The big catfish of a hotel. Our rooms looked nothing like the pictures. We booked a comfort room and were given an economy bunch room and then expected to pay for the comfort room. It was an absolute joke, The pool water was green and looked unswimable. Luckily we were only there for work and not for some r&r and managed to spent as little time at the accomodation. The free breakfast was stale cakes and breads and cereals. Would never go back and would give it a zero star if possible.

Wonderful stay – highly recommend!
Beautiful complex in a quiet countryside setting, with a large pool and plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast was included, and dinner at the hotel was excellent value: buffet starters, two dishes from the menu, and unlimited dessert. As seafood lovers, we were very happy with the choice. Breakfast and dinner were so generous we didn’t need lunch.

Staff were fantastic — special thanks to Tati at reception, the restaurant team, and Francesco at the pool. Everything was spotless.

Only drawback: Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room or the pool, so we used mobile data. Location is peaceful yet convenient, about an hour to Pisa and 25 minutes to the beach. We’d happily return in the near future

Situation in the countryside was beautiful and the building looks good. Unfortunately the first room we were offered was musty and very uninviting with only the front patio doors letting light in. Fortunately the reception found another room in a more pleasant part of the hotel with easy access. Again the room had character with the aged furniture however the mattress on the bed needs replacing. Breakfast was adequate and we did not eat in the restaurant . Did have 4 stars, no doubt because of the facilities however suggest at the moment I would rate it lower. Reception staff were very helpful however would suggest a need for improvements.

La struttura in sé è anche bella e ha sicuramente del potenziale, però si nota che è un po’ trascurata nella manutenzione e nella cura dei dettagli.
La camera un po’ datata, bagno con rubinetteria vecchia e malandata, materasso molto scomodo.
Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura principalmente per la presenza della spa e per la possibilità di prenotare trattamenti a pagamento, ma una volta in loco ci è stato comunicato con nostra sorpresa che non venivano effettuati trattamenti perché in periodo “fuori stagione”, anche se vi abbiamo soggiornato durante un weekend di un ponte festivo, quindi in giorni di affluenza turistica.
La ristorazione è buona.
Il contesto naturale toscano è meraviglioso, basterebbe poco per rendere questa struttura un relais da sogno, ma al momento lascia un po’ a desiderare purtroppo

Nice property! Staff was curt, was confused about some transportation arrangements; they cancelled our reservation on a shuttle bus to a concert venue, then attempted to still charge us for it. No elevator at the hotel for heavy bags. Meals were very good, but it was unclear about the seating and timing.

The first room we were given smelled musty. The next one was better but still dank. There are no screens on the windows so you have to use the fan from the air on that just recirculates. Stayed one night only and happy to leave.

came in from Pisa leaning tower. Had taken the train from Napoli where our primary location in italy is. the train is 6 hrs ride from Napoli so you want to stay over in Pisa after you've seen the tower and shopped.

The info on your booking engine n terms of distance to Lajatico is inorrect. I got lost at coming back from Andrea Bocelli concert at 2am because of this. The hotel brooms are so dated, dingy & ugly. The tilez in the shower needs a good cleaning. The manager in the breakfast area is vrry unfriendly and dinner is only served from 7:30pm (who does this).

Our room was small for 2 small kids aged 15 months and 3. we stayed at the hotel during a heat wave but I have to say the air con in the room was extremely week. I had difficulties in giving the baby a bath. I asked for a shower mat but it was not provided. Overall a good stay but I think the hotel is not well equipped for families who travel with small children.Most programs on tv were in dutch/german.Breakfast average.

Charming - nice for family (but not in hot summer)

Loved being out in the country. But, the air conditioner didn't work and it was unbearably hot. My nephew slept in a loft and pulled his bed next to the air conditioner but still burnt up. He got up and took a shower in the middle of the night to cool down. Maybe if we had a fan it would have been better. Everything else is pretty nice - great pool, excellent service in the dining room, etc. Little bit dated of a place, but honestly I liked the old style charm of it.

