Great family place, great entertainment. Staff were really friendly, special mention to Atillda Yildiz who went above and beyond on our last dinner, also Ismail from the evening waitress and Bayram from the pool bar, everyone was just very friendly and really nice. Things that can improve: better guide at beginning as the place is huge, internet connection (although i enjoyed being phone free most if the times) was very bad and definitely need different pillows as they are just to firm and thick. Overall we had a very good time, and kids definitely enjoyed every moment. Once again great family resort

The property was great a bit of a disappointment that people with mobility issues were sent to a far apartment and when asked for a change we’re asking for more money it’s a disappointment at the time when you get to the resort to find that out that all the popular things were on the opposite side of the resort asked for a wheelchair they said you had they said you have to pay for a lease per day let me tell you it’s a far stretchy walk to the othe side once you are booked no one cares about your struggles most of the time we stayed were the room was because of mobility issues really sad for my kids the salon in the hotel was a proper rip of as when the service they provided wasn’t in the appropriate Mann also a rip off when agreeing a price and when finished claiming you didn’t understand what they were saying
When he clearly said he Charged us double the price and cut my daughter fringe to short

It was very well built and well located resort. All inclusive option was phenomenal and food was great. Very good breakfast and dinner.
Lemonade served in the lobby during the day time was fabulous. Very close to the beach and good access and facilities.
Things not so good ..... hotel staff’s response was awkward and they didn’t understand English. No WiFi during whole of my stay for 5 days. I couldn’t plan anything appropriately. Room service was not efficient. There was no room service for whole day and no body cleaned the toilet replaced bedding. These things definitely needs improving. Now a days you cannot run without internet. Please work on it.
My overall stay was great. Your pools facilities were very nice and our kids really enjoyed it there. I would like to come again proveded those essential things get sorted.
Antalya is great and Side was amazing town. I would recommend everybody to visit these places.

Clean and pleasant all-inclusive hotel close to the beach. The aquapark is fantastic for kids but bring plenty of sunscreen as there is not much shade. Staff are kind and very helpful.

Beautiful hotel, delicious food!

Our stay at Sentido Turan Prince was wonderful. Our room was fabulous and the hotel staff were lovely. There was plenty of activities throughout the day to keep you entertained, including water aerobics, darts and water polo, as well as plenty of sunbeds if you don't fancy that!

As a Vegetarian, I was a bit wary of how many options in the 'All Inclusive' there was going to be for me to make the most of my money, but there was plenty of options and all were very delicious. Most of the items were labelled so you knew what was vegetarian etc, my only complaint would be to label the dishes opposite the salad as it was unclear what was what.
Other than that we had an absolutely fabulous time.

Just as a note to future hotel visitors: if you go to the beach and use the sunbeds be careful and bring an extra towel, as those sunbeds get extremely hot in the sun.

Fantastic from the second we arrived. Lovely welcome with drinks served at check in by very friendly and helpful staff. We had a family room, with 2 rooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 singles. We had a TV in each room with a good variety of channels. There was a mini bar in each room stocked with soft drinks. Each room had its own shower room with hairdryer, and a separate balcony in each room.

Plenty of activities for all the family and as we were there right at the beginning of the season, I would expect that during the summer there would be even more. We were there in April, and although the weather was very good, the sea was still a bit cold and so was the water in the pools. My only complaint is that I think the indoor pool should be heated as it was a bit cold for young children. During the summer months this wouldn't be a problem.

I was so impressed by the friendly staff. I have never been in a hotel where EVERYONE is so helpful. In the dining room, the kids club and the bars, the beach and spa - all so welcoming.

The food is very good and you can find somewhere to eat around the clock. You can eat one meal at one of the Al acarte restaurants in during your stay and we chose the turquoise restaurant which Turkish food and was one of the best meals I have ever had.

