Very quiet, almost deserted in mid October, and surrounding area very ready for off-season maintenance. Would be very noisy in the summer because rooms overlook courtyards of bars & restaurants. We had a spacious, tasteful and comfortable one-bedroom unit that would suit a family with two children. But it seemed quite dark in October, no balcony or patio, and cleaning was superficial. Kept wanting to buy some mould spray for the shower but not my job at a hotel! Lovely large bathroom but needs some maintenance and a really good clean. Also be great if the room had a work desk or table and chair/s. Breakfast staff lovely. Disappointed only allowed one omelette between two and no coffee.

So far, this is one of my most favorite hotels at a very reasonable price and a very beautiful part of Turkey. The staff were absolutely amazing every single one of them and the breakfast was amazing. The stay was quiet. And when I return, I’m going to be staying there for quite a while it’s about an hour drive from the airport. There’s lots to do there from a beach to castle to tons of shopping and dining all walkable except for the beach and the castle of course The hotel is actually in çeşmi. My wife and I had an amazing time and couldn’t stop talking about it and wish that we would have booked to Dave and longer and when I go back in a few months, we may fly down there just to stay there after we get some stuff squared away for her and we may spend a month there they treat you like family and the town is so adorable. It’s amazing and everybody should go. I just wanna think all the staff for everything that they did for us. They took such amazing care of us. They were so friendly and so helpful from beginning to end and the property is beautiful.

Place itself was ok, parking is horrible but it is to be expected in that area. We decided to book a second night online and about an hour after we booked the room I received a call telling me that the room is not available. i was told to cancel my booking because they were not able to do it on their end for some reason. Ofc there was no refund option because i was the one cancelling last minute which made no sense. Had to call hotels.com and chat with them 2x for an hour. Took them a while to get in touch with the hotel to confirm i wasnt the one cancelling. The hotel receptionist did not speak english so they had to find a translator etc. Then we had to look for another hotel which took us hours... This experience ruined my holiday tbh. They did not even offer any help, just told us sorry these things happens good luck finding a room on a saturday night... would not recommend!!!

My family and I stayed here for three nights and it was a very good experience. It is in a prime location where you can walk to the Main Street where all the shopping and dining takes place. There was ample parking and the suite we were in was quite comfortable. A couple of negatives are that there isn’t a laundry service option on the property, so if you need your clothes laundered you must get the hotel to outsource. This was ok, however our clothes came back the day before we left and it was quite expensive. The other issue is that although the suite was beautiful, it did need some updates such as the shower head in the shower and the mini fridge. As far as breakfast, there was plenty, however the options are limited. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

One word - Incredible!

Look no further, honestly the best place to stay in Alacati if you’re planning on heading into the main side streets for an evening meal or to enjoy some live music! The rooms are super spacious and come with a jacuzzi in the middle of the room for that added romantic vibe. It’s a 1-2minute walk to the start of Alacati carsilar. There are plenty meal options right in the centre of the complex and the staff are more than helpful and super friendly. Parking is a breeze too so I wouldn’t even bother checking other places out.
If you’ve found this review, you’ve found your Hotel - hands down, you won’t be disappointed!

Oda bakımsızdı. Klozet su akıtıyordu. Tamir edilmeden oda teslim edilmiş ve uyuyabilmek ciddi anlamda çok zor oldu. Oda rutubet kokuyordu ve resepsiyon ile kalacağımız oda farklı yerlerdeydi personel bunun bilgisini gelmeden vermedi. Bu da ekstra bir zaman kaybı oldu.

Temizlik konusunda geliştirilmesi lazım

Otelin konumu iyiydi. Odadaki dolaplar genel anlamıyla temizdi. Fakat nevresimler için aynı şey söyleyemeyeceğim. Yastıkları da aşırı rahatsızdı. Gece 1 saat anca uyuyabildim. Tabii konumu dolayısıyla gece müzik sesi ister istemez rahatsız ediyor insanı belli bir saate kadar. Biz aura plus ta konakladık ve oda direkt bahçeye açılıyordu. Böyle olması çok hoş fakat orta alandaki süs havuzu leş gibiydi, koltuklar da aynı şekilde oturulacak vaziyette değildi, kılıfları en azından yıkanabilirdi. Orada vakit de geçiririz umuduyla bu oteli seçmiştik fakat bir hayal kırıklığı oldu bu açıdan. Temizlik dışında pek bir sorun yaşamadık. Kahvaltı güzel ve gayet yeterliydi.

