Clean, comfortable small room with comfortable bed and lovely design. Very good shower. TV-casting worked brilliantly. Lovely mini bar. Super hair-dryer, iron and coffe service. Extra care is put into leaving and umbrella for guests too.
Sad view to the back yard, but I wanted a quiet room and it was. Would greatly be improved by a lick of paint on the buildings surrounding the back yard and some creative planting... Maybe cover the ventilation fans with a "floor"?

Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Great service.

Perfect location, easy accessible parking and free public parking on Sundays.

Breakfast was good. But it was a very buisy weekend. It would do well with a second coffee-machine with milk-drinks and extend breakfast service by 30 mins on weekends.

Gym was small. But I appreciated it. Could be easily improved with a few training mats, fresh drinking water, a couple of running machines, a few more weights, resistance bands and a lick of paint!

Always stay at hotel Klubben. The receptionists were all wonderful and helpful. Also, the staff at breakfast is really sweet as well. My room was upgraded to a balcony room as I always stay at hotel Klubben and it is a lovely room with a fantastic view of the Brygge! For some reason, the cleaning staff did not clean my room on the second day. But overall, it was a wonderful stay.

I was not informed where to park my car and there was nobody at the desk when I wanted to check out. Breakfast was good. I could have eaten dinner at the hotel but I wasn’t informed about the rooftop restaurant. I was happy with my room. Bedlinen were very comfortable and I could open the window to have a cool breeze into the room at night. Some newly built hotels don’t have windows that can open. I never stay a second night in such hotels. Thanks Klubben - I’ll be back!

Great stay despite building work

The hotel is ubdwrgoing rennovation (it will be completely closed from January for the instsllation of new lifts) but in the room we couldn't hear any noise at all. Parts of the floor near the building works had protective covering but the fully open areas wete lovely.

Staff were friendly and friendly (especially to restaurant manager), the breakfast buffet was wonderful, and the room was big enough to have a separate 'lounge area' with a sofa and table. Highly recommended.

Going into the reception we were hit by an overwhelming sewage smell. This was the case for both the first and second floor. The hotel was also a construction site and undergoing a total renovation. Neither of these issues was addressed or informed of beforehand.

The room itself wasn't to bad, but the bathroom was old and worn down. The breakfast was ok, but having to pass through the sewage stank to get there wasn't very inviting. If it hadn't been for the room and breakfast I would have rated this as terrible, but this saved it by a hair.

Thought to address this when checking out, but wasn't even asked how our stay had been and just wanted to get out of the stink by then.

Unbelievable this wasn't informed or addressed when booking or ahead of time. Would for sure have booked something else had we known.

Hotel Klubben is going through a major renovation. I stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. It was fantastic. Very nice room. Any hotel in renovation has issues and I'm not going to lower them because they are open during their renovation.

Hotel Klubben is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the waterfront scene, Osberg replica ships, and bars. I had a great time bar hopping after 2200 hanging out with locals & tourists.

I recommend the Hotel Klubben and will come back. Give them a break while they complete their renovation. It will be amazing when it's completed.

Alt på hotellet var super fint. Meget hjælpsomt personale der opgraderede vores ophold til et større værelse, da der var problemer med et TV. Eneste minus ved dette hotel er, at det er ekseptionelt dyrt at parkere. Vi havde tre overnatninger på hotellet og betalte 1344 norske kroner for at parkere.

Vi kom kanske inte den bästa dagen, det var Norges nationaldag och vi kände oss mest i vägen. Personalen var inte så trevliga och ointresserade vid frukosten. De var inte serviceinriktade.
Dock var personalen i receptionen trevliga.
Läget på hotellet var trevligt, vi hade utsikt över hamnen så det var ett plus.

Veldig bra beliggenhet, utsikten var utmerket, romment var nydelig og rent, god frokost med fint spiseområde, rommet hadde balkong og hotellet var en veldig fin plass å feire nyttårsaften. Alt i alt så var det et fantastisk hotel med tanke på pris. Eneste som drog ned vurderingen er servicen, den var ikke dårlig, men den var heller ikke den beste. Men alt annet med hotellet gjør at eg kun kommer til å velge dette hotellet når jeg er i Tønsberg
