An oasis in the middle of chaotic Phuket. We stayed at the 2 bedroom villa for 3 nights, beautifully appointed rooms, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The private pool is a dream, comes with its own water fall and outdoor shower. The ground of the hotel is lush and manicured. The hotel breakfast is delicious and full of options. Hotel is conveniently located right next to the famous karon beach. 5 star experience. We are meh about Phuket in general, but the hotel is the high light of Phuket.

The property is beautiful and layed out in Kata area. The problem is my wife and I purchased a villa in Rawai and were looking for a place to call home while our villa was being upgraded. We ran into a few complications and because we payed in full for the week, the property held us to a NO REFUND policy for the few days of an emergency. We could have been long time guests of the Malisa, but will never visit again, nor recommend it. We have been to 89 countries and will call Rawai Thailand or 4th home. BUT NEVER THE MALISA VILLA

Nothing more wonderful than having your own villa with your own pool and complete privacy, Chefs arrive each morning to make your breakfast, ad lunch and dinner can also be done in the villa if you want or there is a restaurant on site. Location is spot on, end of a quiet street but just a few minutes walk to all the restaurant's bars and beach. Staff is over the top amazing and try their hardest to make sure everything is perfect for you . Highly recommend if you want quiet away from the hussle bussle and you own enclosed private space

Stayed here for 10 nights with my wife November 2019. staff where amazing couldn’t do enough for you, villas and pool cleaned every day as well as fresh bed linen and towels. Only 2 minor grips 1. WiFi kept dropping out
On some of the furnishings could have done with a spruce up. All in all I would highly recommend this property

This is not a 5 star hotel in Anyway shape or Form ! I’m extremely disappointed I paid 300 a day for this property plus paid for breakfast in advance and never had it since the breakfast was about 4 items and everything cold and a tiny al cart menu ! Won’t be back here

This place is very nice. Upon arrival we were greeted with fresh juice (very tasty btw) and a fresh flower bracelet. They parked my car and took us and our bags in a one of those golf cart to our villa. The villa itself was very clean the pool, bed, shower, kitchen. They come in in the evenings to light mosquito repellent. They have 24/7 room service although sometimes they don’t always have everything on there. For example I wanted a papaya shake, chocolate cake, and a brownie that were on the menu but they were not available. The breakfast was decent kind of a limited menu but they have fresh fruit and juice, toast, cereal, croissants, and a salad bar? The location itself is nice and quite. Outside of the resort there are restaurants, massage places, fresh fruit stands, and little stores. When we went the spa was closed for renovations so we weren’t able to get the in room couples massages we wanted. That was a downside. Another downside is that on Hotels.com in room babysitting services are listed but when I asked the front desk about babysitting they said they don’t do it, so if you’re looking for a place that offers childcare this is not one of them. The only thing I would’ve wanted for my room is a mosquito net I think all the room should have them. It’s a 10 min walk to kata beach. All of the staff is super nice. The privacy of the villa and your own pool is awesome! I would come again but next time without my baby.

We stayed for 1 nights in the Starlight Grandpool villa and I wish we stayed for 10. The level of service at this hotel is unlike any I have experienced anywhere else. Every single member of staff will stop what they are doing to greet you by name with a smile and say hello and they will attend to every need you may have. The villa and its pool was amazing and HUGE,i really love the waterfall pool. the photos do not do it justice. It has gorgeous bathrooms which i dream to own one & the bed is sooooo big & soft. We find ourselves very hard to wake up. The food in the resort was also amazing, breakfast everyday has plenty of options and you can order as much as you want but i recommend Sapum Phuket noodle. I cannot wait to return here in the future.

Very nice place. Villa is superd! Suitabke for honeymoon or family vacation. Peaceful and fully relax at here. Only 1 restaurant in hotel but honestly their food is delicious. Pls enjoy dinner in hotel as well. Only thing is breakfast, tell us is buffet but actually only can select 1 main dish per person. If u want eat more, you need pay 200b. Staff is polite and friendly. Give 5 star to staff.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was amazing. There was quite a few mosquitos so bring bug spray. The private pool is perfect for a couple. We did have a hard time finding the hotel though it is tucked away off the main road and inbetween a few stores. But it's about a 3 minute walk from the beach and stores. A really good location

it was a great week for me and family. the villa was worth the money. the room and the facilities are good. biggest points to all staff who are very warm & helpful from the receiption, spa, the ladies who prepared the bfast...even the security at the main gate as well.
heard from other reviews about mosquitoes..yes its true but the staff came every evening to prepared the repellent which was a big help.
the breakfast at villa was good. i took all 5 nites with bfast which I think I should only take 1-2 considering the menu are limited to 3 package selection plus I should explore bfast at nearby local restaurants. the kata beach is just 1-2 min walk!
the only issue that I have is the on-going construction by nearby building which u can hear a bit of it. but again, it is outside malisa villa property.

