Ideal resort for young kids. It’s much like camping so if that isn’t your thing, you may be disappointed. Interesting rooms, ample beds and bedding. The A/C does keep the room cold. We stayed in a teepee. Two bunks as you enter, one on either side. Sink in front of you, shower to the left, toilet to the right. Showers are cold room is tight but perfect for what you are there for….to enjoy the waterpark. Waterpark is very fun. They have plenty of cottages(shelter) to rent for your stay, ideal for having a place for everyone to meet back.
The breakfast was very good and we also ate at the restaurant for dinner as we had packed a small amount of food for lunch.
I thought the staff was extremely friendly and I did not think this resort was expensive, as I’ve seen in other reviews. If you’re from the US, its around 120 for the room which includes the waterpark and breakfast…4 guests is 30/person. The waterpark alone is worth that. Your kids will love the decorations and will definitely enjoy the waterpark. I loved it so much, I booked another night. Set your expectations correctly, this is more like a really fun camping trip than a fancy disney resort.

You charged credit card but Hotel never received any confirmation. I had to pay a separate room charge since nothing was confirmed. Already spent an exspensive taxi to hotel with family so forced to pay for room once arrived.

This accommodation clearly has no concerns about a bad review. Where to start? Check in was appalling, disinterested staff, surly welcome, no information provided. We had to ask everything. The room was expensive for a dirty, mouldy, disfunctional space. No hot water, no cups or mugs provided, threadbare towels looked 20 years old. Sheets were dirty and old. The bathroom sink was blocked. It smelled badly of mould. It was very noisy, rubbish everywhere.
The rides and pools were okay. The place looks tired, several things under repair or construction made it feel like a building site which was an eyesore and unsafe for children. Limited supervision and poorly managed.
Despite saying we could bring a 4 year old to the room for no extra charge, they proceeded to charge me 800 pesos per night.
The food was awful, expensive and had limited choice. How can anybody make such terrible rice is beyond explanation. Under-cooked eggs, old food, terrible service, chaotically managed. They continually ran out of trays, utensils, water and even soy sauce in the dining area and of course the queues were incredibly lengthy. We had to queue for 30 minutes for breakfast one day. Just unacceptable for 5000 pesos per night.
The rides were okay. The pool areas were average.
Stay away and go to Sipalay instead.

Awesome artwork around, sad that the zipline had a weight limit of 60kg as that was probably the only adult friendly thing to do. Not very much food options as well, check out was noon and the pizza place barely opened as well as the souvenir shop.

I like the place it’s so wide, beautiful and has a lot of amenities as we enjoyed our stay. However, the room that we rented didn’t have hot water for shower, TV wasn’t working and people smoking everywhere most especially in the Veranda near to our room, it’s not so safe for us. There should be the designated places to smoke.

Didn't like that the sheets, towels and the extra foam mattress were not very clean, it lacked rugs, hand towels, some lights were not working, the stand fan was wobbly and looked like it would break apart, the room was dim. The dining room tables and chairs had ants.

There was no wifi, water pressure for shower and sink was a trickle. Staff was mostly unavailable and my biggest complaint was that the lifeguard on duty at the kids wavepool barely raised his head from his phone to look at the kids, it was ridiculous. Besides that the options for the kids were pretty nice.

Nice place but some run down.

We ordered double room, but was double booked and got one full bed cottage, bed room for 6-8 persons, bed was hard and much ants in the room.
Cipline only can hold persons below 65, so none of us got to try it.
No wave due to they only wanted to run it if there was plenty of peoples.
The Dinosaur park was nice at night, nothing was going on during day.

We cut a 2 day holiday short and only stay 1 day.

I love the staff; the place is ok but could be better.
Need more cleaning in the bathroom specially the walls.Food in the main restaurant is monotonous, it’s the same dishes everyday. Absolutely no fresh fruit for sale.

Good for kids & family. But i booked for 4 person and just gave us 1 cup of coffee & i trued to ask more in the reception said only 1 is alliwed in every room, dhe adviced me to ask in cafeteria plastic cup but i need to pay . The restaurant is closed at 7 pm which is too early but 1 pizza shop is until 8 pm , it would be nice to extend untill 9:40 pm Hotel Transport service is not on time and driving fast.

But better stay bacolod and use a cottage. 4000 pesos for a small dirty hut, can get lfisher hotel, seda or radisson same price nice room.The park also low maintenance, many things broken and not work like before.

So there’s lots of stuff to do. Lots of water issues. If I were still young enough to go onto the obstacle course, I’d be afraid that I might get killed. Looks quite challenging. Seems like the whole place is not well maintained but it is charming. My biggest problem is that in the Philippines giving a hotel room without an air conditioner is just not acceptable. Lots of hillclimbing and that’s not a lot of fun for an older guy.

Grand theme park marred by indifferent staff

Family of 3. Tried to check in but front desk clerk was \"out to lunch\" so we had to wait for their lunch hour was finished before we could check in. Fortunately it was only about 15 minutes. Room was spartan, wifi didn't work and neither did the TV. Asked for another towel as there were only two in the apartment, towel never arrived. Asked for ice for some perishables, they charged us 50P then 150P for ice that they were going to throw out anyway. The staff at the ticket counter seemed confused, first certain rides were open, then closed, then, \"maybe later\". Rules kept on popping up depending on who we spoke to, we couldn't do the zip line with wet clothes, then sandals were prohibited, when we came back with dry clothes and shoes the rides were \"closed\". Wave pool never worked. Despite all this the 15 year old loved the rides that were open and the fantasy decorations and displays. This place has so much potential if only they trained their staff and considered customer service as the ice thing was irritating, they made us jump through hoops for a small amount of money and for ice they told us they were going to throw out anyway! I'd go again as the kids liked the park but wouldn't stay at the lodging.

we stayed at dino house, room is so clean, water si called, perfect for the whole day outdoor events inside campuestohan. Food is good and in teasonable price. Please keep up the most important and what we like most is the cleanliness in everywhere within the vicinity to the rooms. I will recommend you to everyone.

I book with them which I payed in full amount in Hotel.com. But they keep insisting the style payement of Trivago method. Me and my family was put in a small room not worth my payment. They even ask me to pay extra 2 person charges, because as Trivago method they follow. Even I show them my email booking i payed in full and the money how much i payed, still they followed the Trivago method payments. I was so disappointed, i don't know where to blame? Its either Hotel.com mistake? Or Campuestuhan Resort? I end up paying more and i feel bad I was deceived and fraud.

思ったよりも広く子供も大変喜んでいた。ただ、訪れた季節が雨期だったため雨が多くとても寒かったのは残念だった。次は時期を考えてまた訪れたい。
恐竜などが多く展示されていて一部動くので、娘はおろか、一緒に言ったおじいちゃんまでが興味津々見入っていました。
リクエストとしては、雨期に雨をしのげる場所があちこちにあるとありがたいと感じました。
また訪れたいです。広くて堪能しきれなかったので。
