have small rocks and I had no problem getting in the water wearing mine. I would stay here again.

Breakfast was the best I ever saw! So many choices and the deserts were different every morning! All absolutely delicious! The whole stay was pleasant. The only problem was the beach- I wish the old dry seaweed would have been cleaned and removed it’s not too difficult to take rid of it. The location is isolated and about 45 min by car to the center and attractions.

Title: Serene, tranquil, clean, safe and comfortable with lots of Amenities

Pros: My wife and I stayed at this beautiful hotel in early Sep. Its picturesque Seafront view provided mental comfort and relaxation. Its Front Desk staff, especially Evi, was quite understanding. Its breakfast buffet was fantastic supported by a friendly Dining staff. Ocean view seating. OK food at its restaurant. I used the sparse gym. Sufficient equipment for my workouts. Beautiful pool which we enjoyed along with some time spent in the shallow seafront waters. There was a room plumbing odor incident which was promptly addressed when reported. The cleaning staff were excellent in their daily services.

Cons: It is much further from the Athens City Center (than I thought). Although it says 30 mins by taxi, it took 90 mins (by Uber [€60 one way]) to get there on most occasions. By different bus, much longer. There is another Athens sister hotel (Monastiraki) with the same amenities which we tried to switch to for a few nites. It was booked, so we paid extra at a beautiful Airbnb for one night whilst remaining at this hotel for our stay. Must say, although restaurants abound, not much to do here, even within walking distance. There are a few Historical museums (Marathon included) and nice Shopping Malls not far away by taxi or bus if interested.
Overall: Comfortable, quiet and pleasant stay Great location for for relaxation. Awesome buffet breakfast. Friendly staff. Far from Athens City Center.