overall, this is the place if you plan to relax with family. the access to kata beach is only few minutes walking distance..same with restaurants, 7 eleven, taxi/tuk tuk. will come again in future!

I booked and paid for 5 nights on arrival I checked into my room and immediately was dissatisfied first impression was that there had been no maintenance for a long time the a-c was not working properly the place smells musky and dirty I went into the bathroom to find a rather large window which would of been nice if there wasn’t a block of flats looking directly at the shower no privacy at all. Asked to have another room which was private like I had asked for previously by email the staff said they could just put up a bit of cane to make it private????.... No not good enough....I was taken to another room which had the same problems of lack of privacy and run down room. The pictures are obviously photo shopped for this motel there is no privacy as there is large units both sides of this property which look directly into your rooms the gardens in the rooms are none existent just dirt in garden beds the a-c units are old and not working properly the place is basically run down and dirty by no means is this 5 star I decided to check out after 1 hour after speaking to the manager and wanting a refund he could only offer me half my money back and I am still waiting for him to reply to my emails about this luckily Expedia has been able to contact him and help me.... do not book this motel it is not as advertised and is definitely not 5 star way over priced and again run down

A great destination

If you want a plunge pool, relaxing vibes, privacy, brekkie cooked in your villa, day spa, 24 hour room service, outdoor shower, daily filled minibar and limo transfer from the airport thats all a step away from the busy streets of Kata beach then Malisa Villa Suites is for you! While we paid extra for the transfer, it beats haggling outside with the taxi dudes. A two minute walk to kata beach. Well located near plenty of restaurants, massages and shops. A few tiles fell off the bathroom wall, perhaps the renovation on some villas is needed. It was clean and easy! Go the Grand Villa, it was worth every penny..

We had a really lovely stay at Malisa. The hotel staff was really warm and polite, and the facilities and ambiance was nice and romantic for our little getaway. I don't have much complaints aside from the sub-par food served by room service.

I would highly recommend staying there for the room and privacy it provides.

Good villa, terrible service.

The villa was nice, however they have a terrible service and don't care about their residents. In a hurry to catch our ride, my wife left 3 diamond rings on the table to go ziplining. When we got back, the rings were not there, so we notified the receptionist on duty that night who told us that they'll look for them. Next day, they said that they could not find them, so we asked them to dial the tourist police for us which they did, but the tourist police could not speak English very well. So, I asked Malisa's front desk to call for us while we check out, they said sure they'll do. I wanted a report to use for my travel insurance. We went to another hotel and checked in and called malisa villas asking what happened regarding the police. They informed me that the called the police and that they'd come the next day. Later in the next day, I called Malisa again, to my surprise, they told me that I have to go to the police myself. After I went to Patong police which they sent me to Chalong which they sent me to Karon police station (responsible for Kata Beach area), I was told that I should have called the police right away in order for the police to investigate before the rings leave the property. Thus, to me Malisa Villa seemed to me like they were trying to delay me contacting the police.

Also, the Villa's pool filtration system was annoying like some beast was snoring.

As for the spa, we booked a massage at 5pm, but they didn't show up until 720pm.

Amazing Find!

We loved our ten-night stay at Malisa Villas. I'm sure we'll visit this fantastic resort again. There were some details that I wanted to note.

Firstly, our timing was a bit off, with our flight arriving in Phuket at 10am. Our transfers were looked after quickly, having us arrive at reception at around 11:30. I was worried, thinking that we'd have to do something to occupy ourselves before check-in time, but the resort was ready for us with our hosts ready to greet us, welcome us with a drink, flower bracelet-type-of-thing, fruit platter, and golf cart transportation to our villa..

Breakfasts were fantastic- cooked in our villa, with a choice of American, Chinese or Phuket set menus. The cooks were on time every day and the food was to a high standard. The layout of the villas had us eating at a nice dining table by our pool.

