Everything right from the beggining was bad!
Our first room none of the lights worked and TV remote didn't operate tv. Being the lights were out it was difficult to see condition of room in detail. Once the office guy came and tried to fix things and was unable to do so he moved us to a other room. Walking to that room their were leaks from the ceiling so trash cans were in the hallway!! The. Our room had old clothes in multiple drawers , mouse droppings in other drawers, a ripped comforter on the bed, only 1 working lamp, no plug in by the bed for chargers only 1 across the room! There was mold in the refrigerator, rips on the chair I could not believe the condition of this room it should be maybe a 30 dollar room not 70 plus. The breakfast was horrible the lost goes on and on. n

Smoke detector appeared to be faulty/disconnected; sheets were worn out, very thin; mold on bathroom ceiling; bathroom fan plugged up with dirt, fire hazard; bathroom ceiling peeling off; standing lamp in room had a base which was coming off, glad I saw it before I was electrocuted.

So gross! The room was so dirty we left after a few minutes. There was pet hair and trash on the floor, a giant spider and some other bug (?) in the bed, stained sheets and mattress covers so I suspect bedbugs. The bathroom had dried pee on a wobbly seat, hair on the sink. It also smelled like smoke and dogs. The front desk (who was nice and the only positive in that dump) said that I could get refunded after contacting Expedia but now management is not honoring the refund request. Avoid this place!

Wrong was disgusting. A non smoking facility but 2 of of 3 blankets had cigarette holes burned into them. Toilet had a black ring mold in it. Bath tub had orange mold around the drain. Someone else’s food in the mini fridge and someone else’s trash in the trash can.

Went to the front desk to bring attention to these problems to a young woman named “ash penny” who didn’t show any empathy or willingness to fix these problems. Gave me the reservation number to call back because he manger Mike that she wouldn’t give me the last name of wasn’t in the hotel to address these long existing problems this location has.

The room was ok for a one night stay, the bed spread had a cigarette burn in it for a non smoking room that’s strange then my husband found a bug in our bed when he pulled sheets back. That was it for me not only did the tv remote was broken and did get replaced the front desk person was extremely helpful changed our room. I said we should have gotten a refund for our inconvenience but because we booked with third party they can’t do anything I have to go through Expedia. This is wrong.

My stay here was not so good at all. The front desk workers dont know to how to operate the computer system they are using. They over charge you for staying on the weekends. Plus they charge a $100 extra that they hold til you checkout. You dont get room service at all while you are staying there. When they check you in they dot explain what they have charged you and you dont get a copy of the receipt to see what you have been charged.

I suppose you get what you get when you spend $67 for a hotel room. Beds were ok. No elevator was inconvenient but whatever. However, my family was appalled by the condition of the bathroom. Toilet seat half broken, mold on the walls, dirty molding around the tub, caked on water deposits on shower head and a dirt stained bath tub. We were afraid to use the shower. Will not be staying here again.

I stayed here only because it was one of the few hotels that was available. It was VT graduation weekend and hotels were booked and super expensive. This hotel needs a total renovation. It is outdated dirty and smelly. Carpeting is filthy and there is a mildew smell.

Needs attention.

It was a basic room. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable enough. The bathroom needs a deep cleaning. All caulk should be removed and renewed. The faucet needs new valves as they both leak when the water is turned on. The bathroom vent fan didn't work and when someone else turned theirs on to vent cigarette smoke the smell of cigarettes permeated the bathroom.

I made reservations back in February and when I got to the hotel they said my room wasn’t ready, check in time was 3 and I was going to a concert. So I asked when will it be ready? They said I could try checking back after the concert!!! Try??? I already paid for the room and now you are saying I can try for a room at midnight basically?!?!?! They ended up giving me a smoking room (I don’t smoke) after I booked for non-smoking. The room we got was so dirty, looked like pee stains on the bed skirts, the chair in the room was all cut up, the lamps shades were and had yellow stains, the room smelled so bad I almost threw up. The fridge and microwave were plugged into a power strip that was plugged into a wall with no outlet cover.. electrical hazard. You couldnt turn the bathroom light on because it was so loud I was afraid someone would complain. I don’t even want to describe what the bathroom looked like. If it wasn’t for me going to a concert and just needed a place to rest afterwards for a few hours so I could drive my 8 hours home I would have slept in my car. I have pictures of this disgusting hotel, this place needs to be shut down I would never in this lifetime recommend or book this place again. Oh and they wanted a deposit!! For what did they think I was going to take their smelly stained stuff with me. The paper on the table was stuck to the dresser. Than goodness I travel with blankets because I was scared half to death of what might be under the covers!!!

