This property is terrible. Pool area is dangerous (dirty, uneven tiles, exposed filter unit that wasn't even working). Nobody was manning the reception area, the place was deserted most of the time. The room was unclean and did not smell good (drain/toilet smell was awful). No soap/shower gel in bathroom. Broken soap dispenser on floor. Filthy plastic bin. Shower fitting corroded and caked in limescale. Filthy mirror, covered in limescale. Sheets on bed were musty smelling.
Worst of all, the plug of the bedside lamp was rusty and cracked, exposing a bare electrical wire. I could have electrocuted myself had i not noticed before trying to plug it in.
I had to stay 2 nights, as i was unable to book another hotel at short notice
You (Expedia) should be ashamed of yourselves for endorsing this appalling property!
You will be hearing from my credit card company with regard to a refund of the 7 days that i (justifiably, in my opinion) cancelled!