Cleaning was regular and of a high standard. A team of five people would come in to our villa and look after everything with precision. There were a few storms around and lots of greenery, which meant a few leaves in the pool- this was looked after by a dedicated pool guy who kept the facility in top order. Security was on the front gate and were friendly.

The complimentary minibar (re-filled every day) was appreciated and kept us looked after for snacks and such.

There was a fantastic massage place metres from the gate (\"Peach Massage and Beauty\") and a number of restaurants in the same street (Soi Malisa), offering good quality food.

Used to be very pleasant hotel, nowadays very run

Completely unqualified staff running reception upon arrival...
Presentation without slightest class, and completely unable to show how to work information and room service system through keyboard connected to main TV screen.
No wine of any sort available in the hotel...but some was ordered..things would be better next day...!?
Lots of petty complaints of similar sort.
Unless reliable source would confirm me that the place had fully been renovated and re-organised, ... I would not go back there.... what a pity !

Good hotel close to the beach

Really close to the beach, just 5 mins walk away. It's at the end of a short 2 min walk quiet road, with plenty of shops and restaurants at the entrance of the road. There are a few convenience stores too. All in great location.

Not much to say, really.
The rooms were clean, the bed was large, however everything was very tired and worn out to be honest.
We did try to utilise the Spa discount voucher, however on both occasions we were told that there was only one staff member available, so we could not have 2 facials or pedicures at the same time.
We did find a lovely spa on the main road called Darin Spa, so we went there instead.
The only person eating in the restaurant daily was the owner. Soi Malissa is full of empty shops and is quite depressing, it is the only street with empty shops. Why?

Spent a night at Malisa villas. The weather was bad so our room would have been delayed for check in almost 2hrs - instead, Mike (awesome staff!) helped us with a free upgrade to famiy villa w private pool. The porter was helpful and golf kart'ed us to our villa. The space, comfort and furniture was comfortable and clean. Our pool was a little aged but overall well maintained. The in-room computer was useful to order, bathroom was large and the Mrs was very pleasure. Our jacuzzi in the bathroom was in perfect condition and not as noisy as other reviews claimed - however, it took almost 90mins for the tub to fill w hot water. The small inconvenience are mosquitos which the hotel tried to fix by giving free insect spray and wall-plugged repellant. I suggest buying a bottle of natural citronella oil to rub on yourself. Breakfast service was excellent, but I may reconsider ordering in room dining (it took almost 2hrs to arrive and honestly, there are more tasty and value for money options outside the hotel complex). I strongly suggest hiring a scooter from the hotel for 300 baht a day, get a helmet w visor. Karon market is a 5min bike ride away.. and ALOT of good bars with live band when u come out and turn right from the hotel. Love this place. We will be back. Our villa was 1407, which had complete privacy in the pool.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Rooms are nice and clean. Other then too many mosquitoes. However, staff sprayed the room every night.

Away from the HKT airport, offers privacy.

This was our return stay. One of the better location with nearby shops, restaurants, massage parlors along the entrance to the hotel
Our previous stay was very quiet and nice, but this time we were often interfered by the neighboring family villa with uncontrolled screaming children, although this was not the fault of the hotel staff, nevertheless the result was the same. Be sure to inquire about the neighboring villa guests to ensurr quietness.

The in-villa breakfast was excellent--one of the reasons for selecting this hotel for us.

A quiet oasis near the beach and everything else

We spent 7 days/6 nights in Malisa Villa Suites. The villa was great and the staff super helpful.
The hotel is very quiet and feels like alone on the planet whilst it is very close to one of the best beaches in Phuket and near shops, restaurants and everything else.
We loved the breakfast served by a chef and an assistant in the villa. The hot food is prepared right there by the chef.
The staff are very accommodating and helped with everything we asked them for.
Will definitely go back to the same hotel when we visit Phuket next time.

Peaceful haven close to beach and restaurants.

Malisa villas are a group of villas set back 200m down a side road from the main road. The side road has a number of restaurants and bars, all acceptable none exceptional. Plenty of massage and suit shops. Main road has more of the same plus various shops 7-11, mini markets etc where you can get anything you need. Down other side streets are plenty of markets open until 10pm or so which sell clothes, bags, hats, souvenirs. Beach is over the main road another 150m. Long sandy beach, lots of waves to play in, can hire body boards, surf lessons, parasailing trips, etc. Busy but big enough to get away from others if willing to walk a few hundred metres along the beach.