Front desk was friendly and allowed for an early check-in despite when calling being told no. Need better pillows in the room. They are the size of decorative pillows and only two per bed. We got back to the room very late and didn't ask for more so they didn't have a chance to give us more.

Whole building smelled of weed constantly, no matter what time of day. Room was outdated but mattresses were very comfy, linens were clean. Nice hot water for long period of time. Good coffee and snacks for breakfast in morning. Our tv never worked, lady up at desk said remote needed to be programmed again so we did and still didn’t work. Tv needs updated because there wasn’t any buttons to manually change channel. Overall, met our needs for our 3 night stay for the price.

Free coffee until 9:00 PM. I love the pets being allowed and the pets deposits but I don't like the daily pet fees. $20 a night (unrefundable), per dog is too much. Room is $50 a night for the human. So, it's $70 a night for me because I have 2 rescue chihuahuas that are my babies. Overall it is a decent deal and place for us. We've been here before and came back. We've actually extended our stay this time around.

The overall stay was acceptable. But there were a few inconveniences for the handicapped.
The back door that was supposed to be unlocked between 8am-8pm was not always unlocked during those hours. My room was 2 doors away from the back door, but I had to go thru the front door and walk almost all the way to the back door to get to my room. My knees and hips don't always work and this was a very painful walk. The soda machine didn't give the correct product. For $2.35 a soda I'd like to get the one I chose. But on a good note, the ice machine worked and the staff was very polite and friendly.

Disgusting facilities! Our non-smoking room smells awfully of fresh cigars and one of the two beds had been used by the staff for a tv (and probably smoke) break! Coffee cup trash and all! Never stay here if you have any ability to stay elsewhere. Total disaster. So disappointing. So frustrating.

As soon as I walked in, the potent smell of marijuana hit me right in the face. The gentleman at the counter was nice enough. I was on the 3rd floor. When I walked into the room, it smelled like someone had just smoked a cigarette. The window was open to the room but it didn't help much. The colors of the hotel were outdated or peeling off the wall. The mattress was stained and the blankets were thin. I hate leaving reviews like this but it was by far one of the worst hotels I have stayed in.

Let me preface this by saying I travel a lot and stay in budget motels. I have LOW expectations beyond clean sheets and a door that locks. I would NEVER recommend this hotel. Would sleep in my car first.

I received an e-mail after I booked the hotel stating than a $100 HOLD on a credit card was required upon check-in. Ok, standard. When went to check-in the lady said that it was a $100 CHARGE that would then be refunded in 3-5 days. I clarified multiple times that it was a CHARGE and NOT a HOLD. She said yes, that I could no it on a card, or in cash that be refunded upon checkout. I was not at all comfortable with that as it was against what was written. Plus the \"lobby\" was dirty, broken, and behind the desk looked like they were in the midst of a move as there was stuff everywhere. Just from the lobby felt super shady and did not inspire trust.
I told her that I wanted to cancel the stay, she said fine, but that I would have to initiate through expedia and that they would approve the refund. I did so in the parking lot. Expedia said that the hotel refused the refund so I went back inside and asked the lady about it. She said that the manager had to approve it tomorrow. Again I confirmed mutliple times that they WOULD approve the refund. She said YES.
Guess what. They didn't. Felt like they do this a lot and just pocket the money...

Stayed at the comfort inn next door and it was lovely.

Very good room for the money. Breakfast was decent, OK for the price. Coffee available all the time. I had to pry the sink drain to allow the water to drain. It seems that the less expensive hotels ALWAYS have a problem with the sink drainage, so this was a minor problem.

Lumpiest mattress ever. Carpet was squishy & smelly. Light near the bed had no receptacle near it. Room was odorous and barely 'clean'. TV Remote was funky.
Mentioned this to the front desk and asked for a different room. The female clerk said \" That what you get when you book on-line!!!\" OMG!. Hospitality - NOT!
Summary: They tick you off on purpose to get you to leave and lose all of your money. SCAM!!!
So, to repeat: they put you up in lesser digs, you mention, and they cause a scene, on purpose, to take your money- and Expedia doesn't care because they're getting paid, too.
Oh, the picture of the property is from 20 years ago - it does NOT look like that now. Immigrants coming to America to treat Americans wrong in their own country. They should kick out the whole family for nefarious business dealings.
