The interior was updated and very clean. The pool was clean and big for a hotel pool. Good healthy options for breakfast as well as a restaurant. Exterior of the dwelling does not scream hotel. It also serves as a an event/party center so just look at online photos before you go so you don’t get lost. Overall, very good stay and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Outdated for sure, but very clean. No carpet in the room, which I liked. The staff was friendly and helpful.
For breakfast you get stuff out of the cooler/refrigerator and warm up the breakfast sandwich, pancake sausage on a stick or pre-made waffles. There were breakfast bars, cereals, yogurts, fruit, muffins, juice, milk and coffee.
The bed was one of the best! So comfortable!! I enjoyed the gazebo our second morning. Unfortunately, the first morning someone was smoking who knows what. Not a regular cigarette for sure. I had to quickly shut the door to our room. There are signs that says the property is a no smoking property but some folks disregard the signs.
The local news paper is available to guests.
We enjoyed the jacuzzi in our room. It worked great!
There was no iron in the room, but there was a hair dryer. And plenty of clean linens. A microwave and mini refrigerator.
The price of our room was very reasonable.

Rooms were spacious and clean. The continental breakfast had a great variety of items to choose from. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only concern was that there was no elevator to the second floor which made it a little difficult for one person in our group.

I'm known for being a traveler... however these past few months have been busy. While I live in Butler - I just needed an escape for a night. I booked the whirlpool room. It was AMAZING. The \"remodel\" is more of like.... paint the walls and put in new floors. If you remember the old Days Inn... its exactly the same. I swam in the energized pool. (10/10) it was the warmest indoor pool I've ever used. Breakfast was super good! They have multiple options of things. Beds were so comfy... although they top sheet was dirty upon check-in. I'd give it a solid 8/10. Employees were splended! I think thats a big part. They're attentive and very ready to accommodate. Staff gets a 10/10! Over all the whole experience was definitely worth it. And I'll be returning to that whirlpool room soon enough!

Cavernous property, lift, no elevator, mediocre room very far from lobby.
Guest woke us up screaming in hallway at 3:15 am, the police were called, guest was arrested.
I was not able to fall asleep until 6 am.
We should be credited for a might.

Staff did not update pool was out of service a made the point of “well it would close in an hour anyways”.. the blinds let all the bright light through. Your back will need their wellness center after sleeping on the beds. There was no body wash, only shampoo.

Nothing much to complain about, except for the fact that our room was never cleaned in our 3-night stay. I reported it to the front desk, but was told because we had a \"do not disturb\" sign on the door, that the cleaning crew did not enter the room. I think that's unacceptable: Two women staying in an hotel should be able to put that sign on the door, but it was removed once we left the room. Cleaning service should not be only in the early morning. Everyone is on a different schedule. If the cleaning people see the sign is removed, that's your invitation to come into the room and clean and replace towels, coffee, etc.

Property is old (slow drains, low ceilings, thin walls) but recently updated and very clean. I could hear people above walking around till 3am. Cont. breakfast was great and opening at 6am was perfect. For the price hard to beat just hopefully your neighbors go to bed.

Blood was in multiple places on our sheets and a yellow spot was found on the comforter. Came back at 4:30 from a wedding so we just took them off and slept without sheets. Staff did not cosign the condition of the room and apologized but no manager called as staff said they would.

Our stay was out of necessity, as all other hotels in the area were sold out. While we appreciated finding a place to lay our heads, that was all it was. The lobby smelled like an ash tray and check-in, though fast, was strange. No ID requested to even confirm we were who we said we were. Our room was very clean, in fact had just been mopped (the floors were still wet and a bit slippery). Our room ended up being a handicap accessible room, which is not a complaint, just an observation. Our room was located on a corner of the courtyard and featured an emergency light outside the window. The windows did not have blackout curtains, only blinds, so the light was a little problematic for sleep. The bathroom was the biggest disappointment. It was clean, but the door did not properly close and therefore could not be completely closed or locked while using the restroom. When I brought this up at check-out, the woman didn't even acknowledge what I said.

The pictures on your site were deceptive. It was filthy and looked like a drug hotel. We canceled and asked for a refund. Wouldn't even stay one night. I'm posting on all social media about hotels .com and how you guys allow false advertising and don't get your clients and their pictures. Absolutely horrible.

Pleasantly surprised considering the place looked vacant from the outside (parking lot was empty). Inside and room were well maintained and clean. Beds were comfortable. Only downside (and because no one was there, it turned out not to be) was the 2 inch gap under the door. Could have been noisy and in a full hotel. Need to seal that up.

This newly opened hotel and resort is a very nice place to stay with lots of potential. The natural healing, energy, and wellness focus of the hotel is fantastic. The focus on Nikola Tesla is a beautiful tribute to a magnificent man and inventor. The dining room/restaurant is wonderful. The food selection is fantastic and the prices are so reasonable. The food was so delicious and appetizing!

The hallways and rooms are nice, but have an institutional feel to them. It has the look and feel of a hospital. The walls are whitewashed with little other colors. The rooms need darkening curtains or blinds added to the windows to promote better sleep. Unfortunately, we were woken up by people talking loudly in the hallway both nights we were there.

It is definitely worth staying here because they have so much to offer. There are just some areas that need some improvement and some changes made.

Quick family trip

This stay was just for an overnight. Place was very nice. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Was able to use the indoor pool in the later evening and was very relaxing. Room was clean and beds for very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and hopefully for a longer duration.

The facilities were clean and welcoming, however, I had to spend 20 minutes checking to a confirmed reservation due to \"upgraded systems\". Giving information again and again.

Drove to our entry door which was furthest from the desk only to discover they gave us keys to wrong room, it only had one bed not the 2 we needed. Walked all the way back to desk who wanted to talk about how she was going to deal with next large party arriving. Finally got keys.

Breakfast was very lackluster, nothing hot except instant oatmeal but there were no bowls to eat it in. There was also no whole wheat bread for toast.

Returned to room, the way we left through courtyard only to find our key didnt work. Walked around to unlock from inner hall, but of course we had deadbolted last night. Universal hotel key would not work, lock apparently is busted. Tried all manner of door/keys/locks with maid and front desk. Nothing. Had to wait for maintenance guy who didn't know how to use own tool. 30 minutes later, we got back into room. only como they were willing to give us was an auto massage, but we were now an hour late leaving.
