Room. Pillows had to be folded in half and still didn’t have a decent pillow asked for more they didn’t have any. Room obviously wasn’t properly cleaned-ashes still on top of microwave. Smoke detector was unplugged and hidden under microwave-OSHA violation. Windows didn’t lock-OSHA violation. Fire alarms going off middle of night with no explanation.
Stayed at many Microtels in other states never had this issue. Should get compensated for this miserable experience.

Knowing that a winter storm was coming, the staff failed to do even the most basic precautions for ice and snow. At a minimum, salt could have been put on sidewalks, but no, that did not happen. Instead, a computer printed message stating that the sidewalks and parking area was icey, and they were not responsible for any slips or falls.

There was extreme ice in the outside walkways, driveway and entrance. Instead of salting or shoveling, they simply put up signs that the hotel could not be held responsible. Welcome to trouble.

Almost all the white towels are gray, look like either too old or not washed well. It is not easy to access the TV in room keep getting weak signal message for every channel. Too much/heavy bad/cigarette smell on the corridor.

The pictures online is very deceiving. I didn't stay at the hotel after checking in. I went to room and it wasnt ready and there were bugs dead and alivein cabinets and on counter. Went to let front desk know the guy was aurging with a customer and left counter to follow him outside lets just say police was called. Do not recommend this place.

I booked this room for one night and did not stay although it wasn't refundable. Was given a room that had dirty looking bedding and was moved to another room with the same issue so I booked another hotel. Staff was friendly despite problems.

There was no one initially at the desk when we got there, had to wait about 10 minutes. The person had left the premises with no one for back up. When we got to the room - the Television didn't work, the bathroom door worked but was basically broken, the toilet paper dispenser was broken, and the place just seemed to be....old. Bed was comfy though.

Bugs & Deplorable condition. We checked into room 217, flipped switch in bath, didn't work. Turned on second light to see the tub crawling with bugs. Changed to room 221, only one bug. The room was so ratty. Walls crumbling, holes in carpet, no handles on the faucet. Noisy. I will not be staying in Wyndham properties again. They should be ashamed.

Entire hotel smells like cigarettes. All of our stuff smelled like cigarettes when we left even though we had a nonsmoking room. Bed linens were dirty with visible crust and had burn holes in them. Multiple stray cats near the entrance. I would not stay here again. We thought we got a lucky bargain with this last minute booking but now we have to dry clean all of our coats and air out our suitcases and shoes.

Horrible place. There was roaches, the room had mold that unfortunately didn't see until I was leaving. There were no handles on the bathroom sink. The smell of tobacco on the rug was horrendous. The tub looked old and dirty. I didn't want to touch anything. The breakfast was gone by 8:30 am when we came down for breakfast even the coffee. The options were waffles, cereal and blueberry muffins. The worse stay ever.

The hotel looked beautiful from the outside. The hotel is not the worst but it definitely is need of a renovation. The best part of the hotel is the staff. When I checked in the attendant at the desk was very friendly and helpful. I needed a 12 pm checkout and she was very accommodating. The room was very old but it was okay for one night. I did not like that the toilet stool was frayed and falling apart, it definitely should have been changed before having guests occupy the room. This was good for one night but I do not recommend this as a place to stay for longer than a weekend or a couple of days. Parking was readily available and I was not charged any parking fees.

Room was dirty upon arriving and smelling like cat/dog pee. There were cigarette butts in the floor, and othe trash, could tell the room was never vacuumed. After the first night, saw a baby cockroach in the fridge and then another adult and baby in the bathroom.
They only provide you with two of the tiniest and flatest pillows. The cleaners also come by on your last day knocking way before checkout time, I was getting dressed to leave.
Couldn't afford to get a room at another hotel so just dealt with it. Won't be going back.

The entire hotel needs a deep cleaning. Although the sheets were changed and the bathroom was cleaned, everything was very run down. The sheets were stained, the inner blanket had holes burned in it, the bedspread was stained and dirty. The window cushion had burns and stains, the windows had something smeared on them, the desk had a mini fridge and microwave stacked on it. Furniture handles were missing, the desk chair was stained. No Kleenex in holder, shampoo was supplied but no conditioner, no bedside lamps. The \"breakfast\" was dry cereal, waffle and bagel. No fruit, yogurts, eggs...no jelly, peanut butter or cream cheese to put on bagel. Pretty much anything that could be skimped on, was. ...and a few cockroaches to top it off. But, no evidence of bed bugs!!

Wifi was not usable speed. First room I was given had stains on the sheets and a cockroach trap. Second room didn’t have these things. Breakfast was great if you like gluten and sugar - waffles and syrup, sugary cereal, bagels and butter, sweet muffins, and the occasional cockroach (and coffee). No coffee maker in the room.

I was qouted one price for my pet, but charged another when i arrived. Attempted to extend my stay but was qouted $150 above what i saw online. This did not include the pet fee.The owner attempted to get me to pay him cash, then asked me to leave because I called him on his actions.

The rooms are not truly non- smoking, the upholstery is dirty. I cleaned and sterilized my own accommodations.

I will not suggest this location to any of my clients

The facility needs a major uplift. The room was dingy, the bed sheets stained, the wall behind the toilet was torn the toilet itself was loose on the bolts and the toilet seat was loose. The faucet and tub was rusty, there were loose and broken tiles in the bathroom. The place was just run down.

It served its purpose, needing a place to sleep that was inexpensive close to where we were needing to be. But the ownership should really take some more pride in the property and actually put some work into sprucing up a little bit.

The front desk clerk well not discourteous very much seem to care less about anything going on. The breakfast in the morning lacked the components to make it complete.

Overall you can just tell the management does just enough to keep it afloat and avoid putting any real money into the property.

What I use it again if there weren't a lot of other options, sure. But I certainly wouldn't call it nice. The online pictures are completely misleading and the actual reality looked nothing like what they're advertising.

Just overall horrible. Door to our room had no dead bolt, both of the handles to our bathroom sink were broken off, room smelt horrible, multiple stains on the sheets, and the curtains had huge brown smear stains on them. Worst of all, the bed was so uncomfortable and lumpy, it felt like a deflating air mattress.

The room is very filthy. The laundry room didn't have working washer and dryer. The staff weren't any help when I Advised them of the issue. They were rude when asked if I could use cleaning supplies to clean the room I was told NO!!! I'VE BEEN BITTEN BY SOME TYPE OF INSECTS WHICH I HAVE BEEN LEFT WITH BITE MARKS OVER MY BODY FROM SITTING IN OR SLEEPING ON THE FURNITURE!!
