Éviter le rez de chaussée …

C’est la deuxième fois que je me rends dans cet hôtel, la première fois j’étais au dernier étage sous les toits. Cette fois-ci au rez-de-chaussée, pour une femme seule je trouve ça moyen. Première chambre à l’entrée. Des personnes qui fumaient dehors devant la fenêtre étaient très bruyantes. Et le fait d’être au rez-de-chaussée, on entend toutes les chasses d’eau ou l’eau de la douche des étages au dessus s’écouler.J’avais repris cet hôtel qui m’avait fait bonne impression la 1ere fois mais là je suis très déçue. J’ai retrouvé des billes de maquillage dans le lavabo …La literie est tout de même bonne .

A éviter quand il y a des travaux !!

Sur l'ensemble c'est correct, mais j'ai mis une note \"décevante\" car il y avait des travaux de remplacement des ouvertures par carte des portes de chambre; le mercredi dès 8h00 un bruit effroyable dans la chambre à côté ! Le lendemain matin en salle de petit déjeuner même travaux avec meuleuse, marteau, etc... Personnellement j'ai déjà travailler dans des hôtels en tant que société extérieure, et nous ne faisions aucun bruit de percement ou autres avant 9h30 !

Malheureusement, un client (longue durée visiblement ...) peu respectueux a été bruyant durant la nuit. Donc très mauvaise nuit pour moi. C'est dommage, j'étais plutôt fidèle à cet hotel ...

Overnight stay on way home from holiday. A clean comfortable hotel. Warm welcome from staff. Comfy bed and a good shower. Quiet.
Breakfast was a couple of euros dearer than their competitors in this market.

Two motorcyclist. No secure parking. Room was clean and just enough room for two sets of motorcycle luggage. Good restaurant. Draught beer in the bar. Staff were very good. Breakfast very good @ €9.5

Good place to stay on route to ferry

This was exactly what we needed, a reasonably priced hotel and hour or so from Roscoff. The family room was spacious and had everything we needed. The staff were helpful and friendly.

perfect place to stop off as a family on the way to an early morning Ferry in Roscoff. This hotel is just off the motorway (but very quiet) with a few restaurants and shops in close proximity.

Good for weekend break

Decided to go to St Briecq for a weekend and was the first time we had used the Kyriad group of hotels and were not disappointed. Freindly helpful staff although my french is not great still able to communicate. Breakfast room was very clean and pleasant and choice of food was excellent.

Bon séjour.

Quelques problèmes d'eau chaude et de carte de chambre me font enlever 1 étoile.

Et la borne est accessible 24/24 même pour une nuit en cours ce qui n'est pas le cas des autres hôtels dans le même quartier. C'est ce qui m'a permis de trouver une chambre a 2h30 du matin et finalement réservé jusqu'au vendredi suivant.

J'ai apprécié qu'une personne me contacte le soir afin de savoir à quelle heure j'allais arriver et pour me prévenir qu'après 22h30, l'hôtel était fermé et qu'il fallait passer par une borne.

Personnel aimable, chambre confortable, mais le secteur est \"craignos\" avec un F1 et un Première classe à côté en grand manque de rénovation extérieure (j'imagine pas l'intérieur...), abritant des personnes douteuses ... De + la clientèle manque de respect, sur 3 nuitées passées ça causait fort au téléphone à l'étage du dessus jusqu'à minuit... Un peu lourd

J’ai eu droit à une chambre des plus confortables, literie récente, mobilier design refaite à neuve, grand écran plat, salle de bain fonctionnelle avec grande douche, restaurants dans la zone à deux pas…
Personnel avenant et très accueillant.


NÉANMOINS :

Très très bruyant car à 50 mètres de la rocade/ voie express.
Fenêtres ouvertes ou fermées = même résultat
Il serait donc bon de remplacer l’ensemble des fenêtres pour une meilleure insonorisation

Chambre salle (joint de douche, télévision, araignée, taches sur draps et moquette), hôtel extrêmement bruyant dès 8h du matin (ouvriers avec musique à fond, perceuses, et cri dans les couloirs… Au niveau de l’entretien global, il est mauvais, pommeau de douche rempli de calcaire, chasse d’eau en panne, et fenêtre difficile à fermer. Chambre communicante sans verrous. Séjour tout à fait désagréable dans cette hôtel.

Le négatif, c'est la chambre familiale, sommier avec des auréoles, impossible de fermer le velux car il manque la poignée, salle de bain sale, qui sent l'humidité, trop petite pour une suite familiale, seulement un porte serviette, abattant des WC sale, manque d'hygiène, plafond sale, un trou dans la porte de la salle de bain (un coup de pied?), tablette de chevet taché, nous sommes déçus de cette suite, chambre beaucoup trop chère pour cette prestation, pour notre part nous nous ne reviendrons pas chez vous pour un prochain voyage.

Nous sommes ravis de cet hôtel la literie très confortable, petit déjeuner des viennoiseries minis ,un peu cher je trouve le prix du petit déjeuner,mais le dernier jour, c'est a dire dimanche, personne au petit déjeuner,nous avons attendu 8h 20 .,... personne,la personne qui était sensée préparer le petit déjeuner n'était pas là, heureusement la personne qui était à la réception du samedi et qui était en repos,a desendu et nous a vus dans le couloir et nous a dit \"ma collègue n'est pas là ????\" Du coup nous sommes partis sans avoir pris notre petit déjeuner, j'ai demandé à être rembourser car nous avons des kilomètres qui nous attendait,je trouve inadmissible qu'un hôtel laisse les clients dans l'attente, heureusement que le réceptionniste qui était en repos, nous a écouter et nous a rembourser de nos 2 petits déjeuners, d'autres personnes n'étaient pas contents eux aussi

Correct sans plus pour y passer une nuit !

Pour un 3 étoiles, c'est limite ! Ils utilisent des couettes trop petites pour les housses du coup ils mettent 2 couettes et ce n'est pas très confortable.
Radiateur de la salle de bain tout rouillé...et c'est bruyant dès 6h00 du matin (les voitures sont stationnées à 1m de la chambre.