This was the best value holiday I have ever had and I will definitely be going again

Ich habe dieses Hotel gebucht, nur war es wegen der Pandemie noch geschlossen, uns wurde vom hotel direkt ein Angebot gemacht für das Club turan Prince World. Wir haben eine kostenlose Upgrade für ein Meerblick Suite bekommen ,worüber wir sehr erfreut waren. Als wir hier ankamen dachten wir einfach nur wow ,es ist alles so sauber im Restaurant bereich auf der Aussenanlage im Pool ,am Meer die Zimmer werden täglich gesäubert und wirklich gesäubert nciht einfach so .
Die Mitarbeiter sind so herzlichst zu jedem ,es gibt so viel für die kleinen genauso wie für die großen. Das Essen war jeden Tag frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker es gibt so viel auswahl. Die Pools sind sehr sauber genau so wie alles andere. Jeden Abend gab es eine Animation was sehr schön Organisiert.
Ich danke jedem Einzelnen für diesen Wundervollen Urlaub.
Wir waren in sehr viele Luxuriösen Hotels es ist vergleichbar mit diesen Hotels sogar besser .Als wir ankamen und auf unser Zimmer gewartet haben kam Herr Fatih er hat uns so herzlichst begrüßt als ob wir uns Jahrzehnte kannten es gab nicht eine Sache die ich bemängeln könnte das war nicht unser letztes mal wir werden aufjedenfall wieder kommen durch unsere Empfehlung kommt schon die erste Familie nächste Woche ps.: eine kleine Empfehlung der Strand ist super schön nur der Übergang vom Sand ins Meer sind mit kleinen Kieselsteinen da empfehl ich Badeschuhe mit zu bringen.
Es hat uns so gut gefallen das wir um eine Woche verlängert haben😊

Sehr sauberes, kinderfreundliches Hotel mit viel Aktivitäten. Coronabedingt etwas Einschränkung beim Essensangebot - es ist nicht praktisch, wenn man beim Buffet nicht selber schöpfen kann.
Das Personal ist etwas zurückhaltender als beim anderen Hotels - aber stets nett und hilfsbereit.
Wir würden gerne wieder ins Hotel gehen.

Mielestäni todella hieno hotelli. Villa huoneet upeat! Villoilla oma uima-allas, joka oli kätevä lasten kanssa. Välimatkat olivat hieman pitkät, mutta se ei menoa haitannut. Sokkeloinen hotelli on, siihen meni aikaa että löysi kaikki paikat, emmekä me varmaan osanneet ottaa kaikkea irti hotellista. Hotelli on hieman syrjempänä, mutta kannattaa ehdottomasti käyttää päivä että käy Sidessä. Alacarte ravintolat ei toimi niinkuin respasta opastetaan, siihen kannattaa varautua. Välillä myös todella huonoa asiakaspalvelua, onneksi pääosin hyvää! Saksaa kannattaa osata, koska kaikki puhuvat saksaa, harvempi englantia.

Hotellin yleistilat olivat siistit ja ulkoalueet hyvin hoidettuja, tosin kellarikerroksessa haisi vahvasti home. Ravintolan ruokatarjonta ei vaikuttanut kovin laadukkaalta ja vaihtoehtoihin kyllästyi nopeasti. Kaksi matkaseurueestamme sai vatsataudin ruuasta. Uima-altaat olivat hyvin hoidettuja ja lapset niistä tykkäsivät.

Etter 7 dager på Sentido Turan Prince er vi godt fornøyd. Full sommer, flotte områder, fine basssenger og strandområde. Maten var god og det er mye å velge mellom. Ikke umulig vi kommer tilbake.

Отвратительно. Ресепшен - злобный персонал,ни с какими вопросами лучше не обращаться. Отель -это сплошное пускание пыли в глаза, а содержание - бумажные стаканчики и деревянные
палочки для чая и кофе в барах и номерах.Вообще- жлобство и жадность во всем. Питание- однообразное и скудное. Уборщики приворовывают(футбольный мяч уперли).После двух дней пребывания захотелось домой.

Service mitarbeiter sind überfordert, das Essen stammt glaube ich von einer Massenfertigungs- fabrik! Wir und alle andere Besucher haben sich jeden Tag beschwert, sauberkeit ist hier Mangel! Das Hotel sollte unbedingt entweder geschlossen oder die Sterne abgenommen werden!!!

很棒的假期

整體來說非常好，環境整潔，我們住在Villa 區，雖然是最後一間，但是周圍安靜，躺在床上可以看得到外面的樹木，很舒服！有個小小的建議，廁所可以修改成大理石地板和牆壁，這樣會更整潔及美觀。食物非常棒，各種不同的口味和類型，而且冷盤也很多，很用心的態度在準備，讚！
海灘不像是藍旗的海灘，很多泥沙，有點失望；但我們還是玩得很開心。海裡面有石頭，建議下水去玩的時候要穿鞋子，不然會很痛。
附近有古蹟，還有老街，Side 城可以去逛逛，很棒的假期。

Bra, men inte toppen!