Malisa itself is good. Hotel arranged pick up (1200 baht was probably expensive but we arrived at night and I wasn't risking it). We had 2 villas. They have an inner bedroom, bathroom, lobby, which is sealed off from mosquitos and very nice. Air conditioning works well. Beds (big double) were good. Bathroom had both bath and shower. Outer room has long sofa, table, dinner table and kitchen. We didn't cook but had breakfast in the room every day - they come and make it - was great. And there is your own pool plus 2 loungers. Had a good jet so can use as an exercise pool to swim, and water feature down the wall. The pool was mostly in shade but occasionally in full sun. There are mosquitos in the outer room and we collected a few bites when out but antihistamine and repellent minimise problem.

WE check in on the 3rd and stayed in Room 1502, on the 4th night time, when we back, we need to take a shower, then found the water coming out with oil and smell of Kerosene, and we cannot take shower, so we call the reception, and they sent somebody to come and check it out, then we demand to change to another room for us, so reception said will be ready in 15 minutes, after that we shift to 1605, if this kind of incident occurred, hotel should apologize to the customer on this really strange thing, but just changed another room for you, that's all

Very private villa yet close to beach.

This is our 2nd time at the villa. Love how quiet it is. Unfortunately the spa was under renovation during our stay. Absolutely love the in-villa breakfast. Service is excellent. Staff are prompt and polite. Within 2 mins walk are restaurants and cafes. The beach is just 5 mins away. Patong town is just 20min by taxi.

Pool is decent. A lot of mozzies. Birds are annoying during breakfast. We had to call the staff to remove the dirty dishes else the birds would make a mess.

Found a few dead cocokroaches in the bathroom and even brought one home in my suitcase. I guess because they just fumigated the place. Nice to know that the villa is kept up well.

Beautiful villa!

We were there for the Labour Day holiday and it was the low peak season. The villas are mostly quiet and peaceful. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs just by the entrance. The staff were very attentive and helpful. We broke a glass at midnight and they arrived within minutes to clean the glass. However, I would very much prefer if they could arrive with a vacuum cleaner instead of merely picking up the shards.

Nice hotel - close to the beach - amazing staff

Points of strength:

1-Privacy.
2-location is amazing.
3-Staff is very helpful.
4-Beach is very near and a very nice clean beach .
5-lots of restaurant, market ,bars and 7 eleven around you.

Points of weaknesses and could be improved:

1-Wifi stopped working several times and took time to be resolved.
2-Swimming pools required a built in filter instead of cleaning it with an external filter every day.
3-the staff preparing the breakfast are nice but need to wear gloves in their hand while serving the breakfast and need to insure that no flies fell while cooking food as on my last day breakfast is served with a mosquito cooked with the food .

The Hotel is getting a little tired and run down. Rooms and bathrooms not overly clean. Outside pool area and furniture a bit worn and weatherbeaten.
Staff are lovely. In room prepared breakfast very nice touch.

I have stayed at Malisa Villa on several occasions and will keep on returning. The rooms are comfortable, the staff are friendly and the location is convenient to transport, beach restaurants etc. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a recharge or for a romantic getaway.

We enjoyed 5 nights in a Grand Villa. We had an awesome stay. The staff were extremely friendly and always greeted us with a smile at the start and end of our day! Loved the private villa and pool. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the restaurant or in your villa which is nice. Mini bar items are also included which was a nice touch. The location is very central with plenty of restaurants, massage places and shops right outside your door.

Beautiful villa in a great location.

We stayed 6 nights at Malisa on our honeymoon and loved it. Beautiful villa with a lot of character. Staff were extremely helpful. It's in a great location too with restaurants, massage, shopping right as you step out the front of the hotel. The beach is just a few mins away. Only recommendation is to replace the pool tiles as it would add the extra wow and fix some boards around the pool. But we had a fantastic time.