Great small resort hotel in countryside

Very spacious comfortable family room with double and one single bed downstairs and two singles on the mezzanine floor in rustic style property. Every room had an outside table and chairs to sit and relax. Stoned pathways leading around the stone built blocks of rooms with lovely pool area at one end with small basic gym downstairs..the hotel runs regular activities for kids and adults (eg wine tasting). We only stayed one night but thoroughly enjoyed the lovely country location and super buffet breakfast. Everything very clean and staff could not be friendlier or more helpful.

A lovely hotel, bigger than expected although a little out of the way. The food was very good. The pool was very very good. The room had beautiful views, but I would find it hard to describe as 4 star.
I would stay there again but as I say the location was a bit remote.

Wir waren völlig enttäuscht – wir hatten über Expedia ein Komfortzimmer für zwei Personen gebucht und uns dabei auf die dort verfügbaren Fotos verlassen. Bei unserer Ankunft erhielten wir ein Zimmer, dessen Zustand und Aussehen völlig anders waren als das auf Expedia präsentierte Komfortzimmer. Das Zimmer war schäbig und ungepflegt. Als wir die Rezeptionistin darauf hinwiesen, erklärte diese zunächst, die auf Expedia präsentierten Fotos seien nur allgemeiner Natur und illustrativ. Wir protestierten, dass wir nicht so viel Geld ausgeben sollten, um blind etwas zu buchen, das keine der aufgeführten Anforderungen erfüllte. Am nächsten Tag erhielten wir ein Zimmer, das voll und ganz der Beschreibung des über Expedia gebuchten Zimmers entsprach. Zweitens kostete das feste Menü mit nur einem Vier-Gänge-Menü 40 €, unabhängig von der Anzahl der verzehrten Gerichte. Das war für uns absurd. Es reichte aus, nur das Buffet zu essen und am Ende trotzdem 40 € für zwei Personen für das gesamte Menü zu bezahlen. Das ist sehr unfair. Ansonsten keine weiteren Beanstandungen.

El sitio es precioso, con unas vistas increíbles, ofrece todo tipo de actividades, con piscina, spa, tenis, parque para niños, van grupos para pintar óleos, grupos de baile, grupos de yoga etc. El hotel en si es una viña de la toscana, muy recomendable.

Bella struttura, nel verde, con piscina stupeda e ristorante comodo e molto ampio. Parco in cui immersaa struttura davvero bello. Forse la qualita cibo a cena è un po' troppo 'turistica' ma il buffet davvero meritevole ed ampio. Buonissima la colazione devo dire e tutto sommato ci può stare anche per il prezzo della cena. Se devo indicare una nota dolente è la pulizia della mia camera. La camera è bella ed ampia letti comodi, e bagno davvero grande, peccato non l'abbia trovata così pulita.. . Si potrebbe fare di meglio in tal senso poiché la struttura davvero merita tanto. Cmq ci tornerei, verificando prima quello che non mi è piaciuto.

Everything was very old and the bed was very uncomfortable. The hairdryer overheated after 30 seconds and switched off. The food was very bad and ugly, only partially the appetizer buffet was eatable. After the first course we canceled the second course. Tables and chairs by the pool were full of spider webs.
They are mainly hosting bigger tourist bus tours.

Um hotel interessante, tipo hotel fazenda, com toda sua rusticidade. Sinal de internet muito ruim. Atendimento médio. Alguns funcionários simpáticos, outros meio impacientes. Super freundlicher und aufgestellter Empfang. Die Damen an der Reception sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten ohne Probleme früher Einchecken. Unser Hund (20kg) war auch überall erlaubt, am Pool gibt es ein extra Abteil um den Hund mit an den Pool zu nehmen. Das Zimmer war super sauber. Beim Frühstück liess die Hygiene etwas nach ebenso war die Auswahl etwas mikrig und das Brot vertrocknet. Alles in allem hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Dette er vores andet besøg på hotellet. Desværre trænger hotellet til renovering. Der er store huller i vejene på parkeringspladsen, kun én ladestander som ofte er optaget i flere timer, løse fliser ved swimmingpoolen, og en faldefærdig legeplads. Hotellets beliggenhed er dog smuk, og restauranten samt lobbyen er flotte. Vi kommer helt klart igen.

