Bathroom is complete with sink and mirror. The toilet works with flush. The shower has cold and heat. Our room is very comfy it is so easy to sleep.
The space is just fine.
The staff is a bit impolite and not very accommodating or welcoming.

Somewhat likely pleasing! I live in the island and hope I still have my favorite flesh colored scarf left behind when I checked out! And when I had bad experience contacting across the island is impossible .Just hope the lodge has lost and found. Overall is accommodation is pleasant and acceptable..

Website contact information is not updated. Front desk personnel are not accommodating to client's concerns. They do not relay client's concerns to their supervisor & manager. Also, manager do not reach out to client regarding client's complaints & concerns.

1. Chose this hotel coz ammenities mentioned designated smoking area only to find out they dont have one upon check in.
2. No cable TV available! Only one channel and was very static
3. Booked a room with two single beds but was given one queen sized bed. Too tired from travel to go back down and request for two single bed room.
4. Room signage waa confusing. Arrow for the room pointed to the left but the room was located at the right
5. Room wasnt cleaned properly as there were left over shampoo bottles placed behind the heater
6. Bed sheets had a lot of stains.
7. Only given two pillows for two adults and both pillows were very squashed. Had neck pain coz of the nad pillows.

( )
1. Hotel staff and guards were very friendly
2. Very near terminal, port, restos, convenience stores and grocery
3. Wifi was suprisingly okay.
4. Water heater functioned well.

Overall had a lot of things needed to improve on so i cant recommend for now.

Neat as a pin, will chose to visit again.

We called ahead after booking to inform the front desk of our expected 4:30 AM arrival from coming off the ferry from Cebu. We were happy to see someone present to check us in upon our arrival. Parking was on the street adjacent to the hotel with only a few spots available. Check-in was fast and we were told check-out was 1:00 pm. I think the hotel allowed us an extra hour due to our late check-in. Our room was on the 5th floor and not far from the elevator. The hotel presented very well. Everything was clean with no worn or damaged surfaces or finishes. The room was small as was the bathroom. I saw no sign of dirt or wear anywhere. The aircon comfortably cooled the room comfortably. By morning some noise from the street could be heard in the room but at a level one would expect being located in any downtown. As explained in the room description there was no refrigerator in the room. Check-out took no more than a minute and, as expected, our vehicle was just as we left it and we were ready to visit Ormoc's market.

Pretty good for a budget hotel

The hotel is situated very well, close to shops resteraunts and port terminal also bus terminal. Clean rooms, modern, but small which is fine for a couple of nights stay.staff very friendly and helpful. Wifi was fast, unlike others here in the reviews we had no issue connecting to the wifi. Biggest downsides for us was that their isnt a fridge, the shower also has barely any water pressure, comes out like a soft rain shower. And not an issue for us, but if sny smokers out there, you cannot smoke anywhere in ormoc city, thankfully its a totally smoke free zone. Overall good hotel, for a couple of nights stay and cheaper than most hotels around the area.

Photos of rooms do not match with actual rooms.
Time to stop using COVID as an excuse not to clean rooms, just to save money.
A one month stay and never cleaned room or bathroom once, change your own bed linen.

I wouldn't recommend.