Best relaxing holiday in a long time

We were given a wrist band of fresh flowers & a welcome drink on check in. The villa was beautiful! (We stayed in the pool villa) The bed was huge & comfortable with fresh clean bedding & towels every day.All the staff were very pleasant & our every need was quickly filled. If you go in the rainy season I would advise taking as much mozzie protection as you can possibly fit in your luggage. There are electric repellents for the bedroom which worked great, but outside near the TV & pool you WILL be bitten! But that's the climate, nothing they can do about that (We bought mosquito coils to burn) Overall we had a great time, quiet,private & relaxing, and within 5 mins of local bars/restaurants & 10 mins to the beach, so an excellent location. The oven in the small kitchenette is pretty useless though, because they don't provide any cooking utensils at all if you want to cook your own meal. I'm assuming this is to get you to buy their restaurant food & room service, which we did on one evening, but thought it rather disappointing with under cooked hard potatoes & veg & quite pricey too, but the local restaurants are cheap & food very good. I would definitely stay here again, thank you Malisa Villas for a great holiday :0)

Wonderful stay

We loved the appletv provided, and the private pool that was linked from the room where you can jump straight in! Loved the location as well, as it is private yet near to the beach and many restaurants available at the doorstep. Absolutely love their breakfast too, where we can have it in the room, with wide selection for you to choose. Definitely a great honeymoon for us!

As we arrived at Malisa, we couldn't have been more excited as the hotel is beautiful in the evening. The staff were very welcoming and happy to book any attractions we wanted to visit. The food and drinks were delicious; my only complaint is the full breakfast, although delicious was very large and expensive and no smaller option was available. That said, the rest of the menu was extensive and could be served in the villa, free if charge. I would also highly recommend the spa

Amazing experience as soon as we stepped into Malisa. Staff were extremely welcoming abd plesant throughout our entire stay, anythinf we asked for that provided or found a way to help. Rooms were amazing, perfect for couples or even a honeymoon. We made use of the complimentary minibar which was a bonus. Hotel was a 5 minute walk to the beach and close to other shops and resturants. Would defintely stay here again!

A rather nice experience

Excellent location and staff. The grounds are well kept and offer a romantic atmosphere. Beds are quite comfortable, TV and Internet are both quite sufficient. The two issues we encountered were mosquitoes entering the room and various drainage issues - plumbing. However, the staff were amiable and understanding. We were upgraded due to a drain overflow in the kitchen area. Minibar is limited, but worth it in my opinion: you get one of everything, and if it is not consumed others are not added. They rent motorbikes on premesis For a very reasonable price and will gladly help you book tours (pickup drop off in the lobby). A gorgeous beach is just a hop skip and a jump away.

Private, peaceful, perfect position

This was our second visit to malisa villas and as wilth our first stay this one was just fabulous. Villa is beautiful, positioned off the main st so peaceful yet only a minute walk to the main street with restaurants and shops and a few minutes more to the beach.

5min walk to Kata Beach and awesome restaurants.

Hotel was lovely and very clean. Rooms were being upgraded whilst we were there, but you would never of known.
Private pool was wonderful. Mozzies were abundant but repelents were provided.
Hotel food was great but right outside your hotel was ten restaurants to choose from, yummo.
Great place for a relaxing and chilling out holiday. Don't rely on the television as programmes were crap. Take a great book and enjoy the peace.

Very polished resort. Staff extremely helpful & courteous. Loved the cooked breakfast in the room. Probably the most you hope for on a holiday is to have no dramas during your stay. This was the case here, just turn up and relax. After breakfast or thereabouts we would generally leave & go walkabout (beach,shopping,sightseeing) and return between 1pm-4pm. Staff got to know this and as we left they were just about waiting to clean our suite. Sooooo good to come back to a clean fresh room!!!. Read reports about mosquitoe problems (stayed mid October) but was hardly a problem. Had spray & repellent supplied if needed but was hardly a issue.(Worse back at home in Brisbane)The room we stayed in was a bit scratched & bruised(furniture & fittings) but not in a state of disrepair. All lounge covers and bedding linen was up to date.TV in bedroom & open lounge area. Mini bar replenished each day.

Located 5 minutes walk from Kata Beach, Malisa Villa Suites is a lovely place to stay.

Pro: Close to the beach, restaurants, shops and tuktuks. Private pool. Great service and a well equipped gym. Good spa/massage. Nice breakfast prepared in the morning.

Con: We were next to a room with kids, so there were days where it was rather noisy outside. The outdoor area could do with a small revamp.

