It was a very pleasant stay at the hotel, we highly recommend any look for a true peaceful vacation with white sand beach. It is a bit isolated, but who care when everything is here. Shuttles available daily with an easy registration at the reception, shuttles pick and drop you off central Nha Trang and airport. Staffs are very nice and helpful, we particularly appreciated administrative staffs like Pho, Hung, and Hoang, Quyen from morning dinning, and massage therapists Khuyen and Linh.

A beautiful resort with very friendly staffs. It locates in a quiet and peaceful place. We really like the food in resort bar and restaurant. By the way, our children loved the pool and activities. Highly recommend this resort for people who are looking a beautiful, crystal water beach.

Good stay away from city. Standard was average.

We went after New Year so it was less people. Its a good thing and also bad since their buffet was closed down one morning and we got ala cart menu. The restaurant food was good not excellent but expensive for Vietnam. The service wasn't minimal for low season days but then weekend with more guests they were more attentive. Massage was below average for what we paid for. We thought it was a high quality spa but unfortunately the masseuse weren't well trained.

Super bad experience.
The receptionist tried to overcharge us for an 8 year old kids, they wanted to charge the kid the same price as an adult,
we arrived there almost midnight, they tried to make thing complicated by overcharged the kids that coming with me for extra fee.
then we came down the day after they said that just a mistake even we talked back and forth almost an hour the night before.
If you about to stay here, making sure that you make the receptionist explain for everything before you pay.

Resort was nice, room was nice, staff was excellent. Due to lack of guests the second morning we were there the buffet was cancelled but we could order as much as we wanted from the breakfast menu. The beach was beautiful except there was some plastic floating around. No doubt from the fishing village further south down the beach. Do not go there for a walk ....you will not like what you see...the beach there is just a trash dump. So sad that the locals don't take care of their home and source of their livelihood.

Sehr gute Lage an traumhaftem Strand.
Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Anlage ist nicht mehr ganz neu, aber sehr gepflegt.
Was man wissen sollte:
Bei Anreise wird eine Kaution von 100 Dollar in bar an der Rezeption verlangt. Weil man diese aber nicht so einfach dabei hat, wurden als \"Ersatz\" auch 50 Euro genommen. Der Schein wird in einrm Umschlag deponiert und seine Nummer auf der Quittung notiert. Bei der Abreise wird der Schein aus dem Umschlag entnommen. In einem Fall wurde nach langer Diskussion auch ganz auf die Kaution verzichtet, weil glaubhaft gemacht wurde, über nicht genug Bargeld zu verfüfen.
Vom Personal sprechen nur einige wenige Englisch, so dass die Kommunikation schwierig gestaltet.

Honestly, thanks to Mr. Hoang’s kind and thoughtful assistance, I had such a wonderful stay at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything went smoothly. Whenever I had a question or needed help, he responded quickly and with genuine care, which really made the whole experience feel warm and personal. Because of his professionalism and friendly attitude, my trip became even more memorable and comfortable. I truly appreciate his outstanding service and would absolutely love to stay at this hotel again in the future.

What an amazing resort! We loved our 3-night stay at Pax Ana. The staff were super friendly and caring, and the lifeguards amazed us with their skills—rowing traditional Vietnamese round boats and even making handicrafts from natural materials. The lifeguards Mr. Tiến, Mr. Hoà, Mr. Tài showed a creative and sustainable obsession, which was a real inspiration. Many of the resort’s artworks are handmade in a sustainable way: shells and other stranded beach items are collected and reused, such as e.g. the beautiful shell Christmas tree.
The same team then taught us their arts and handicrafts, which we experienced all thanks to the incredible, supportive and caring Activities Manager Mr. Hoàng. We have never experienced a more dedicated activities manager arranging a longer car ride to a dive trip.
The breakfast offered a wide range of choices. The food was delicious. We enjoyed the Spa treatments very much.
Every detail of the resort is beautifully designed, and being right on the stunning beach made it perfect for our family. We highly recommend this 5-star resort!
