The woman at the front desk was so kind explaining everything to me, check in was super easy, breakfast was great, and my room was SO stylish. This was probably the cutest hotel room I’ve stayed in while traveling Europe. It’s extremely close to Liseberg amusement park and Scandinavium. The tram is very close too!

Lovely rooms with many thoughtful touches, such as slipper socks and dressing gowns. Friendly staff, great breakfasts, really beautiful and comfortable rooms. Easy to get to the entertainment areas and museums around Universeeum/Museum of World Culture/Liseberg, and you can walk into town or get the tram just a few minutes away. Lots of great independent restaurants and cafes nearby. I'd absolutely come again if travelling without children.

The location is fantastic—not the busy downtown but close enough to be convenient to get everywhere. Breakfast was awesome. The room— while smaller than expected was clean and the bed super comfy. You felt cared for by the hotel— small details like free water and cookies were very nice perks. There is no sauna on site rather a partnership and reduced rate with one a km away.

Fantastic stay, highly recommend!

Loved our stay at the hotel! Beds, bedsheets and duvet was so comfy that I wantet to buy them.
Free coffe/tea/water and some sweet snacks 24h, which we loved! The breakfast was lovely, the staff super nice and the location was good. The room was equipped with hairdryer, makeup mirror, dust roller (for clothes) and was overall very good. Only thing I could have wished for was a small fridge in the room to put in some cold drinks, but thats trivial really, and did not affect our happiness at all.
I loved that the hotel was not a chain, and it really felt cute and extraordinary.
Definitely staying here again!

It is a very cute hotel in downtown Gothenburg, very chic and boutique and easy to access public transportation. If you have a car, this is not a hotel to stay at as well they claimed to have on-site parking. They don’t actually have that many spaces on site and it’s a first come first serve so you have to park in a random parking lot down the street and hope that their spacefor you there. The staff was very nice and very courteous but this is also not a hotel to stay at if you have any mobility issues as they have an elevator. For you there. The staff was very nice and very courteous but this is also not a hotel to stay at if you have any mobility issues as they have a elevator, but it is very tiny and can barely fit one person and their luggage, and they have a lot of stairs to get in and around the hotel, without any handrails, which also makes it very difficult if you are traveling alone and have mobility issues. To be fair we were notified ahead of time that they were not very accessible and could not meet any bathroom accommodation requests, but they did not specify the difficulty in getting around and into the hotel.

Had a great stay for 2 days. The staff was uniformly upbeat and helpful. The rooms are unique, on the smaller side by American standards but well appointed and equipped. Comfortable bed and great shower. An easy and quick tram ride from Gothenburg Central Station or a 20 minute walk, in the Heden neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants nearby and nice area. Easy to get to the Haga District and other noteworthy sites via tram (get day pass at 7-Eleven and tap on tram or bus to activate). They serve a nice breakfast in the morning and have coffee available throughout the day. I definitely recommend staying here, it was great.

Mysigt nära Mässan

Mysigt hotel med god frukost i lugn miljö. Stort fint rum med skön säng. Bra läge nära Mässan. Förvarade väskan på hotellet under dagen vi bar på mässan.
Oerhört liten hiss.
Fina skönhetsprodukter i dusch och ansiktsmask, rengöring och ansiktskräm.
Badrockar på rummet. Te och kaffe vid reception. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Intimt og koselig hotell

Veldig intimt og koselig hotell, følte nesten at vi var hjemme hos noen. Hyggelig personalet og veldig god frokost. Et ekstra pluss for at vi kunne få kaffe/te, kald drikke og croissanter akkurat når vi måtte ønske det. Det var passe gåavstand til byen, og orket vi ikke å gå kunne man ta trikken rett utenfor.

Nice staff, but that does not compencate no a/c, you eiter stay right next to traffic or by a very noisy backyard. Not much to choose from for breakfast.

Mysigt hotell med fina rum! Trevlig personal. Frukosten var bra, inget jättestort utbud men helt ok. Extrasängen/bäddsoffan knarrade otroligt mycket men den stora sängen var väldigt bekväm. Bra läge! Kommer gärna tillbaka.

Fint ældre hotel - med masser af charme og hygge. God beliggenhed og trods omgivelserne med sportsarena og sporvogne udenfor - var der roligt om natten.
Gode senge og puder/dyner.

Morgenbuffet rigtig god og kan anbefales.

Personalet imødekommende og serviceminded.

Excellent quality hotel

This is a very beautiful hotel. I travel a lot to Gothenburg and this hotel is easily a top 5 in terms of quality of the room and well kept interior.

The breakfast, by Swedish standards, is really not good. The breakfast is the quality of a much lower level hotel, meaning it’s fine but it does not match how nice the hotel is.

If breakfast is not important to you, definitely worth staying.

Ett sött litet hotell med fantastiskt fin personal. Rummen är charmiga och personliga, som om man var hemma hos någon. Dock lite klaustrofobiskt med en pytteliten hiss som stannade om man råkade stå för nära dörren. Och många trappor att gå om man som jag bodde högst upp. Det knarrade mycket i tak och väggar när någon gick på konferensavdelningen ovanför. Lite för trångt i badrummet, fick lov att ha dörren öppen för att kunna få plats på toaletten. Men personalens bemötande vägde upp det hela.
