They do not have a spa at the hotel the AC in our room did not work, sweated all night, long even after calling maintenance. The room we booked did not have a window outside, dark all the time and very musty. Hot water to five minutes to get to the room. Did not enjoy this experience.

Easily one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. It is located in a very safe place and connected to a mall and other high end hotel chains. All staff were welcoming and helpful from valet, security, reception and restaurant. Our room was very clean (apart from a used colgate mouthwash that was in the amenities drawer). The speaker/sound system was lacking bass. I don't think the subwoofer was working properly. Pool area and sauna was amazing as well as the staff managing the spa and gym area.

Really nice room but some sort of maintenance constant knock was going on around the building during the stay and also the wifi wouldn't stay connected to the television in the room possibly a television issue because connection wasn't lost to phones, but occasionally went very high ping. There was no warning when booking the room that traditional baths cannot use soaps so unfortunately my fiancee was excited to use a few things she got beforehand that she couldn't during the stay, and the food was well very good the first night we ate but maybe a change of chef's it was definitely a bit undercooked going forward but overall still good. Definitely would be staying again sometime

Wow! Luxurious, stylish & aesthetically gorgeous. The hotel had a wonderful feeling as soon as you walk in the building. The smell was like cherry blossoms, architectural with champagne, gold & ebony design, room was invitingly pleasant & rooftop pool / bar has the best view of Manila. Additionally for ease on convenience it is a short walk to T3 via Runway Bridge.

Disappointed.....that I couldn't stay longer!

Disappointed......that I only stayed 1 night !! I booked a Japanese style Hinoki-yu room which was very nice and very calming. It had a cypress plunge style bath which was relaxing, and the shower was surrounded by stone to give you that outdoor feel. The toilet had the obligatory smart seat and room facilities were good although no iron and ironing board available in-room. Nespresso coffee machine was also available in-room. Food was exceptional, breakfast was mainly japanese style but also had western options. Staff were super polite and friendly and couldn't do enough for you.Gym had a 'still new' feel and smell to it but I couldn't comment on any other spa or fitness features as I never used them. Downside was that the gym didn't open until 8am which was too late to get a session in before leaving. Beautifully appointed hotel, lots of little touches give you that luxury feeling.

If you are checking in here, look for Lia and Ken, though everyone is soooo nice. For housekeeping, look for Rose Dindin and Ever, they are the best!! They took care of me, my team and my family. I will definitely go back.

Big rooms where tech guys had gone overboard, light switches confusing, instead of just pulling the curtain aside you had to go looking for the curtain switch….

Rather disappointed with the stay at Okura Manila. Paid so much for the room nights with breakfast only to be informed that buffet breakfast available on weekends. Not that we need to eat a lot at buffet but at least we could have a wider selection of food like salad, etc. On Feb 17 (Friday) and Feb 18 (Saturday), no buffet too, only set breakfast was served. Food from the kitchen took a long time and there was lack of service staff; we had to get attention for coffee refill.

Elegance, style, location! I stayed here with family while in Manila.
This place was beautiful it was elegant, stylish updated and just simply beautiful. A room was wonderfully appointed very clean and what you would expect from a Japanese hotel. It exceeded our expectations.

It’s location is wonderful because it’s adjacent to the Newport mall and you don’t even have to walk outside just walk out through the second floor down a hallway in your in this mall with wonderful restaurants and shopping.
It’s close to the airport too.
They helped provide me with the shuttle service to and from the airport so I didn’t have to stress.
Traveling internationally is sometimes a challenge but staying here made it very easy

Finding a clean Safe Hotel in Manilla is not always easy. This place was awesome.
It was impeccable. Clean, safe and beautiful. 5 stars all around. It is part of a complex of hotels and a mall and casinos, all indoors so no need to go outside.
Very close to the Airport and their concierge can provide pickup and drop-off to the airport. Room service was delicious. You cand go wrong here. I will stay here again.

Loved the rooms, food was limited but delicious. The staff didn't pick up the inroom cart and we had to call twice. Yes both times but never came. We waited 30 min..sleep time so wheeled the into hallway so stale plate smell wouldnt interfer with sleep

Great location if you need to be close to Terminal 3 but otherwise, it's a strange hotel. The rooms facing the inside of the hotel get absolutely no sunlight at all so it's very gloomy. None of the restaurants are open yet and the front desk at the ground floor is only temporary.