Hotel and staff second to none in our travels

We stayed 18 nights at Malisa for our honeymoon. Their Grand Pool Villas were a very reasonable price. Having breakfast included and prepared in our villa was a luxury that we enjoyed. The daily free mini bar was a bonus also. The housekeeping staff went out of their way to clean our room and take care of any special item we requested. We would recommend a Villa with less tree cover to enjoy the sunshine. We requested and were moved to one that was recently renovated after a day or so, and enjoyed immensely the privacy of the pool and the daily sunshine on our pool deck.

Loved the room with pool

Breakfast cooked in your room for you, then all the washing up collected and taken away...what is there not to like! This is not an extra it is the norm. Everyone was extremely helpful and smiley, nothing was too much trouble.
As we arrived in the evening after 16 hours travel we decided on room service; it arrived fairly quickly, the table was laid for us and all we had to do was eat.
The pool almost inside, next to the lounge and kitchen, was a wonderful surprise....I thought that I had read the write up incorrectly.The mini bar was refilled daily with soft drink and beer at no cost at all.
Taxis and tuc tucs are at the bottom of the street and the drivers that we used were all very helpful. One did suggest that he took us on a tour, initially we did not want this but he wore us down....and we are very glad he did as we would not have heard so much about the history of the places we visited. Another insisted that he waited for us even though we did not have a clue how long we would be, he did not charge us extra.
Would definitely stay again.

Although it's situated close to Kata beach, the resort itself is tucked away.

Service is fantastic as staff are attentive. Breakfast wasn't the best, but its complimentary so can't complain.

Minibar is free and great.

Make sure you take lots of insect repellant when you want to chill poolside. It's Phuket, can't blame it on the hotel.

Beautiful Vila but the staff are too new

Hotel does not have taxi call service. I have to walk out and get taxi out in the street as taxi won't come in and pick up passenger. Most staff has a few month working time there so they always have to check with so and so or act like they know the procedure when they do not. Food is excellent here though.

As I'm a killa of villa with pools, I always go for a beach destination vacation throughout my holidays. Compared to the other villas and locations that Ive been to, this is one of the memorable stay. Firstly it was because of the service then followed by the hotel itself. I was staying at the grand pool villa. Definitely is amazing. The pool would have been perfect if it has a jacuzzi in it also at a small corner. The room, living area, dining area and bathroom is spacious. I need a quick getaway from the busy cities and this place, is definitely a must try if ya in kata beach. Walking distance of about 10 mins to the beach from hotel location. And all along the streets just outside the hotel u can find a lot of restaurants/cafés/bars. It's a good location for families and couples.

Getting a little shabby, but still a great hotel

Malisa has probably seen better days, but it is still a wonderful place to stay. Some of the deck boards around our pool were pulling up, and there were obvious paint drips where careless touch ups had been done. That being said, this was a great place to relax. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the location is just a few blocks from Kata beach and is near restaurants and bars. The grounds were well kept, and very attractive. While did have to deal with Mosquitos, this is the price you pay for visiting a tropical country. There are Mosquitos just about anyplace warm near water. We were given bug spray, they sprayed our room whenever we asked, and they sprayed the grounds daily. They did everything possible to eliminate Mosquitos and make our stay enjoyable. Relaxing in the pool was well worth the risk of a bug bite. One word of warning though, the restaurant on the property was a bit of a let down. I ordered a T-bone steak, and was the worst cut of meat I have laid eyes on. Full of gristle and tendons, I could not cut it with the supplied knife. I sent back the steak, and the staff apologized and offered to replace it at no cost. I had lost my appetite, so I declined. There is better food just up the block anyway. Beware of the steak, but otherwise you will have an excellent stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a romantic getaway spot.

That's right, this hotel is all about comfort and the beds are fantastic.The whole villa invites you to relax and enjoy. Spent many nights at this establishment,and I will come back. Only drawback this time was a stuck sliding door to outdoor shower and they forgot to send staff to cleanout pool from fallen flowers out of the indoor tree. Manageable pains.....

All the villas have total privacy, with atrium pool and waterfall. Outdoor atrium is very comfortable and relaxing , also kitchen where breakfast is cooked and served by your private chef. Minibar is complementary and restocked every day. Sleeping quarters and bathroom very classy with fantastic bed. Staff is wonderful and eager to please. Only cons are the sorrounding area with russian signed restaurants along a small walking street. Laundry also horrendously expensive. All and all, this is the place I always stay when in Phuket.