Resepsiyona gittik. Bizi başka bir yere aldılar. Resepsiyonun oradaki odalarin dışında baska bir yerleri varmis. Biz oradan yer tutmuşuz. Ama rezervasyon yaparken asla baska bir yere gonderilecegimiz bilgisi verilmedi. Neyse odaya yerlestik. Temizlik 10 üzerinden 2. Duşa kabin, klozet lavabo temizligi cok kötüydü. Odanin her yerinde küf vardı. Hicbir eşyamız kurumadi. Odada bulunan kisisel urunler yetersizdi. Bir tanr sabun koymuslar. Dusa kabinin icinde iki tane sampuan vardi. Bir tanesi bozulmuş gibiydi. Kahvalti cok azdi. Iki gunde omlet yedik. Ben memnun kalmadim. Bir daha gitmem.

İki kişi aynı otelden farklı odalar tuttuk. Ama uzak, farklı bambaşka bir binaya götürüldük. Aşağısı tamamen inşaat ve yapı işleri içindeydi. Odada eksikler vardı ama giderdiler neyse ki. En kötüsü, ses yalıtımı sıfır olsa iyi, ses yalıtımı eksilerdeydi. Yan dairelerdeki televizyon sesi ve konuşma sesleri katlanarak, yankılanarak evi inletiyordu. Koridora çıkıp yan dairenin açık penceresinden sesi direkt alsam daha rahat uyurdum. Uzun zamandır böyle kötü bir otel deneyimi yaşamamıştım.

Aldığım odada kalamadım. O kadar para ödedim arayıp o gün odada lavabo açıcı döküldüğü içim koku oluştu konaklama yaptıramayacağız yanımızdaki otele geçirelim dendi. Mecbur kaldığımız için kabul ettik. Ordada kahvaltı kötüydü. Yani güvenip yola çıkılmaz

Alaçatıya ilk gelişimdi. Biraz fotoğraflarda olduğu gibi görünür sandım. Ama 4 ayrı otel görseli birleştirilmiş olduğunu anladım. Hiçbir çalışanla günlerce karşılaşmadık. 2 gece kaldık oda temizlenmedi. Ayrıca banyoda rutubet vardı. Musluktaki giderde sorun vardı. O yeşillikli görsel çölde vaha gibi görünmekte. Ancak gerçek biraz mod düşürdü. Bu fiyata kahvaltı dahil bir otelde de konaklanabilir.

Konforlu Konaklama,Rahatsız Edici Kahvaltı Deneyim

Kaldığımız oda gerçekten çok iyi dizayn edilmiş. Çok memnun kaldık. Bina çevresi çok kötüydü açıkta kablolar vs. vardı ancak kapalı sezon olması kaynaklı bunun çok normal o değerlendirmeye almayacağım. Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Ancak kahvaltı ettiğimiz salonda 2 konu bizi çok rahatsız etti. İlki koltuklara oturup kalktığınızda tamamen kedi tüyü ile kaplanıyorsunuz. Diğeri de kahvaltı salonu küçük ve içerde sigara içiliyor. Özellikle 2. gün kahvaltımızda sigara dumanından dolayı neredeyse çayımızı bitiremeden kalmak zorunda kaldık. Sigara kullanmayanlar veya çocuklu aileler için oldukça rahatsız edici.

Sevgilimle geldik istanbuldan, çok çok güzeldi özellikle banyo çok tatlıydı. Temizdi her yer, yatağın kalitesi gülümseyerek uyanmamızdan belliydi :) ağrısız sızısız ahahaha. Kendi evimdeki yatak böyle değildi yani :) Sadece kahvaltıyı pek beğenmedim her yer yumurta kokuyor ve küçük bir alandı ama mekan çok tatlı bir çok fotoğraf çekildik her bir köşesinde. Bir tanesini paylasıcam sizinle :) odamın camından çektim. Yazın da merak ediyoruz. Teşekkürler 💐

Yazlık bir otel olduğu için kışın klima yeterli gelmedi. Banyo buz gibiydi, sıcak su olmasına rağmen asla ısınmadı. 4 günlük konaklamada 2 gün temizlik yapıldı. Odadaki aplikler sağlam değildi. Oda küçüktü. Kahvaltı yeterli ekip ilgiliydi. Yazın daha keyifli olduğundan eminim ama kışın tekrar tercih etmem.