Fint hotell med bra läge precis vid stranden och närhet till ett stort utbud av shopping. Fina och väldstädade rum. Fint polområde. Receptionens service och språkkunskaper i engelska var mindre bra. De fokuserade på ryska och tyska gäster och tittade nästan bort när vi ville ha hjälp. Wi-fi var gratis på hela hotellområdet men fungerade inte alls, förutom någon enstaka gång inne på toaletten. Maten var bra men barnen saknade turkiska pannkakor med choklad.

Een weekje met mijn zoontje van 2 naar dit hotel geweest.
en we hebben echt een hele leuke week gehad, het hotel is prima onderhouden, de kamers waren schoon en groot genoeg. qua entertainment en faciliteiten geen gebrek.
het zwembad en het kinderzwembad waren erg leuk aangelegd en in prima staat.
er waren voldoende ligbedden en het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
op het strand zijn grote schermen getrokken zodat je er voldoende uit de zon kunt liggen op de aanwezige ligbedden.
Het eten was goed, maar niet bijzonder. ik heb in andere hotels gezeten waar het eten dagelijks in buffetvorm werd aangeboden, vergeleken met deze hotels deed Sentido turan prince het niet slecht.
enige minpunt waren de kattenkamers naast het podium. er lopen circa 5 a 8 katten over het terrein, ook in en om de restaurants en eetzaal. niet iedereen houd van katten / of kunnen tegen katten. mijn zoontje van 2 wilde in een onoplettend moment een kat aaien toen deze onder ons bedje bij het zwembad doorliep en moest het bekopen met een flinke kras op zijn arm.

Väldigt fint hotell med jättetrevlig personal.
Vi var 2 vuxna och 2 barn.
Passar perfekt för barnen då det fanns lekplats, kids club med bästa Anastasia ( barnen älskade henne) och massa vattenaktiviteter.
Mycket god mat och stort sortiment. Bra läge.

Transfer vom Hotel organisiert (50€) hat alles gut geklappt. Das Hotel hat private Strand, durch den Garten erreichbar. sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Ligen stehen zur Verfügung. Das Hotel grundsätzlich ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir Sind sehr herzlich empfängt-mit Zimmer hat alles gut geklappt. Rezeption immer besetzt. Zimmer ( 3 Bett) sehr gut ausgestattet mit Balkon. Badezimmer renovationsbedürftig. Sobald dass jemand im Zimmer oben geduscht hat, hat Von der Decke Wasser getropft. Nach Rückmeldung habe sie sofort geschaut. Zimmer ist jeden Tag „aufgeräumt“. Sauberkeit im Zimmer nicht das Beste: die Betten sind gemacht, Bettwäsche (waren eine Woche dort) nicht einmal gewechselt, Staub nicht gewischt. Getränke im Minibar waren immer vorhanden und jedenfalls aufgefüllt, wie Wasserkocher, Tee und Kaffee. Abendprogramm sehr abwechslungsreich, tagsüber verschiedene Aktivitäten ( Darts, Beachvolleyball, wassergym, Tischtennis...) top. Wirds nie langweilig. Alle Restaurants und Bars sehr sauber. Grosse Auswahl an Getränken. Freundliche Bedienung. Essenauswahl: sehr Grösse Salatbuffet, brotauswahl, Menüauswahl mehr türkische Küche als europäischen, trotzdem für jeden etwas. Grosses desertbuffet mit viele Früchte Angebot. Gartenanlage sehr sauber und sehr schön dekoriert. Für Kinder gibt es Zwei Pools mit Rutschen und Spielplatz. Pool sehr gepflegt und die Ligen und die Sonnenschirme stehen zur Verfügung.

Vähän kulunut rantahotelli all inclusive-tyyliin. Ilmastointi ei toiminut ja vaihdoimme huonetta. Uudessa perhehuoneessa toimi ilmastointi, mutta Wifiä siellä ei ollut. Palvelu ei mielestäni ollut kehuttavaa. Ranta oli hyvä ja iltaohjelmaa mukava katsoa.