De accommodatie ligt midden in de heuvels.
De kamer was erg ruim, evenals de badkamer met goede douche. Bedden slapen prima!
Ruime parkeergelegenheid.
Het ontbijt is wat je verwacht bij een hotel, prima voor de prijs. De WiFi ontvangst reikt niet tot de kamers helaas, dat is echter ook het enige minpunt wat er te bedenken is.

Veldig dårlig komunikasjon ved ankomst, tror vi mest på grunn av språket. Person som har sjekket oss inn kunne ikke engelsk. Vi fikk null informasjon. Måte lette etter alt selv. Ingen innkomst pakke med info. WiFi som fungerte ikke. Veldig dårlig frukost, ingen grønnsaker, samme mat hver dag, egg, 2 typer skinke, ost salami. Noen fanger var ikke brød bare rundstykker. Samme mat hver dag, dårlig valg, skjedlig etter 2 dager.
Viste ikke at alle fasiliteter bli stengt etter 1/10. basseng stengt, massasje stengt, ikke mulig låne cykkel. Dette var grunn hvorfor vi valgte dette stedet.

Hotellet var ok, bassengområdet var nydelig. Var ikke forberedt av hotellets restaurant var en stor matsal. Maten var god. Flotte omgivelser. GPS fant ikke hotellet, brukte ekstra tid på det, de sa og på hotellet at det var vanskelig å finne.

I negativi del hotel
- I prezzi ristorante è caro. esempio : un piatto di pasta 9 euro , 1/4 vino apero euro , aqua 1lt 4 euro
- Wc della piscina sempre sporco e putsa
- Il massaggio non fanno bene , piu sul listino dice che 50 minuti di massaggio ma fanno 40 minuti.

Dette er ikke et 4 stjernes hotel. Det er et gammelt og utslitt pensjonat som ikke bør ha mer enn max en stjerne. Maten var laget i microbølgeovn. Buffet til frokost og på kvelden var ikke mye å skryte av men skikkelig dyrt. Alt var dyrt på hotellet av mat og drikke og rompriser i forhold til den lave standarden det hadde. Maur i dusjen, og vi fikk ikke rom som vi var blitt lovet. Lite servicevennlig personale og ingen av dem kunne engelsk. VELDIG DÅRLIG i sin helthet. Beliggenheten ca to timer fra Firenze flyplass på en øde plass. Bør ikke benyttes til noe. Gammelt bassengområde, gammelt og ubrukelig det meste som hørte til hotellet. Styr unna dette.

Escolhi o hotel pela estrutura externa (piscina, jardins, vista), que realmente é muito boa. O quarto porém decepcionou muito. Banheiro pequeno, apertado, um adulto mal cabe no box. Ficamos num quarto familiar. A cama de casal é razoável. As camas de solteiro são muito ruins. A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage. Ca 15 Minuten zum Strand und 30 Minuten nach Volterra. Aber auch die vielen Dörfer und Städtchen in der Umgebung haben viel zu bieten. Tolle Altstädte und super Restaurants.
Im Hotel war das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir haben Ü/F gebucht. Das Frühstück ist als Büffet aufgebaut. Es ist eine schöne Auswahl vorhanden.
Zum Hotel gehört ein überdachter Parkplatz - sehr angenehm in der toskanischen Sonne.
Die Zimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Zum Hotel gehört ein schöner Pool und eine kleine Sauna. Alles in allem ein tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Tutto ok dal check in, personale reception veramente professionale e gentile ,camerieri di sala veramente gentili e accoglienti.Buffet antipasti,dolci e frutta veramente assortito. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Vale la pena di far mezza pensione. Scelta tra tre primi e tre secondi, zuppa calda al buffet. Posizione comoda x visitare Volterra, San Gimignano e Colli val d'Elsa. In poco più di un'ora si raggiunge Siena.

Sono stata solo una notte con mio marito e mia figlia, ho usufruito della buona colazione e della piscina, pulita e comoda. Ho trovato lo staff disponibile e gentile, la camera pulita, il bagno un po'datato . Nel complesso, soprattutto pensando al l'ottimo prezzo , lo consiglio .