Otel vadettiklerini sağlıyordu. Personel guler yüzlüydü ve hizmet iyiydi. Sessiz ve sakin bir oteldi tabi sezon dışı olmasının da etkisi var. Oda temizliği ve düzeni güzeldi. Klima aktif olarak çalışıyor ısıtması da kullanışlıydı. Kahvaltı yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Eksik olarak söylenebilecek şeyler ise sıcak su çok az akıyordu ve geç ısınıyordu. Bu yüzden jakuziyi kullanmak ve duş almak zor olabiliyor. Odada kahve makinası var birer kapsül kahve konulabilir ücretsiz olarak. Kapsül kahve alabiliyorsunuz ama ücretli, fıyatı ise uygun. Bir de otelde kahvalti haricinde yemek hizmeti verilmiyor ücretli olarak da alamıyorsunuz. Dışarıdan sipariş verme imkanı var. Genel olarak ise güzel bir konaklamaydı.

Sıcak Atmosfer ve İlgi Dolu Hizmet ile Unutulmaz.

Alaçatı Aura Plus'ta sevgilimle birlikte konakladığımız süre boyunca gerçekten keyifli ve rahat bir deneyim yaşadık. Otelin genel atmosferi oldukça huzurlu ve Alaçatı'nın kendine has güzelliklerini hissettiren bir mimariye sahip. İlk günden itibaren personelin ilgisiyle kendimizi çok iyi hissettik. Çalışanlar, her türlü ihtiyacımızı dikkatle karşıladılar ve en küçük problemimize bile hızlıca çözüm buldular. Özellikle kahvaltı sırasında gösterdikleri ilgiden çok memnun kaldık. Kahvaltı seçenekleri yeterli ve her damak zevkine uygun çeşitlilikteydi.

Odaların temizliği ve konforu gerçekten özenli bir şekilde düzenlenmişti; tatil boyunca kendimizi hem ev rahatlığında hem de özel hissettik. Ayrıca otelin Alaçatı merkezine olan yakınlığı, Çeşme’nin keyifli mekânlarına ve plajlarına kolayca ulaşmamıza olanak sağladı. Alaçatı'nın sakin ama canlı havasını Aura Plus'ta her an yaşamak harikaydı. Alaçatı’da sıcak, huzurlu ve kaliteli bir konaklama arayanlara kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Adı gibi Aurasi başka bir yer

Daha pahalı otellere de gittik ama burasi bu fiyata mükemmel konforda bir yerdi. Yastıkları yatağı çok rahattı. Özellikle çarşaf ve yastık kılıfları çok temizdi. Banyo da çok nostaljikti. Biz kendi malzemelerimizi kullansakta şampuan, saç kremi, duş jeli çok özenliydi. Havlular yumuşaktı. Kahvaltı da gayet doyurucuydu ve çayınız bittikçe çay dolduruluyordu. Burdan Özlem hanıma selamlarimizi gönderiyoruz. Sayesinde sabahlarimiz çok keyifliydi :) Alaçatı da başka yere gitmeye gerek yok :)

Siamo stati due notti, camera molto bella, colazione tipica e molto buona. L Personale gentile. Luogo piacevole e tranquillo essendo i primi di ottobre. L'unica pecca che essendo stato un luogo di appoggio per il nostro viaggio la colazione era un po' tarda ore 9:00 am. Però capisco sicuramente il fatto che era fuori stagione essendo luogo di mare, e di relax.

Lokasyonu çok iyi Alaçatı çarşıya çok yakın ama bu sebeple yoğun aylarda otopark sorunu yaşanabiliyor.Bir de benim kaldığım odada bir sandalye veya koltuk olmayışı yataktan başka oturacak yer kalmıyor. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterli ve lezzetli ayrıca çalışanları ilgili ,yardımcı ve güler yüzlü.

Konum ve kahvalti haric pek begenmedik

Konum olarak cok iyi merkeze yakin ancak bu yuzden park yeri sıkıntısı var. Oda temizligi yoktu, odanin icinde resepsiyona ulasabileceginz bir telefon da yok. Resepsiyon otelden 200m uzaklikta baska bir sokakta. Duvarlar cok ince oldugu icin yan odanin sesleri geliyor. Disaridan da gece gec saatlere kadar muzik sesi duyuluyor. Bir tek kahvaltisi guzeldi, garsonlar guler yuzluydu.

Temizlik kötüydü

Otel genel bakıldığında güzel görünüyor fakat odaya girince özellikle banyoda hijyen çok kötüydü lavobonun yanında önceki misafirlerden kalan saçlar ve ölü böcek jelatin çöpleri vardı. Durumu belirttiğimizde faraşla görevli gelip sadece süpürdü bir temizlik görmedik. 4 arkadaş iki adet ayrı , aynı standartlarda oda tuttuk. Odanın birinde saç kurutma makinası vardı birinde yoktu . Kahvaltısı yeterliydi. Fakat hijyen eksikliği sinek ve böceklerden dolayı konforlu değildi
