I totally enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the check in was efficiently done, and I was allowed early check in after a long trip.
I was dropped off at the bus on my way back as I had a large bag and really appreciated that. I would really recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Cascia. The restaurant food was great.

Good hotel. A 10 minute walk to the basilica. Parking was difficult as tour buses took all of the spaces in front leaving a few spaces on the street in the back. Staff was nice. Good breakfast. Cascia is a nice town to see amd a good religious experience.

I have staying only for one night on a family room and if was good.
The receptionist are friendly and gave us some good explanation about the surroundings and explain the religious points to visit in the area.
My Italian was quite poor and their English wasn't 100%, but the willingness overcome.
Breakfast was a big poor. Point to improve.

Acredito que este seja o melhor hotel em Cassia! Fica bem próximo da pequena cidade de Cassia. Se você pretende ir com a família ou casal, esse hotel é certamente a melhor opção. O atendimento em geral é muito bom. Deixo apenas uma ressalva no atendimento do restaurante e no checkin. Ambos um pouco lentos.

1ère fois que je suis déçue à ce point d'un hôtel
A notre arrivée, deux personnes travaillaient à la réception de l'hôtel. Malgré qu'il n'y avait aucun autre client lors de notre arrivée, aucune des deux personnes de l'hôtel ne nous a dit bonjour. Accueil glacial. On avait presque l'impression que notre venue les dérangeait. En plus de ne pas savoir dire bonjour, nous n'avons eu aucune explication quant aux chambres ou à l'heure du petit-déjeuner. Les chambres dont l'aménagement était correct mais sans plus, disposait aussi d'un frigo. Mais pourquoi mettre un frigo sans rien de dedans? Pour un tel hôtel, une petite bouteille d'eau n'aurait pas été du luxe. Ma chambre n'était pas particulièrement propre et des arraignées avaient élu domicile dans chaque coin de la chambre. Beaucoup de groupes logent dans cet hôtel. Malheureusement, à l'heure du petit- déjeuner, vous avez intérêt à vous battre pour attraper un pain au chocolat ou croissant car le buffet n'est alimenté qu'au compte gouttes. J'ai rarement eu une telle déception avec un hôtel. Le manque de propreté, de qualité des services et de gentillesse du personnel en font pour moi un hôtel à proscrire vivement!

Camera rumorosa a causa della colonna di scarico dei piani superiori. Poca luce naturale. Colazione poco varia e con bicchieri di carta. Capisco che un albergo così grande, ho contato 250 coperti nella sala delle colazioni, abbia problemi a gestire le stoviglie, ma non lo trovo corretto per un posto che ha delle pretese (95 euro a notte).

El hotel está reformado y las instalaciones son, dentro de su categoria, buenas. Habitaciones confortables y limpias.
El desayuno que sirven en buffet está bien en el apartado de dulce pero es escaso en el de salado. Este es el unico comentario algo negativo que podemos hacer.
